BIG “GOOSE EGG” for this STORE#39 . Packed and shipped last years display . Do you like the “try me” button? Paint all peeling off, tree bent sideways. Styrofoam all over the item and my floor. Called to express myself to the Manager on shift on Wed8.25 @545pm and all she could add was “We are short staffed” You are getting paid right? I’m not for fixing these repeated bad choices . Online CS credited the order but that’s because I refused to take anything else damaged back to their Stores. I will not be renewing my paid membership next year. To much effort and work to spend my hard “EARNED” money.

I had a very pleasant experience at this bed bath and beyond! All the employees were very sweet and helpful! The store had a BUNCH of cool things as well. They really gave new meaning to the BEYOND in bed bath and beyond haha. Will definitely be shopping here again, especially ro buy gifts for mothers day / fathers day etcetera! :)

This is a nice store. I haven’t been here in a while and since my last visit they have reconfigured the store...more open concept. Not much to say other than that. I did, for the first time, use one of their 20% off coupons—was a nice savings on my $19.00 vacuum bags.

Went looking for curtains with a 63 inch length (hubby has a phobia/hangup about floor length curtains)99% of the curtains available ?84 inch length or longer.Was not impressed at all.(BTW.. found what I wanted from the Meijer on Randall Rd in South Elgin)

This bed bath & beyond is sometimes short on inventory, but they accept coupons from the internet.The bed bath & beyond in deer Park Illinois a few miles to the north, told me they no longer accept coupons from the internet. Only those that customers receive in the mail.

Was very busy today. They moved the wall with all the kitchen gadgets (the most fun area in the store). At first I was not happy but then saw the new setup and it looked much better. Theres now room to pass another customer while you search for an object.

I was in and out of the store quickly. There was a large variety of bath floor mats, and so I bought a couple that I liked.

1 star for the company 5 stars for this store. So Ill leave a 3. Waited a month and a half after placing an online order and my package never arrived. Customer service hung up on me when I called. My package was guaranteed to be delivered by 12/24 when I purchased my sisters Christmas gift on 12/11. The customer service at this location resolved my issue with an upgraded model at a discounted price.

Bed Bath & Beyond great place to shop they have just about everything you could ever need

We were helped by Jamie who was knowledgeable about the products in her store. She gave us just the right amount of time to find the product that fit our needs. When it came to doing the paperwork for our purchase, which was complicated, she did the work and explained everything. We will definitely return.

Inventory is not what it used to be. Store looks like a scaled down Target or basic Wal-Mart.

I used the store for the return of the online purchase. The staff was very helpful. I forgot to bring out the return form. They printed out the form for me.

The brand lives up to the name. Quality bedding and bathroom items for reasonable prices.

They have all sorts of stuff for your home. The staff is very helpful. Their coupons never expire. Its just an awesome place to shop.

The store is clean but they seemed to be out of stock on some items. The best part about BBB is the 20% coupon. Never leave home without it. Not sure why, but checkout always seems to take a long time, even when they had 6 registers open.

As far as bed bath & beyond stores this one is the Cadillac. Large and well organized, their friendly and efficient employees make it a great shopping experience,. If only all their stores were this good. Unfortunately many of their locations are not.

I just signed up for their membership get 20% all the time no coupon needed. Think it was $30 for the year it already paid for it self a couple times.

I like this place ever since my daughters were 10 and 8 and now they are 21 and 18 they use to play around the gurnee mills halls and stores they use to shop..

One of the worst customer services i experienced in a while. First i ordered a knife set from curbside pickup. The order gets cancelled without any reasons. I called trying to find out if they it in stock. I kept getting bounced between calls and waited 20minutes. Nobody answered.

Clean neat store wh where you find everything you need!!

This was the most pleasantness experiance Ive had in along time. My order was placed on Friday and when I went on Sunday to pick it up the lady was rude about it and then said well I have a lot of orders that need to be pulled and asked me for my name after all of that.She showed me some list of orders that she had and my name was AT THE TOP OF THE LIST, at which moment she just walked away from me. This was a MANAGER I spoke to. (She wouldnt give me her name and no name tag???)5 minutes later I get an email stating that my order has been picked up. I have since left the store and I dont have my order with me!?!?!?!?Ive tried calling the corporate number that I found online but couldnt get ahold of anyone.This will be the last time i shop at BB&B.I will also be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau as well as Consumer Services.

We were free to roam around and view the wide variety of bedding options. The reps were very courteous and were willing to help us even though it was outside of their department. At checkout we were helped again to get the most out of our coupons. We got the perfect set and my wife is very happy and we all know how the saying goes!

I went to pick up a deal I saw online and hopefully thought that the store might have it and I kept looking and I couldnt find it and it was a set of 6 or 7 beer glass for my fiance.So I asked an employee in the section by glass wear kitchen plates. I am probably saying the section wrong, but I asked two lovely ladys that worked in that section and they checked on line, and were also checking the store long story short. I got what I wanted and I was happy. Thank you very much. I had a great experience.

BB&B should hire more young people who smile more and work fast.I will not order anything from BB&B that was my last time.These people took 25min of my life.....big waste!

Really nice store!! Tons of items for the home! The staff were very helpful and I was able to get in and out with my items quickly. I was there to buy a Wedding Shower gift, and the registry was easy to use and navigate.

What happened with the World Market section?!What was one of the best international aisles within a 5 mile raidus, outside of a Mitsuwa, H-Mart or Fresh International, quickly has dilapidated into nothing more but empty shelves and short supplies. It looks like they took out the fridges, stopped stocking many of the teas and bottled sodas, and completely gutted their wine section. The back section of the World Market looks like it hasnt been faced in about a week. Tons of items are missing their price slips, and one item had its 6-pack ring broken off.As funny as it sounds, I used to go here only for that stuff! But, I suppose the grocery store competition in Schaumburg these days has made it financially impossible for Bed, Bath & Beyond to go any further in that business. The rest of the store is alright - friendly cashiers and other departments that have want you want. And if you have a mailer with a coupon, all the better.

Things are changing folks....a few years ago this was my go to destination for all things in the house....Amazon has definitely had an impact.Inventory is spotty. Check the website to determine availability.Coupons are great. Good inventory of basic bedding, linens, kitchen needs.There is just less variety of things. Also the World Market presence in the store has been minimized over time...

I usually do not shop there, any Bed Bath and Beyond location, but this time I had to return part of my online order and instead of shipping it back(didn`t have a box to ship in) I went to return at a store. The customer service is not good to say the least. They have a lane for checking out, which looks a bit different than normal and some writing with small font below the print which said something like line starts here. So I was looking at the small print trying to read it and this lady kept repeating multiple times go behind, go behind. Well, I will of course, but then does it start from where I was or from the opposite end. They put signs which you have to read and then if you stop and read them they like to school you on not taking your place on the line. When you are the first person to form the line it`s normal to not realize which one of the 2 ways exactly it starts from. Also when I went to return my order, I was told that I cannot make a return unless I have the credit card I used for the purchase. So many stores refund automatically without having you insert the card. When I was generating my return with the help of csr online I was not told that it is crucial to have the card in my possession at the time of return. Eventually they gave me cash. Well, why didn`t they say so in the beginning, almost made me make a new trip.

Very disappointed with their customer service and their forever changing return policy. This was my last purchase there. They advertise 90 days return policy but apparently not for everything. Small electronics is 60 days only. I went to the store and I was sent to the manufacturer in a very rude way.

Ordered online store pick up. It was ready in two hours. Decided to do some shopping and went to check out before going to customer service to get my pickup order. When I was checking out I mentioned to the cashier I had a pickup order too. The cashier then went and got my order and rang it up with my other purchases! Super nice cashier as well as the staff that works at this store!

Went to buy a shower gift from a registry. The lady in Fine China printed the list of unpurchased items. When I explained what I wanted, she knew immediately where it was. Instead of directing me, she walked me over to the items, took them off the shelf and handed them to me. GREAT customer service!!!
