We went in to get a small bag for some of my old clubs for my son to use, while there we thought maybe he should just get his own set. The sales associate had my son do some testing and when it was apparent that he was brand new to golf, recommended that we hold off and wait until he was more comfortable with his swing and clubs before we made the larger purchase. He also gave us a discount on a bag.We could have easily and unnecessarily spent hundreds more than we did with different advice.Well be back to get all of our gear there when my son is ready!

I dropped off some shafts, ferrules & very rare heads for installation. Upon receiving my clubs back I was very disappointed to find excess glue from the ferrules that hadn’t been cleaned off at the top & bottom of the ferrule as well as glue smudged over several of the heads. Also noticed artificial turf residue on the soles from someone taking a couple of the clubs for a test drive while they were waiting for pickup. Simple attention to detail and pride in your work goes a long way. Unfortunate experience. Better luck to the next guy.

I was shopping on line for clubs. Went here to compare prices. Hit a few balls in their simulater, which you cant do on line. Customer service was incredible. Walked out with a great new golf club!Very happy with my decision to buy local as well. Dave is a great sales associate who knew his stuff. He made me feel welcome and at ease with the time I was taking making my decision.

I hate ever giving bad reviews, but I stood in the golf section and was completely ignored. I spend thousands here every year and was coming in to replace my entire golf bag, must be nice to turn away $2500. You have lost my business permanently.

Okay selection but dont expect true warehouse pricing. I got a K2 Phase Pro helmet for 99.95, the same price you can get it right on K2s website. Same with the Scott goggles I looked at. Decent spot if youre in a bind and cant wait for something to ship.Workers were knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in to get all my irons gripped (5-PW) and I am not only satisfied with the grips but they got the job done in less than a day. Highly recommended!

Good selection however I am in the store at this moment ready to drop $400 on a putter and the attendant can’t be bothered to answer a question about swing weights for me. Simply claimed “we don’t deal with swing weight here”. What a clown answer. If I wanted to get all my information from the internet then I can shop there also. Thanks

Needed new putter grip, salesperson changed the grip in about 5 minutes and I was out the door. Always courteous and professional at this store.

For three years in a row they have helped me and my daughter be ready for the slopes and they are patient and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend and if you have kids check out their junior lease program- a great deal!

Love the selection and store--- but even clearance items were super expensive! $70 for a golf shirt--- on clearance. I enjoyed looking, but I didnt do much buying. : (

I was in the store to purchase a new driver. I had a few questions. Unfortunately, no one thought it was important enough to offer assistance. I waited a good period of time before I decided to leave and will buy a driver somewhere else.

Hardly any womens clubs

They should change their name to Golf Warehouse. I love to play golf and they have plenty of options for apparel and accessories, and lots of club choices depending on your skill. However, their ski and snowboard equipment is extremely overpriced and marked up for most items that you can find cheaper on a specific brands website. Not much in stock for a warehouse as far as larger XL and XXL sizing. Only come here if you know what you want.

Has a great putting area, iron hitting area, and driving area. Selection is pretty good (many brands of clubs, plus it has lefty, senior, woman, and kids). Prices on golf equipment isnt bad.Holy cow the prices of clothes are terrifying though. Go to a department store if you need golf apparel

Will not be shopping here ever again went in for goggles and sunglasses which is at least a 400$ dollar sale and not one of the four cashiers could assist me with unlocking of the cases to try them on and chose what was best for me the time before this I went in for tuning tools and mitts and I was followed around like I was gonna steal something I guess the approach could have been different maybe a is there something I could help you find nope didnt get that its really to bad its the closet snow shop to me but Ill bring my business to the good ole boys at backwoods in Auburn!!!

Great service! Went there looking for a new driver and had one in mind. They went above and beyond fitting me and giving me all my details about my swing. At the end of the day walked out with a completely different driver that I initially thought. It was also a little cheaper.... So got a new putter :). Overall great place to go for any of your golf needs.

I was there to look into getting back into golf after 10 years. I was hoping someone would offer to help me out and answer questions about what to buy or my swing or whatever. My wife and i walked around the golf area for about a half hour and not one employee approached to see if we needded anything. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

This place went above and beyond fitting me for a new pair of ski boots. I also had my bindings mounted on a pair of skis I purchased online. Ill be using Golf and Ski for next ski purchase.

Prices are a bit high. I cant say anything bad about service as they always seem to be friendly. I think they need more variety for me to rate them higher.

Very disappointed to this point. Went in to buy a new set up for the upcoming snowboard season because they were offering 10% off on everything. They had the board I was looking for in store, but they had to order my bindings online. I was told if they ordered the bindings they’d be in in about three days, so I’d have hem in time for my first trip of the season. It’s now 9 days later and I’m not going to have my bindings for my second trip of the season, and I’ve now been told it’s probably going to be another week meaning there’s a good chance I won’t have my new bindings for my third trip. Had I know this was going to be the case I would’ve paid the extra 10% and bought my bindings online. If you’re buying anything from this place, make sure they have it in store, otherwise be prepared to wait.Edit: I have to give them credit where it’s due, the bindings coming in as late as the did was at the fault of burton not golf ski warehouse. Nevertheless golf ski included a free hoodie for me at no additional charge. Really appreciate they were willing to go the extra mile in spite of the fact it was a supplier issue.

Stopped in looking for snowboard gear. The selection was very small (literally one 15 ft section of wall and a handfull of boots) and limited to only 3 brands, mostly of which was Burton.

Ive had up and down issues with this company. Ultimately though I don;t find their customer service to be very good. There manager comes off like a total jerk. Another time when I bought a club from them and it broke on the second swing, instead of just handling the problem, I got questioned about whether or not the club is still good and they could just repair it, etc... I mean, the head flew off on the second swing, I dont care if it can be repaired, its not what I bought for $250.

They were helpful gave info keedws to niy what I came in for something the guy at Dicks could not do.

Traded in my clubs for a custom-length set. I was taken over to the options available to me (in the Wilson family of clubs, per my request). I think there were three options, and it just so happened that the lowest priced ones were sufficient for my needs (I dont play all that often; I just need to not be bending over as much when addressing the ball).After using the simulator with a club from the set Id chosen, the salesman came back over and apologized, saying that the set Id chosen werent actually customizable after all. The next option, of course, were $400 more. Alarm bells started ringing in my head, but I let them proceed and left.Upon returning to the office, I called Wilson customer service and gave them the item number of the set I had initially chosen and asked if they were customizable. They said they were. Hmm. Odd.So, I called Golf & Ski and revealed my news to them. They claimed they had obviously been given some incorrect information somewhere along the line by a third party and agreed to switch the customization back to my initial set.When I went to pick up the clubs, I was given a couple of sets of balls by way of an apology for the misunderstanding.Now Im wondering i) if my trade-in price was fair or if I was gypped there too and ii) if my set were actually increased in length. Ill compare apples to apples with a friends set of clubs to find out.I gave a local business a chance, but silly me. Ill keep my purchases to online in the future.
