If you say youre going to be open til 5, you should be professional and stay open til 5. I left work early and made a special trip to buy yarn for a special project. Got there at 4:25 and you were long gone. Annoying and VERY unprofessional. Wont be back. This is the second time Ive tried to do business with you, first time you were dismissive and rude.
