I actually thought this company was out of business. Purchased surveillance system from Jay Mun in the fall of 2014. Full three year warranty. Had problems and Jay was un-responsive. Offers no customer support or customer service. Only reason I am writing this now is the NVR quit recording and I have to replace it. Brought back some bad memories and my experience is very similar to Nick Lucianos experience.

I had 16 video cameras installed by these guys. The project took 2 weeks longer than promised, and we had to run our business for 2 weeks with no cameras thanks to their cushy schedule.The DVRs Jay M. sold me did not export videos like I wanted it to. I sent him an email on how to get it to work the way I want. He told me to go research on CNET. I was stunned. I asked if he had any advice on how to use the product he sold me, he told me he was not in video editing business. I objected at this snide attitude, and he emailed my boss. Im not sure what sense that makes, but this is exactly what you get with CTG; lack of accountability & confusion.I hope this review reaches people. Id hate for you all to go through the hogwash he put me through. Its not worth your time.

Upgrading to megapixel IP camera was best business decision made. It has severed to eliminate client dispute in couple of occassion already. Customer trust and protection is very important in my business and I am very happy with picture quality and way it looks in my salon. CTGs recommendation and swift installation was great and stronly recommended. Thanks, CTG!
