There is 1 employee that was not very helpful at all, but when I went back 2 days later there were 2 different employees working that were awesome and much more helpful!

Nice employees, good options in-store, but their website is horrible, and their online communication is worse. Its currently April and Im still waiting on an order placed back in October of lastyear. :/

Stopped in today with my 2 sons (7 and 9) so that they could pick out some games for a new console. Im not a gamer, and have no clue what is appropriate or kid friendly. Zach was amazing and jumped in to help us and was so extremely helpful and nice. My older son even said wow that guy was really nice, I liked him. Thank you so much Zach! I hope you are appreciated!

Gamestop should be sued by game companies for selling OPEN GAMES THAT THE STORE EMPLOYEES USE AS NEW. FYI ITS ONLY NEW IF THE CELLOPHANE IS NEW !No pre- orders available like what is going on. You think they would make an announcement like hey we are out of pre orders.but hey can still get pre orders at best buy? like seriously such bs

Very nice gamestop, always clean and neat. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. Always have a good experience in this location and my kids enjoy going there.

A great place to find inexpensive used video games. Definitely not my choice for buying components, I would do that on Amazon. The staff is usually very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The guy who constantly yelling when he talks. Trying to be your best friend but acts like a douch at the same time. Ruins the visit EVERY TIME!

I shop there all the time. The coolest people.They know there stuff. A great place just to hang out geek out and talk about games, movies or anything.

My experience here wasnt the best, but it wasnt bad either. The service was wonderful, most of the guys if not all of them that work there take their job seriously. They are all really nice guys who try to help as best as they can. But they couldnt help me understand what you would get for pre-ordering GTA V there.
