Walked in for a hookah Togo and Errol was so kind with helping me pick the best choices for what I needed. I would definitely come back here again for the quick and fast service.

Friendly service, and decent ambiance, but I was really turned off by the fact that I ordered a specific flavor, and they knowingly provided me a mix of the flavor I ordered with mint, which completely ruined the flavor that I wanted. I let them know that it didnt taste like the flavor I ordered, and they admitted that they cut flavors together when they are running short and offered me a new bowl. Even though they were quick to rectify the issue, the service was so slow such that I didnt want a new one, so I smoked the bowl I was provided.

Nice place with great hookah sand great flavors. They blow clouds and the couches are comfortable. They made good tea and nice that the had a chess board available. There is a little shop here as well Incase you need anything. Not meant for their food so don’t expect too much, but it is still a great place and I will come back

I usually don’t smoke hookah, but when I do.. X-Hale is the only place I’d love to go. Love the ambiance, service and the flavors. The Owners go out of their way to make sure everyone is being served as soon as we are seated. Super clean, love the chai and a super cozy place to chill with friends.

Came to Chicago from California and wanted to have a nice chill night out, we came to this hookah lounge after seeing all the reviews and loved the experience the hookah and custom flavors the owner created were really good. The owner and his wife are some of the friendliest people and came to check up and make sure we were comfortable and having a good time. The music and vibe of this place makes it fun, and they offer so many options of tea and snacks. We will definitely be returning.
