The employees are super friendly and my coffee is always made perfectly.

I’ve tried to give the store a lot of patients since I understand we are in a staffing crisis. However it’s extremely frustrating to go in and wait 15 minutes while the staff is chitchatting. I left with out my drink at 17 minutes and no refund. The drink hadn’t even been started. I would not recommend unless you plan on waiting 30 minutes for a beverage. Pooring a cold brew from a tap shouldn’t take that long.

The actual coffee, service, and staff are easily a 5/5 rating. The parking lot and drive through design is an absolute horror show. If there is any semblance of traffic in the lot, you will get caught in a morass of drive through lines, parked cars, bank traffic, etc. It is absolutely not worth the hassle.

Katie gave amazing customer service. I found myself wanting to come again because of her friendly greetings and wonderful conversational Skills. She made the 10 min wait in the drive through worth the wait.

Friendly staff and was very helpful navigating me through the menu was very thankful I could use the wifi there while on vacation for work (ughhhh that i had to do work stuff while on vacation but oh well)

Solid Starbucks run! The girl was so sweet and the line moved pretty fast especially since she said she was the only one working that morning!!

This store has excellent customer service! Katie is awesome at her position. She was taking orders in drive thru recently and was spot on with her service. She was a hoot and a delightful.The store manager has a awesome team that she captains.Typically this store is dead on with their service and they rarely make mistakes. We are fans of this location.

The best Starbucks around. They serve up the most consistent cup of coffee. I like regular cream and sugar in my coffee and most of the other places I buy coffee at (Dunks, Aroma Joes, and other local places) can be hit or miss on the level of sugar and cream. This place continues to give me exactly what I want.

I have gone to many Starbucks in Maine.My experience at Starbucks in Scarborough has no been satisfactory . I have been there three times. Two times I received a breakfast sandwich frozen in the middle . Yesterday I went and asked for a grande dark roast, warmed chocolate chip cookie and cup ofwater . The barista was very pleasant . Upon receiving my order the coffee was cold and tasted like it had been in that carafe that needed to be emptied. The cookie was not warmed up and did not get my water.I frequent Starbucks often but will not return to Scarborough. Three times in a row is enough for me.

They were slammed when I was in there, but the girl behind the counter was friendly, apologetic for the delay and made one of the best coffees Ive had at any Starbucks, and I get the same thing at every bucks I go to so I have a lot of experience to compare this one to.

I come here relatively often- only because of the location... Unfortunately, I rarely receive what I actually ordered and they are often under stocked. Asked for a little Carmel drizzle, none to be found. Please start paying better attention. Paying over $5 for a cold brew and not even getting my drizz ~ not chill.

Very disappointed with my order/service today. In the past we have always loved coming here and have waited in seemingly endless lines because our drinks were always as good as the service. We are frequent flyers but will rethink this location. Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew was made completely different with everything mixed together instead of the normal cold foam on top/cold brew on bottom. I asked if they would remake it (I mean there is a reason why it is made the way it is and it’s not just for looks). The girl refused. I get these all the time and feel that this one was not even made with cold brew. Bummer.

Easily the best Starbucks Ive ever been to. I really enjoyed the attention to detail and how sweet the cashier Selaine was. Give that girl a RAISE! Also, I just saw a review where someone was annoyed that they asked about how many pumps/shots they wanted (um WHAT?) I say thats BS because I really appreciated feeling my drink came EXACTLY how I asked for it. This person obviously needs to take a chill pill. Keep being cool Scarborough Starbucks.

The Saco Starbucks has its issued. They need to learn how to make the drinks! Example: Iced Chi tea doesnt have enough Chi, the other day I ordered Chi and Pumpkin bread, it came to $8.21. I gave her $10.21 and didnt realize until I got back home that I didnt receive the $2.00 back! That is a problem!!

Ordered four cold coffee drinks half/half was Previously frozen and separated in the coffee. We poured them out and called they were aware of the problem but didn’t seem too concerned....

Love Starbucks in any location.If you are in any way unhappy with your drink, tell them so as they will always make it again free of charge to your liking.I like Starbucks because they are consistently good in any location nationwide!

The baristas at this place could use to learn a thing or two about customer service. Ive visited over 20+ Starbucks from California to Maine in the last few months and this was the rudest one yet. I ordered my coffee the way I always do and they wanted very detailed instructions from which base coffee to how many flavor shots, then tried to insult all the other Starbucks Ive been to for not doing their due diligence in asking the same questions. News flash ladies, you make coffee, insulting your business chains and your customers isnt a great way to keep your job.

2 stars are being given because the staff is friendly and drinks are done well. But only 2 stars because the wait times at your drive through are 5x longer then any other Starbucks around. When you see cars going all the way around the building at any given time thats a good indication you need to hire more help

Its very clean, lots of parking, wonderful snacks and great coffee. The staff is very attentive. There is a Pokie stop outside with lots of creatures. You can sit inside.

Clearly, this is not my favorite Starbucks location. Clearly. It’s the inconsistency with my drinks that leaves me passing it by for the next Starbucks that comes along. This is especially true when ordering through the app. It’s extraordinarily frustrating that a bevy of different baristas at one location location has can’t seem to master making an iced coffee even when specific instructions on how to prepare it are provided by the customer in terms they should be very familiar with (e.g. light splash of cream, 2 pumps of classic syrup, etc.). What it tells me is that there’s not a lot of attention to detail there, and it likely starts at the top.

I love Starbucks....Skinny vanilla Latte with and extra shot and made with almond milk. YUM!!!!! I get one almost every day ...it is so bad that some of the employees know my voice at the drive through...the people that work there are absolutely amazing. The only thing I can say bad about Starbucks is the prices are a little wild (high).

Not sure if I like some of the new holiday flavors. But coffee always great. The line at the drive thru is always packed at this location. Just go inside.

This location is the worse. I work from home and am at Starbucks a ton. Usually 5-7 times a week. The staff at this store seems overworked and seems always frustrated. I’ve been a gold member for a few years now and always work in Starbucks a couple hours a day. Today I asked for a refill on my Pink Drink. I know that you can’t get refills on Pink Drinks so I asked for a Blueberry Black Tea refill. The boy behind the counter asked his boss (lady with short-red hair) how to discount to refill price. She told me that I couldn’t do a refresher as a refill. I wasn’t aware that the Blueberry Black Tea was a refresher... not what it’s labeled as... I’ve been able to get refills of Blueberry and the new Peach Tea at all the other locations I visit... except this one. Will I be back to this one... probably not. Everything I come I have to wipe the tables down and seats down. Rude staff, rude service, worst Starbucks in the neighborhood.

People came and went while I waited. Asked why. Mobile orders they say. I am here now I say. Use the mobile ordering they say. Refund my money I say. Yours is next they say. Refund my money I repeat. Got my refund and left. Oh yeah, the clover was not working.

Fast service in the drive through. It looked like we would spend an hour in the drive through. Starbucks had us on our way within 10 minutes! It was amazing.

Update: On our last visit (10/2019) the Clover machine was removed due to malfunction. Sadly, it may not be repaired or replaced.This is a location that has a clover coffee machine. If youre unfamiliar with Clover coffee, do yourself a favor and try it at this location. I find them very patient here and they will gladly answer any of your questions without making you feel like a coffee drinking newbie.

Getting what you actually order is hit and miss at this store. Today came through 50%. No foam came out as Wet, half foam. Well forgive the usual no whip when specifically asked for it. We get that everywhere. This isnt one incident. Orders usually come out wrong when we stop here.

Wheelchair seem to be prohibited theres no place for a wheelchair to sit in Starbucks.

Frankly the Scarborough store I find annoying. They share a site with a bank and access is odd and the parking lot small and often full. Go through the drive-through. Also the staff are not always the friendliest, though that is not unique to this Starbucks.
