Would go to any other UPS or FedEx within a 50 mile radius to avoid this place. The burly guy with facial hair and glasses and the trainee were both not wearing masks despite what appeared to be overwhelming support for mask usage locally. The burly guy was gruff, appeared to be inconvenienced, sold me tape that was unusable (double sided sticky tape that was a nightmare to pack with) and was rude throughout the process.
Amazing service, they know what theyre doing. I love this store. Never going back to the Saco one, ever again. These people are so wonderful, and truly know their technology, as well as use something called good customer service.
Stopped by to have some items packed and shipped. Two people working who both seemed very efficient and kept the line moving. Good COVID protocols. The gentleman assisting me was very friendly and quick. Sending packages is rarely described as a pleasant experience but it was! Will definitely use their services again.

Never again. I brought in some equipment to return and the old guy up front kept telling me I needed this that and the other. He was talking my ear off and basically told me all the reasons he couldn’t help me. He was less than helpful to be exact avoid this UPS store at all costs.

Just wanted to drop off an Amazon return. Had to wait 15 minutes. Dont leave the old guy by himself up front.

Staff was uninterested in helping when I dropped off Next Day Air Packages. Last time I ever stop into this location. I called at 5PM and they said 5:30 is the deadline for packages. But then said but it has to be 5:15. I said, well is it 5:15 or 5:30, he said well, be best if it was 5:15. I then got there at 5:20 after hustling to get there and I could tell every one had checked out for the day and it was an inconvenience.
From time to time I laminate items for my children that I want to last. I always go to the UPS store because they handle my needs efficiently and with fair prices. I have always received friendly and prompt service.
Not as bad as USPS, but not as good as a typical UPS (the ones Ive been to at least)2 Rating: Beware of hidden prices. I asked them to print 2 pages and then was charged $1.50 for using their computer, and $0.10 per page. UPS in Bangor didnt do anything like that.4 Rating: The people who helped were truly personable and also efficient!Note: I talked with the owner, and I respect hes working hard to operate a franchise, but he should bill first before providing a service (in case people have issues with the price, even if its considered the areas market price).
Store says it opens at 8. It is 8:10 and still nobody is here. Lights are off. 2 people have already left. I have to get to work and needed to return packages promptly. Disappointed. Thanks for the response. Understandable and I appreciate it.
Some people should not deal with the public. There are a few employees at this location that really should think of a career change. I cringe when I have to use this store and when I ship anything from here it’s a chore. I feel like the counter help would rather not be there and everything is difficult. I can name at least 5 times I have walked out of the store saying I will never deal with these people again but Im drawn back because of their location. Go the USPS around the corner and see real customer service. UPS should monitor their stores, because this one is giving the company a very bad name and reputation.
I work with this UPS store weekly. They are great and very helpful. I enjoy going into the store everytime.
Yikes, going in here is not a pleasant experience at all. The employees are unpleasant to interact with and act like anything you ask for is a major imposition. Even dropping off a labeled and pre-paid return to Amazon is painful to do here. At this point Ill drive to some place farther away simply to have a better experience.

I have a new Etsy site and I had my friend mail a pack basket to Wyoming. I had checked numerous time online about the price via UPS ground. It was in the mid $20 range. These people charged $44 ! I will not use the store in Scarborough nor will I use UPS...
The person who waited on me was not personable nor very helpful.
