Sal Costello is probably one of the best around. Ive spoken with numerous other sales associates, across a number of brands, and Sal was really above and beyond. He was transparent on price and worked with us over the phone, which was great because we were not geographically close. Other agents would require us to be in the shop to talk numbers, and its their loss. He also provided valuable insights into the auto market today, which were insightful and helped us make the right purchase. We look forward to working with Sal again in the future!

I recently just got my brand new 2021 Acura RDX Aspec blue with red interior and I automatically fell in love. When I came to Curry Acura I was looking at my options. I was set up with Rey and he was super professional from the moment he greeted me and my dad. I came in with a lot of questions and Rey answered every single one of them. Ordering Online parts is terrible. I tried ordering a few times the past year and there is always a problem and my order gets cancelled. Weather it was the wrong prices advertised or parts are back order they automatically cancel the order and you have to call and ask why it was cancelled.

I purchased my car here. The service Dept does not help there customers at all. I brought in my car for a service at 8:00am it was 4:15 when the told me it wouldn’t be ready cause they needed a part. I had no transportation and after complaining they offered a uber but not before they mentioned my home was out of there area and where doing me a favor. I felt the manager was rude and not sensitive to my situation. They only offer loaners if you plan 2-3 weeks in advance. How would anyone know if there car will have problems in advance. Disappointed in how they help there customers.
Rey was phenomenal. From the moment we walked into the showroom Rey was nice, courteous and extremely helpful. My wife and I had a terrible experience at Infiniti and decided to look at Acura’s, and truly made our choice because of Rey, his attention to detail and extra effort to stay late and guidance through the journey even once the showroom was closing solidified our decision. We purchased the Acura MDX 2019 today from this dealer. The deal was finalized on Monday and we were actually supposed to wrap up all the paper work by the end of Monday. However, the Business Manager (Mr. Singh) who was allocated to seal the deal was horrendous and unprofessional. After we confirmed the vehicle on Monday, we waited for this Manager for almost an hour to finalize the deal. Later at around 6:30 PM, we were told by Sales Specialist to come on Wednesday because he was BUSY. We confirmed the appointment for 6:00 PM. On Wednesday afternoon, the guy (Singh) calls us and request us to come earlier. We both work and we have two small toddlers, but we were flexible enough and we adjusted our schedule to be there at 4:30PM. He agreed. We waited for this guy till 5:45 PM, but the sales specialist kept on saying that he was busy and attending other customers. Dude, do you even know what an appointment means? if it was 20 minutes, 30 minutes we can understand, but having make us wait there for almost 2 hours and then finally having other Business Manger wrap up the thing, does that make any sense? Show some respect to your customer’s time. You don’t have any courtesy to come and say sorry for the delay? Joseph and Dimitry were helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend any customers to deal with Singh if they are thinking to buy any vehicle from this Dealer. My thanks to Joseph and Dmitry.

Just purchased a used 2018 MDX and the experience was great from start to finish. I picked this dealership for a few reasons, initially I went to them because price of the vehicle I wanted was good, but also because of what I read from other reviewers. From the first call, I spoke to Nick who was very personable and got me interested and then our salesman Andrew and the finance guy Parm really made us feel comfortable going ahead with our purchase. The car was well kept and everyone spoke very directly which is critical when car shopping. Overall really great team and a clean, modern sales floor. Would make the hour drive again in the distant future when we are ready to purchase next.

Went to the dealership while looking for a new truck. Salesman was very smug. We felt very pressured into signing a contract without even getting a price. Salesman was extremely arrogant and spoke down to my wife when I stepped out. I found that very inappropriate. We went into the dealership to just get a price. We got an idea of the truck we wanted and I had to step out for 10 minutes and left my wife. 2 minutes after I left she is texting me to hurry back because she is feeling uncomfortable. I get back and salesman is asking for us to sign a contract in order to just get a price. When I said hold on a second he got all bent out of shape saying “you know I waited for you to get back” like we were wasting his time. and starts shuffling papers and getting up. Says he was going to get a manager to see us out and comes back and says they are too busy for us . This is a shame because we were willing to purchase a vehicle that day but after we left my wife and I both said we would rather spend more money somewhere else then buy a car from That guy.
They love making customers wait for no reason ! For someone selling a commodity product and adding zero value, the least they can do is to treat a customer with humility and not arrogance

12/7/2020This review is for the annual NY Vehicle Safety inspection performed on my car by Curry Acura Service Department.Usually I go to a my local auto service to have my car inspected for the annual safety inspection. In the past few months I have buying parts and maintenance items from Curry Acura and I thought why not try their service? I was hesitant at first because I am not familiar with them (I got my car from another dealership) and 2 years ago I was having a problem getting book myself for a service appointment with Curry thru online. When I went to their website, this time I find it a lot easier to set an appointment and I got my desired day and time for the service. It improved a lot. I also got like 3 reminders (email and text) days prior to upcoming appointment which I confirmed to all of them.I arrived in Curry on time and was greeted by a lady (sorry, I forgot your name) and was directed to my advisor for that day, Chris. True to Acuras standard of service all of the staffs seem to be professional and friendly. Chris confirmed my appointment and advised me it will take approximately 1 hour to complete the job. Since it is just an inspection I opted to wait in the lounge until my vehicle is serviced. A good number of clients are already waiting in the lounge, all observing social distancing and wearing their masks and I noticed too that the pantry is not available. I completely understand this and I really wish that the pandemic will soon be over. =)A good 25 minutes later (quick!), I got a call from Chris and that my car is ready. I went by his desk and he told me that the car passed the safety inspection and also advised me of his recommendations regarding the tires. He provided me a copy of the inspection, recommendations and quotes for the tires upon my request.I had a very positive experience with Curry Acura service department. I am looking forward for my next appointment with them.
Called to set up an appointment to see a vehicle. Normally I do not do this but because of covid, I didnt know what the restrictions were and such. After setting up an appointment, a female employee called me within minutes later to ask how I was paying and such, what type of down-payment, and typical business questions before I even stepped into the dealership to see the car. They tried to persuade me to give all the info for incentives and discounts off the vehicle, and in the end,they priced put a specific vehicle for OVER sticker price. Yes, that is correct, they tried to charge me $3000 over the sticker on the window. Specifically done by the manager nonetheless. I will not conduct my business here in scarsdale, as it is a shame this type of business puts a bad name for the area. Buyer beware!!

I first met with Jonathan a few months ago when I wanted to trade in my BMW X5. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and went over all my options. In the end I decided to sell the truck privately. If I can give my experience 10 stars i would . I went with my dad and I was greeted by this gentlemen named Richard (he was friendly and well mannered ) . Ive dealt with other Acura close by and they are rude and will not help . No, over here I got taken care of in a timely matter . Service was amazing and I can tell Richard was a clean freak because he made sure to sanitize the car very well before we took off. During this pandemic we need more people like him . I will stick with curry of acura from now on
They were right ✅on point with their appointment schedule, I was suppose to be their for 9:15 am but I did run 🏃♀️late and reach 9:31am and get through for 10:33 that was so awesome 👌I then made it for my doctors appointment. That was more time than I expected thanks guys 👦.

I had a great experience at Curry Acura. Sal was beyond helpful, listened to my needs, and even worked with me post sale to make sure i understood all the different gadgets in my new vehicle. He was very personable and straight up with me when I asked difficult questions which was very appreciated!
I bought my car from Curry Acura and recently my trunk Latch went and my trunk wouldnt close. I was driving around for few days car would fully close and trunk popping open while I drove. So I went back to Curry for help. I kind of had an idea what piece i needed but needed clarity.I get to Curry They send me to the parts department where I was told that if I didnt know the exact piece I needed and I ordered it it would be non refundable and couldnt be returned. Then they sent me to service department where they told me just to see my car it would cost $150 but the 150 would be added to labor cost the cost of the piece 70$+ labor of 300$. On top that id be without a car for few days and they werent offering any loaners. I say all this to say I stormed out of there upset and determined to fix this myself. I watched a YouTube video on how to change out the Latch, I ordered the piece off Ebay for 27 DOLLARS!!! and changed the piece in literally 25 mins with no prior experience dealing with cars!!!! All this cost me was 27$ and I almost paid over $400 at Curry Acura!! Highway robbery Never servicing my car with them again. Always heard never take your car to a car dealer for servicing and They are right!!

My name is Christine Johnson and I have been a loyal customer of Curry Acura since my first lease of a 2014 MDX. I have since downsized as my children have grown and left home. I have had 3 RDXs with my latest lease being a 2021 RDX. Within that time, I have had the pleasure of working with Joseph Ventura as a salesman. He has been very friendly, courteous, and straight forward. I called him on a Friday morning in January and told him exactly what I wanted in my new RDX and he had it ready for me by that afternoon. Curry Acura’s service department is also amazing. I been using their service department for all of my service needs for my cars. They get you in and out as promised...Curry Acura is there for all of your car needs from the purchase to the repairs. They wouldn’t let you down!
Great dealer until you sign the dotted line. Had a great experience with salesman nick Mazzilli who made sure I got the car I wanted. I purchased a new MDX and added a tow package. Two days before I was to pick up my car they said the hitch was on back order. They installed the wiring harness and Trans cooler at my request. I picked up the car and was told two weeks until my hitch arrived. After two weeks I drove 1.5 hours back to the dealer to get the hitch installed. 7 hours after I dropped off the car I got a call that the hitch was “damaged” and that they needed to order a new one. I had to drive back to get the car as they said it would take 1-2 weeks to get a new one. 3 weeks later I call them to get an update. They said the hitch is in and I bring the car back an hour and half to them to get installed.My temp tag expired on 10/25. I have not got my plates yet. I have text and called multiple times asking for updates as I cannot drive my car because it is “unregistered”. They offer zero help, except “it should be in soon”. I had to ask them to give me a courtesy car since now I’m 1.5 weeks into not being able to drive my car because its unregistered. Paying hundreds of dollars a month for a car I can’t drive.In addition, I was told after purchasing my car I would get a “Welcome Packet” from Acura a few weeks after purchase. I never got a welcome packet.

Fast to ship and quick responses to my questions. Even refunded part of my order automatically when they noticed there was a kit for my two parts vs ordering them separately. What company does that? Very pleased and parts arrived in mint condition.
Sal was my salesman. Awesome service and help from this guy. Made the same day transaction seamless for me even as I had a family emergency to run to, he kept the process going so it was sign papers and drive home when I was able to get back. Great guy. Great dealership all around. Happy to join the Acura family.

After over 15 years with this dealership, they have treated me like trash. I did not renew my lease with them and all my family members are not using this company either and go with another dealership as well. I have many friends with Acura and I will make sure they don’t continue with them as well. This is not how to treat valued long time customers who promotes your name.
