Bianca is quite literally the best! She is not only super patient with everyone but greets everyone by name she must have remembered a good 15 different names when I was in the location and knew every phone they brought in too. Best experience ever not to mention they were able to fix my phone screen in under 2 hours! Top notch operation here! Wish I could give 10 stars! Keep being awesome! Thanks again!

They do the job well and quickly. When I went to pickup this most recent occasion, I was waiting too long. Having just 1 person at the counter on a busy Saturday does not make sense. Also, he went in the back for a prolonged period and a small crowd had built up. Finally, when I went to test the phone it had not been charged so I had to waste more time waiting for it to charge. Having the device fully charged for customer pickup should be standard.

I was easily able to get an appointment online, they confirmed, and even had someone call me to see what my issue was! Told him broken screen.When I arrived I was warmly greeted, and when they checked on my status, the gentleman I had spoken to, had put aside a screen with my name and date of my appointment on it! It was completed when they said it would be, and I walked out feeling like I was very pleased with that experience!!The manager Bianca and her staff were great!

When I found the store to fix a cracked screen on a Kindle series 8, I was offered a monthly plan to repair all of my electronics. I said I would wait until I saw how this repair went. In short, not well. They have had the Kindle for 2+ weeks and everytime I call I am told -- We are waiting for parts, we are waiting for the tech, etc. I get the labor shortage, but parts from Amazon arrive overnight. I am going to take back my KIndle and find another repair shop. Poorly done

Ive had a wide variety of experiences with this provider that started when they were at a White Plains location and individually owned. It was not good! This particular store is corporate and that seems to have changed how they do business. Im a Pixel owner and they are the authorized repair shop so getting a device that is covered repaired is a seamless process as long as you start it correctly online. The young lady who checked you in was polite and stayed positive even when she sensed I was not happy. Ultimately, they under promised and over delivered. I got the phone sooner than initially promised and it was repaired to my satisfaction. I hope to never see them again but thats probably going to not be the case as Im sure Ill drop the phone again. Hopefully thatll be my only reason and not a hardware issue. Good job and thanks again to the young lady on Saturday late afternoon and the other manager who I forget his name, who checked me out on Sunday morning.

Called to see if they fix iPhones. Was told to bring it in whenever. Drove an hour to find a paper sign on the door that said “do not enter the store call for pick ups. No drop offs”. Called the number and told them I was referred to drop off, was asked if I was telling the truth. Don’t waste your time or your gas.

Do not waste your time here. These guys had my iPad for 5 1/2 weeks just for them to tell me that it was irreparable. I went in due to a non-charging battery which was their first diagnosis. I got a second call saying it was a chip issue and that it became irreparable. I honestly think they broke my iPad. if you like being given the runaround for weeks, then this is your place. For everyone else save yourself some time and aggravation and go elsewhere.!!

They are clueless when it comes to your belongings. All they’re interested in doing is getting you involved in some pyramid scheme that involves saving the client a 20% or $24 out of your total cost of whatever you’re bringing in to fix. No thank you, I’ll take my stuff somewhere else

Let me just say I had the best experience with this store... They fixed my phone and where very courteous and professional at all levels. I was there when a particular customer was having an issue with His IPad and just for the record the supervisor didnt raise His voice at all, He simply was being stern on His decision that He was no longer responsible for said customer device. Installed a broken screen. Multi touch completely doesnt work after repair. After complaint guy took it to the back and brought it back out with same broken screen. They destroyed my brand new phone and blamed their part. Now I cant sleep I cant think and all I can think about is how I took my brand new phone to them and they destroyed it. I wish I just stayed with a cracked screen. It was working perfectly. I hate this phone now.

Horrible Store! No masks, staff is unprofessional and thinks its funny to mess with the customers. I was forced to wait and then told I was late for my appointment (5 minutes) and I would have to come back the next day. Then they said they were joking and wanted to see my reaction. Go to the Mall, dont waste your time with these clowns.

Im still upset about the significant delays in repairing my device. However, my interactions with the second worker who assisted me after the delay was great. Be sure to ask the price, and know your paying the cost of replacement parts, without an attempted repair. It took longer than I was expecting to drop my phone off, and the interaction wasnt exactly high quality. It was fine. Dont bother with appointments, just walk in, signing up is wasted effort. You will be asked all the same information and then some .Oh and the 30$ discount comes with a 24$ a month subscription, but you can just cancel it.

I came to this establishment for a minor issue, my iPhone screen had cracked; there were no other issues with my phone. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fix my phone within two hours. After leaving the establishment I realized that the audio no longer worked on my iPhone. When I called to speak to someone about my new problem with the phone, I was told there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend going to this establishment to fix your phone. I came in with a minor issue and left with a disaster.

Im trying to get my phone fixed. I was told they have to get permission to preauthorize parts for my phone that no one has even looked at yet. Phone still has not been looked at.

Horrible service, unresponsive, unprofessional.I dropped off my ipad here to fix a broken charging port on 06/03. They promised to diagnose and repair it within 1 week due to lack of a soldering technician. I stopped by on 06/14 and the ipad had not been touched. They told me they would fix it that same week, and would have it ready 3 days later. On 06/15 someone called me to tell me they diagnosed the problem and the charging port needed changing. I approved the repair of changing the port. Then nothing, no calls, no follow up, not a single attempt to reach me. Today, on 06/21, I stopped by to pick up the ipad thinking they would be done. The lady at the front desk tells me the ipad is irreparable and I have to take it back. What a joke! The store manager comes over and starts raising his voice, clearly unprofessional.Later today I spoke with other Edgemont neighbors who had similar experiences with this store. Apparently, their notoriety keeps growing. If you live in Edgemont, Scarsdale, or Southern Greenburgh, please do not patronize this store. Rather go to 1299 North Ave, New Rochelle, NY 10804. They are professional and have better trained staff.

Unfortunately they were overpriced for my repair. I did get a free estimate which was great but $280 to repair a phone that can be replaced newfor $220 didnt seem to be a smart choice. I would recommend them for a simple cracked screen.

An unfortunate situation turned a good situation. Dropped my phone at work and cracked the screen & LCD. I was dreading buying a new phone because I had just finished paying my phone off and wanted to enjoy the cheaper bill for a while. Plus Im very happy with my Samsung Note 9.I called Asurion to make a claim, which had an option to have a repair instead of a replacement phone which was great because I didnt want to rely on backing up my phone etc. Through insurance, cost was $30 to fix the screen. I dropped it off at 10am, and it was fixed by 2pm. Customer service was great, I think his name was Randy. Help me a lot, and went above and beyond with reaching out to me with updates.Not sure if the repair had anything to do with it but my screen seems more responsive and the haptic feedback seems smoother as well.Thanks uBreakiFix

I was swapping out the sd card in my Galaxy S10+. When I pulled out the tray it went flying. Couldnt find it anywhere. After looking online the earliest I could get one was 2 days. I called them, they had one in stock. Was able to go and get it. Totally professional and courteous team there.

Ended up at this location after a previous one wasted my time. They had the part needed for the repair and told me it might take 2 hours to fix. They knocked it out in roughly 40 minutes or so. Staff was friendly and transparent with how long it might take. Appreciated their quick turnaround!

They did a fine job with my phone. Was a little backed up so took a lot longer than I was first told - like overnight instead of a few hours, and there was a little confusion about sim cards when I picked up, but the staff (3 different members) I interacted with were all very friendly and wanted to help. They did a great job of focusing and listening to the customer they were with in spite of it being very busy.

The Technicians here are doing the repairs diligently. They should keep it up.

Went to the shop, assessed and drop off the device, and told it would take a few hours to repair. Im going to then for device repair in the future.

It may not be location specific, due to the fact that I had several re-repairs over the course of the last month to fix subsequent problems caused by an initial elective repair, BUT I wouldnt recommend the services of this company to anyone who values their time.Spending a total of several days without a phone is a huge debilitating factor in the modern world and situation.And any help from their customer service was all about run-arounds and avoiding elevating the situation.Wish I could say better, but in the future if i experience issues with a phone, Id much rather bring it elsewhere. These people are scammers,i brought in my perfectly well ipad with a cracked screen and when i came into this store when it was ready and it was 1 hour for me to get my ipad. when i got it the bottom button was jammed and didnt work they changed my battery because when i charged it for 5 hours it was only at 2 percent they changed my perfectly well battery when the only problem was my screen and the new screen that they repaired wasnt good quality DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS

I got my phone fixed week ago the screen was not put on correctly and popped off the Gule or the water proof was not put on and I dropped it from 1 foot and cracked and can not use my phone very well and the speaker on the top of the phone did not come back when I got the phone

I took my samsung 8 plus cause my screen was cracked. The gentlemen took care of me pretty fast and answer all my questions. I asked how long it take to fix the problem and exactly the time he gave me my phone was finished thank you so much......

Dont go there in a rush, as the in-store customer service can be exceptionally slow, but they did a good job fixing my screen in just a few hours. Ive gone there other times and come away with no help...theres only so much they can do.

My niece and I went to UbreakIfix when she returned home from college since her replaced screen was glitching. They told her the warranty would cover it yet when she got there they replaced the screen and expected her to pay another 200 dollars on top of the first replacement. They told us that there were damages done to the phone when the damages said were not shown before turning her phone in. We had them put the old screen back since it was suddenly “not covered by the warranty.” All they had in mind was the money and all there guarantees for replacements and warranties are fake.

Kudos and thank yous to UBreakIFix, for tackling and repairing an unusual fixture! Nice to know there exists a place with problem solving skills and ingenuity.

Jeremy is the reason Im giving this place 5 stars. His knowledge and patience made my experience wonderful. I had issues with the Scarsdale location (lack of basic knowledge and lack of customer service) but once I called the New Rochelle location I knew I would get my phone repaired with no problem. I loved the fact that even though Jeremy was not going to be on the following day he relayed a message to his co-workers and they called me right away once the parts were in. Disappointed...they say they are a Samsung certified repair place yet when I go in with a cracked Samsung Tab 6 they can not repair it. How are you a samsung repair place when one of their popular tablets is not repairable by your store

Great service, friendly staff. Was able to quickly set up my warranty screen replacement and get it to the shop. Within an hour of discovering my screen was busted, I had a brand new one and my phone is as good as new. Highly recommended!
