Made a appointment to go over my 2018 Chevy Malibu dropped the car off on a Tuesday, called them later on the week to see what was going on with the car, Dirk advised that they were looking for the knocking noise, in reality no one was looking at the car. End result went the following Monday in person to check status and Dirk advised me that no one has looked over the vehicle, upset I just asked for my vehicle back. I wouldn’t recommend this service center for anyone that has any serious issues with their car. Probably if your just changing tires and doing an oil change you should be fine other then that go to another service center and have them guarantee you a timeframe. I learned my lesson with Chevy Scarsdale. Never have I wrote a review but this was unacceptable.

TERRIBLE. Avoid this place at all costs. Never straight forward. Came for an oil change and service front camera. Appointment was to wait for the car. They said you can’t wait for it and we don’t know how long it will take to diagnose the front camera.Save yourself the time.

Worst auto body service ever! took my 2015 Acura MDX there to get the bumper repaired.. I had to ONLY take it back 3 times before they got it right and Im still not satisfied w/ the service & the work that was done on my car! I was better off taking it to the side street auto bodies. Never again! I dont want to give any star BUT it wont let me post without!

Worst dealership ever. went to lease a 2016 malibu on sunday 11/20. sales manager lady said that GM stopped allowing customers to lease the 2016 malibu last month. since it was a company wide thing, no dealer would be able to lease a 2016 model anywhere. LIES. leased a 2016 chevy malibu today at an awesome black friday promo price.DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE SNEAKY LIARS
