Beware.. Horrible place! This is the meaning to “it’s too good to be true” I bought a “new” freezer chest and it does not even freeze nor cool.. I messaged them and called them because they said they will fix or replace. And surprise surprise can’t even return my messages. Only shop here if you want your money to go to waste.

We just got a house and bought so many things from this store! I pretty much revamped my wardrobe and at such a great price. Everyone is very helpful, so I really appreciated the customer service. We live 30 minutes north, but have gone back multiple times. Well be back for Christmas shopping!

It’s a good store, amazing prices. They have clothes and if you’re looking to style without spending this is the store. However I had a bad experience when the manager was opening the bag and she put her finger in her mouth to open it. And to make matters worse she was sick. So I don’t think that’s safe AT ALL during this pandemic. But the products were fine 😁

Be aware, this store is FRAUD!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I purchased a TV for 40% OFF. In the store, they advised me that its a BRAND NEW TV which is discontinued by the manufacturer and thats why its discounted. They opened it up in front of me to confirm its Brand New. It looked like as it is, it had all the plastic wrap around it and such. Then I brought the TV at home and it had a big chunk of dead pixels in the middle of the screen and the audio was not working well. I was advised that I cant return it back to the store and had to bring it in their service center. It took them a week to analyze it and they called me to say that they cant fix it and they will give me a replacement of Another used refurbished unit. I asked them why they wont give me e a new one, and they said that the one that I bought in the store was also refurbished, it wasnt new!!!!!!!!!!! I dont want to buy a used TV without a warranty!! They lied to me that its NEW! Then they started playing with words, .. well, open-box, refurbished, the same thing... The merchant is actually Hyper Microsystems Inc., and on their website, they only sell refurbished stuff!I asked for my money back and they said that they wont return my money. This store is FRAUD, they lie to people, dont go there! The discount is not worth the headache, dont waste your money!!!!

There was a closeout sale, not sure if it was always a open box store. Found lot of tvs and electronics open box but. Am not sure if they would carry any warranty and worth the risk

Store has a little bit of everything. Bought a 60 LG as a present, and it is perfect. Also, clothing and shoes is for a steal of a price. The store manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the employees even helped me load the TV into my truck. I will be back for sure.

So... Weird weekend hours only is a strange business model. That being said there are some real deals to be had here. If you go as an educated customer and are aware of what things really cost and not just see the huge mark downs on items you can do really well.

Employees are helpful and help me with what I was looking for. Bought a nice TV for my man cave and serval other things. Will coming back to show here especially with the cheap prices.

Great deals, picked up a 75” vizio p-series quantum tv and a beautiful couch. While the tv is refurbished, it works like new and have not had any issues in the past few months. Definitely going back for christmas shopping!
