My friend from Florida sent me an edible arrangement with a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries. It was suppose to come on October 6th. I finally received received it on the 9th. Most of the arrangement was not edible and the strawberries were already shriveling up inside the chocolate. I cant believe a company would deliver something like this to anyone.

Excellent service! I ordered this around 3am on my brother’s birthday and they made it there 1pm the same day! I received an email confirmation and a text update about the delivery. Would order from them again and I was told the cookies tasted great!

5/2021 Needed just by some cookies, etc. to send to a granddaughter. Not something they could deliver for us. The store was small, but still had what we needed. The associate there was very polite and helpful. She even found some special cookies for us in the back. She then found a neat box for us to purchase. All in all, the experience was great. In the future, we now know where we can go to get some special cookies even if they arent being delivered. The family loved the cookies we sent. So it was a very positive experience!

I ordered this 100+ dollar on 1800-flowers and i guess this place filled the order but last pic is what i order and received nothing close to that fruit was old as seen on pics couldnt give this to my mom so disappointed

The bouquet arrived exactly as I had ordered it. The cookies were beautifully decorated and tasted great according to the recipient. I also appreciate that the empty spaces were filled in with colorful tissue so that the bouquet looked nice and full. I also was extremely satisfied with the customer service. I had an issue with my original form of payment. I found it very easy to rectify with the associate. When there was an error with the amount charged to my card, I contacted customer service and it was resolved the next day. I was very impressed.

The cookies were beautifully done and arrived at noon. It was a birthday gift for my son at his work. He was very happy and loved the gift. Everyone at his work wanted to eat them and thought they were awesome. Thank you for doing a great job!
