You have to be very careful of the fresh food here. Many times the food is going to expire on the day you purchase it or already has expired. The soda machines are normally missing some flavors and when you ask them to update the machine they say theyre out of stock. Cashiers are also pretty rude and abrupt. I know its a 7-Eleven but at least the food should be fresh and the drinks should be plentiful
The guy at the register was EXTREMELY RUDE. He should not be working with people. Don’t go hereI was already having a rough day . I was about to go off on him but he’s not worth that energy
I just came out of this place. So I purchase a couple of items and the clerk rings me up and stands there saying nothing. Realizing I left my glasses in my car, I cant see the amount on the screen. So I ask him how much and he catches an attitude, his whole demeanor changes. He blutters out 3.85. So I give him four singles and slaps the change back in my hand. Who hires a douche bag who doesnt tell the customer what the total is after ringing them up? Well, wont be coming back here anymore. Ridiculous.
Great convenience! And friendly staff.
Service has improved since the new location opened.edit: I take that back. Its been rough, one example being they were closed (with all the lights on and no sign) at 11pm..
New place, larger, brighter, cleaner, parking. Its a 7/11. What in the world can we possibly expect? Ive been here and the older one on Garth Rd. Its basic. The help is satisfactory. Selection of goods is good. The food turn over is fine. All 7 Elevens need to be cleaner. This particular one serves a quiet population, So, the standard of excellence here may be expected. Hopefully this place will be kept cleaner and well-stocked.
Great Staff!
Came here around 3:00am the guy at the counter was horrible I suggest the people in this area support and create a local store, kick these scum bag franchises out
This new 7-11 suffers from a lack of well trained staff. Its a shame since there old location had a great staff anytime of day or night. This new one has constantly changing staff, they dont know how to use a register correctly (if a bar code wont scan, nobody knows how to manually enter the UPC number manually, this has happened twice here). One person on shift at times means perishable food items sit out longer than they should ( nothing like opening a yogurt thats rancid inside or a fruit salad thats almost turned, even though theyre well before their expiration dates). Staff constantly leave the register to eat in the back or listen to music, even though customers are in the store or waiting at the register. Its real disappointing how this franchise is ran, the old store had two people anytime you went in, one at the register and other always working the store.
Ice cream is soft and half melted - and has been for weeks. Half the store is empty so they have almost nothing to sell.
Worst 7-11 experience of my life, cashier is rude and doesn’t know how to split payment on card. I wasn’t able to buy anything because he is not trained.
Wow, so much better than the previous one that was locater a few blocks away. Excellent selection of items, an expansive coffee bar and a great location to pick up something before and after taking the train.
Place is horribleTo all the people that drink coffee here I’m surprised you haven’t got sickNext time you go in open that cap from the coffee container and you will smell mold hit your nose like a bad accident DISGUSTING they don’t clean them the bottom be black
