Great place for all your outdoor lawn and garden equipment needs. As a former landscape company owner I dealt with this company for many years and could always rely on them. Since then I still do all my business here. They have very little turnover with staff so they really know their business and the service department is the best around. Impressive building is clean and fully stocked with equipment and supplies. Dealing with Chad Little in Scarborough played an important role in the success of my company!

Asked for a quote on the phone for new blades and a belt to be installed on my mower. Got the quote and brought it in. They then charged me more than double the quote. Next time I’ll just order off the internet and do it myself.

The manager (Art) was very helpful. Showed us what to maintain and how to operate our new zero-turn. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be!

Chad Little is my go-to spot to get Walker mower parts. The general manager (Art) was very responsive and sent me e-mail quotes for whatever parts I was looking for, making sure to let me know what was and was not currently in stock at the Scarborough location. Prices on the parts were competitive compared to the large online-only parts websites. I dont mind spending a few extra dollars to be able to walk right into the store and get what I need within minutes.

Bought my John Deere Tractor from Chad little many years ago (10+ years) and have had them service my tractor ever since.Been to both locations, (Scarborough & Brunswick) and am very impressed with their customer service. Theres never been a time when Ive been in either location where I felt like I wasnt taken care of. I had a great experience working with the people at Chad Little in Scarborough. I was able to have them pick up and drop off my snow blower, give me updates, and pay over the phone. Now my snow blower is back and running great. Would recommend this service to anyone out there who does not have access to a truck.

Really poor customer service experience. I was told numerous times of a deadline that was never hit. Had to beg to get my mower back after 6 weeks. Brutal experience. Every time I called I was given attitude for asking simple questions. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.
