My worst ordering experience ever in my whole life, I have never seen such a irresponsible contractor like Pro-Stone!!They supposed to make and install my quartz countertop within 2-3 weeks after final measurement, no call after 3 weeks letting me know that is not ready, I called, left messages but no call me back!! finally he(Bal) called me a week later and said installer will come next week(5 weeks so far), cant believe my eyes, after 5 weeks they brought wrong stone, when I called him he said this is similar and if you want to get what you chose you have to pay extra!!I sent him the picture of what we chose and what he sent and finally he accepted that is wrong, looks like never see the contract what I order and never know what he prepared!!He said I do my best to prepare the right one in one week, yes again after one week no call from him, My son went there to get an exact day of delivery, he said I cant give you a date and finally he returned my deposit(50% of the deal)!!!After 6 week not having sink in my kitchen I had to go and find another company!!! Not even say sorry ....looks like its very normal to him!I should have known seeing his disorganized office at first!!

All employees were polite and professional. I didn’t receive as much communication as I’d have liked but it all turned out great. They were able to install faster than any other company I looked at and the install was just over an hour. Very pleased

We recently had the experience of dealing with Pro Stone for our kitchen counter tops and back splash (granite & porcelain) . We appreciated the patient courteous service offered by Bal and were more impressed with the workmanship and application of the product once installed in our home. It was convenient to have the fabricator and stone all under one roof. The work was completed in a timely fashion this June. Thank you very much Pro Stone (Bal)!

Too many seams, fix the seams. This is not a tile jobs why so many seems . I really wanted leave a good review

Being from rural Newcastle, we were reluctant to deal with a Toronto company when we decided to purchase granite counter tops. Although Pro Stones front office could do with an update, they had a large selection of stone for us to choose from. Swapna, the sales rep, was great to deal with. The person doing the measuring and the installers were on time and very professional. The project was completed on schedule and we are pleased with the results.

We had a unique outdoor bar counter top installed at 12 long, granite piece was beautiful and the warranty for 20 yrs is great. very professional. Swapna very efficient and friendly. Would use pro-stone for future projects.

It was an Anniversary gift and second time using Pro Stone. They gave us a great price and their sales team from the owner to the installers all worked together. We werent sure when the work would be completed but sure enough the owner called the night before and said it would be done the next day on the 25th. We had topnotch service from ProStone. They have a huge selection of beautiful stone available. All staff were professional, knowledgable, courteous, accessible and responsive. The measurements and installation were both done exactly on schedule. Our countertop design was somewhat unique, as it had to accommodate an angle and other oddities. Plus everything had to be done in a tiny studio condo. The accuracy of measurement was amazing- everything puzzled in perfectly. I highly recommend ProStone!

We absolutely love the granite in our newly renovated kitchen. The stone is really beautiful and it was installed expertly and on time.

Ordered a brand new granite counter top with sink from Pro Stone recently. Staff and owner were friendly, however after installation, I notice a defect or some sort of attempted repair in the stone . After calling and sending emails and pictures, I finally got the owner who sent somebody out. Unfortunately the person tried to scrap and buff the problem which made it worse . I believe u should get what u paid for . If the issue cannot repair, I should have at least got some money refunded. I’m not happy . That spot on the countertop looks awful .

We had ordered a nice piece of granite here and were happy of our selection but when they delivered it, I had noticed it had been filled in where there had most likely been a chip. We were quite disappointed with it for they had not notified us of it. When we made multiple attempts to get somewhat of a reimbursement, they left us hanging and ignored our attempts to contact them. Overall they were very unprofessional and I highly recommend NOT purchasing a single thing from these ignorant people.

Used ProStone for a kitchen install about 3 years ago. At that time very pleased with everything. A couple minor hiccups but nothing big. Went back a few months ago to talk to them about a kitchen counter in a new house. Apparently the entire sales staff has changed over. Thats too bad. The one we dealt with this latest time was terrible. Told me to calm down when I was asking to speak to a manager about the discrepancy in pricing on their paper price list vs. what was marked on the slab. We walked out. Wont go back again.

Told me $752 on friday and come back 4 days later and its gone up over $850. Same 36in aand 30 in base im quoting for. Same slab.

We were very happy with ProStone and the granite countertop we received. The process was easy from start to finish and the installers were professional, quick and courteous.

These guys know what theyre doing, their friendly customer service and knowledgable staff made this whole process quick and easy. Could not recommend them enough.

We visited ProStone at the end of 2015 and fell in love with a lovely slab of quartzite, which we paid a deposit to hold. They took our designer drawings & provided an estimate and told us they would hold 2 slabs, given the size of the job. We proceeded to design our entire kitchen around that slab - which is the centerpiece for our entire main floor.In March, I called to check in and was reassured that our 2 slabs were held and that we should come in to map out the measurements/position when we were ready to proceed. When we came to the store (a month later), we were shocked to discover that most of our slab was gone (all but 1/3 sold to someone else).We were told we could have a second slab (lesser in appearance to the original) plus the remainder 1/3, but that it would now require changing our plans by reducing our counter space and matching two pieces together with a seam.Given that we designed our kitchen around this stone, we didnt feel we had any another option & no other stone they carried compared (in colour and style).We were then charged $12/sq foot MORE than our original quote, which I had to request be corrected.The install took several weeks longer than we were promised with no communication about when to expect delivery.The seam (see photo on HomeStars or Houzz) does not match even slightly and is obvious to anyone in our kitchen and is now hidden under a dish-drying mat. I was offered only $200 in compensation for all of this, and then when I called to have them repair a big crack, I was told they would not honour my warrantee until I removed the bad review I posted, based on my experiences.I did remove the review, but am now putting it back up, because I have been trying to get them to come and repair the many pits in the natural stone for FOUR MONTHS and no one will return my calls, voice mails or numerous emails, despite being told someone would come fix it, initially (4 months ago). I note that there are no reviews online for the last 6months and I wonder if others are having the same experience as I am.
