Mixed bag: The showroom has a good selection of tile and pre-finished wood flooring. Jessica seemed to know the products and was very helpful. So far 5-stars. We went ahead and contracted with Classic Flooring to install tile in the upstairs bathroom and a pre-finished wood flooring product in the hallway and two bedrooms of my daughters new condo. I didnt notice until after I paid the 50% deposit that the wood floor installation charge was based on the square footage of the material that they ordered, not the actual square footage of the job (349 sq-ft vs. 309 sq-ft). It was only an extra $140, but it seems very deceptive (I still need to reach out to ME Attorneys General to check if this is even legal). They didnt even list the actual square footage of the job anywhere on the quote.Installation started one day late, but not a big deal. The chief installer, Anthony, missed his calling. He has a thunderous voice and knows all the words to all the songs (including the very heavy metal songs) that they blast while they work. He also has a very colorful vocabulary. After 5-years as an Army officer I thought I was pretty immune to such language, but it still took me a bit off guard. He also left a nice 15 to 20-foot burnout on the grass in front of the condo which still hasnt grown back after several months.

We had a very good experience with Classic Flooring. The showroom employees were helpful. It was nice that you can take home a piece of the tile to see how it looks in person. We bought the tile and labor through Classic Flooring. The labor crew was Gary and his son-in-law, and they were great. Did a real nice job. The constructive criticism i have, if youre planning on using them, is communication. Be sure to ask, when is the crew arriving? How long will the project take? Do you know what color grout i plan to use? When can i walk on my tile again? In that regard, theyre pretty hands off. As long as youre proactive, youll have a good experience.

They replaced a hardwood floor, but didnt fill in baseboard nail holes or gaps where it met the other flooring. Also, the wood was slightly beveled, not exactly what I chose in the store.

Great place! Not only a Huge selection of flooring, but they also have a lot of tiles to choose from, for backsplashes and showers. Been dealing with these guys for years and wont go anywhere else. Great customer service, they really know their stuff.

Ive ordered from Classic Flooring twice now and both times have had a good experience. They carry quality products and have a very knowledgeable staff. My only reason for the 4 stars is that the warehouse had loaded the wrong pallet into my truck which I found out after hauling it back home. However, I called the store and the manager had a delivery truck out to my house within the hour to deliver the correct materials, free of charge, and pick up the incorrect boxes! Very pleased with they way they handled the situation and will definitely purchase from them again.

Classic Flooring installed carpet and hardwood flooring in my new home as a subcontractor of Schiavi Builders. The carpet install needed multiple repairs and is still sub-standard. I first had to have them back to re-stretch but the gentleman that came out said it’s difficult for him because the original install had 3 seams! The seams did rip and another visit was needed. The last repair is lousy. Our bedrooms are well under 15 feet and 3 seams were not necessary. The hardwood flooring also needed multiple repairs and is still sub-standard. John at Classic told me that after the last visit his guys determined that not all rows were properly fastened, they only fastened one row. This is a different story form the last visit When John called me back ~ his only answer was “maybe you should go with tile” This is not the answer I expected from him. I paid top dollar for my floors. Schiavi builders tells me that they no longer use Classic floors due to sub-standard work. I strongly urge anyone looking at Classic Flooring to go in a different direction.

I had a very poor experience with Classic Flooring which started with the wrong carpet being put in 2 rooms of my house despite it being written correctly on the order form. If that was all- I would not have thought twice about it as honest mistakes happen. We scheduled a date for the correct carpets to be installed 2 weeks later and on the day and time of our appointment, we got a call from the installer stating he would not be coming because the order form had the same rug written on it so he must have done it right the first time. We asked him to please come to the house so he could see that it was not correct and he refused (despite being scheduled to be at our house anyway). We had to drive to the store and ask someone else to please come and look which someone finally did and they realized that they did in fact make a mistake and needed to change the carpets. This was delayed multiple times and caused us to postpone the timing we were able to move furniture into our new home.The most disappointing part of the experience was that I requested to speak to the manager about everything and after 2 phone calls and an email, I have not heard a word after 3 weeks. This company does not care about the quality of their service or their customer experience and it appears this is being led from the top down. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

They put a $7000 tile floor in for us in June. By October its all lifting up. They wont stand behind it. Horrible customer service! Do not do business with them!!
