Probably should have put in text. Dr. Musgrave removed a bone spur in my nose (who knew they grew there!) opened up sinus passages and did this all in the office without the hassle of hospital stay and paperwork. Total win in my book. Recovery was fast, only needed two post op visits (i was an over-achiever in cleaning required post surgery) before being released. Good healing, made possible by an excellent surgeon. Highly recommend them.

I normally don’t write reviews whether I had good or bad experience but I had to take out time to write one for Dr. Robert Deitch who recently performed a procedure on my mom’s ear and I must say it was a very smooth experience. We had seen him prior to the procedure and post procedure as well and I can’t compliment about his staff members’ support enough throughout everything. Dr listens to everything you have to say and gives his time for you to ask anything that you want so therefore you feel respected and valued. Definitely recommend Dr. Deitch.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor and everyone who worked in the office. They were so helpful, kind and understanding. I’m not one to write a lot of reviews but this place well deserves it and more. Not only was my customer experience amazing my breathing is out of this world now. I knew my breathing wasn’t at 100% but I grew accustomed to it. I also had sleepy problems resolved over this and not even thinking the 2 were related. If you suspect your breathing isn’t 100% please go see them. My quality of life at 31 years old has changed drastically due to DR. Deitch.

Dr. Deich and his medical team were wonderful to work with. He and his staff were very thorough, empathetic, and professional. Dr. Deich made my surgical and post surgical care as pleasant of an experience as it could possibly be. I would recommend him to any family or friends looking to have any type of nasal surgery.

The location is so convenient. People at office are so nice and I never had to wait long! That is a big plus when it comes to Dr’s offices. Dr. Dietch did my Sinus surgery. He explained very well how procedure goes and what to expect after surgery. He is SUPER nice! He always listens to me so well and answers all my questions! Thank you!!

My sinus surgery went wonderful with Dr. Dietch. I had no pain and healed fairly fast with his instruction for post op. Today I finished my final check up and was officially cleared as being healed. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AS A GREAT DOCTOR!

I had sinuplasty done 3 months ago for chronic sinus infections. The procedure went great. The recovery time was next to nothing. FYI I only had the rear sinus done. Had frontal sinus done tradition way many years ago. Highly recommend.

I have had two surgical procedures related to my sinus issues with other doctors in the past and they did little to resolve the issue for more than a couple of weeks. Now, after over 3 months after my procedure with Dr. Deitch, my sinuses are clear and there has been no sign that the problem will return. After over 30 years of dealing with sinus issues, being prescribed countless antibiotics, sprays, and failed procedures, I cannot rate Dr. Deitch highly enough for resolving the problem.

I came in to see Dr. Deitch for a second opinion, I got the feeling that he doesn’t like it when patients do that. Had an attitude the whole time after I said that. I felt rushed and every question was responded to with a canned response, either live with the situation, treat it with medication, or have surgery. In the middle of my consult he left the room; I was in the middle of a sentence. He kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain myself. I would be surprised if I got 5 minutes of his undivided attention. I felt very rushed and disregarded. I don’t recommend this doctor.

I went to Dr Musgrave for allergies and sinus issues. He is very professional, and approachable. I liked the fact that he explained everything in a manner that I could easily understand. I ended up having a sinus balloon dilation, and the procedure went great! Quick recovery time, zero pain, and like I mentioned, the staff really took care of me. I highly recommend this office. I also had an allergy test done and Marina took care of me. She is super gentle and very friendly. If you want a doctor that will listen to you and actually recommend something beneficial to you, then I recommend visiting Dr Musgrave!!

Dr. Deitch is EXCELLENT! I suffered with monthly sinus infections for over a year and, when I finally had enough, scheduled a consultation with Dr. Deitch. Within 45 minutes of that consultation, I was examined, taken for a CT scan (in office) and the results were posted on a light board. Dr Deitch clearly explained the CT scan images and a recommended form of treatment. My sinus passages were blocked and he recommended minimally invasive balloon sinus dialation. I had the procedure in December and it worked like a champ!No more sinus infections and I can breath again!I HIGHLY recommend Dr Deitch and his staff, you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Deitch along with all of the nurses and office personnel have been wonderful. The doctor takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns, explains things clearly, and went so far as to personally call me following my procedures to check on how I was doing. The nurses are compassionate, understanding and helpful. Of the various healthcare providers Ive seen over the years, Dr. Deitch and staff have provided the highest level of care that I have received.Be aware that late afternoon appointments tend to run behind, however this was a minor inconvenience relative to the exceptional care that I have received.I cannot recommend Dr. Deitch strongly enough.

I applied for a position at this clinic through indeed. I was offered an interview by Ilana, the practice manager. I had a a great interview with her but was unaware that multiple people were going to interview me during the visit. The front desk associate even interviewed me, who doesn’t even have a supervisory title. She told me in the beginning that she doesn’t know why she is interviewing me. Anyways, after the interview, I emailed my references as asked by the manager. In the reply to my email, I was told that they wanted me to join their team but will need to do the reference check as a formality. They never called my references. I emailed Ilana to see if she needed anything else, I never received a reply. I finally called her and she said “ I’m waiting on the doctor here” and acted like she was dumb and didn’t know anything going on. I told her that I would appreciate a reply ASAP so I can look for other positions and she said she will let me know. I have still not heard anything and it’s been 3 weeks. I still have all of the emails and really wish I could attach the screenshots because this was absolutely ridiculous. I’m writing this review for anyone who actually looks at reviews before applying somewhere. They need a new practice manager who is a little more professional.

Ive had a balloon sinuplasty and septum surgery at this facilty and love it. They are ALWAYS on time. Dr. Musgrave is very friendly and explains everything very well. Its hard to find a smart doctor with good bedside manner who is always on time. I feel like you can only ever choose 2. I asked him how he is always on time when so many other doctors arent. He said he pays to have 2 assistants type everything down so he doesnt have to for all his appointments. Fantastic, Id recommend anyone go there.

Dr. Musgrave and his staff were very helpful in improving my breathing and sinus congestion. The procedure I underwent was very smooth, and the entire office was courteous throughout. Having suffered with sinus infections for years that would make me miserable for weeks at a time, I couldnt believe the relief I got after help from Dr. Musgrave in just a short period of time. He and his staff were outstanding and the results were far better than I could have hoped. Now, a year later, when I know that I would have been out several times with sinus problems, I am trouble free. I have recommended Dr. Musgrave to a couple of friends and all have had the same results, friendly, practical and information you can actually understand. You cant go wrong here!

I would highly recommend this office, especially Dr. Deitch. I (as sad as it sounds) have been to quite a few doctors for various issues, but must say Dr. Deitch was one of the best. He was honest, explained what he was looking for, and was extremely thorough! He made me feel so comfortable, despite how nervous I was about my symptoms. I never felt rushed (like so many doctors do). He even continually asked what additional questions I had (you know how doctors make you feel badly if you have one more thing to ask--he almost wanted you to keep asking questions!). The entire office was so extremely friendly.

Traveled 1.5 hours to see Dr Musgrave In Schaumburg. Very thorough and his staff is helpful and friendly. Very impressed with his office, as they can do in office scans and surgeries.

I had horrible sinus issues from the time I was a pre-teen into adulthood. I literally was prescribed antibiotics and steroids at least 4 to 5 times year. The pain was horrific and literally put me in bed. Dr. Brandon performed sinus balloon dialation and it changed my life. I can’t remember the last time I needed an antibiotic/steroid prescription for my sinuses. I get some very mild sinus allergies but nothing like before the surgery. The balloon dilation is truly a major benefit to me and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks Dr. Brandon.

My granddaughter who is 8 weeks old came in to see Dr. Musgrave to have her tongue tied clipped. He couldnt have been more patient and kind during the procedure. He made us feel completely at ease. Since they do not allow the parents to be in the room during the procedure, I was lucky enough to get to hold her while it was being done. I would highly recommend Dr. Musgrave!

Dr. Deitch and his office staff are simply the best and I can not recommend them enough. I recently had a surgery there and they went above and beyond before and after my surgery. Before surgery, Mirena followed up multiple times with my insurance and with me to ensure that there were no unexpected charges and that they could make sure that they had the right billing codes for my insurance. During surgery they were quick and clean and I was in and out much faster than expected. What surprised me most was Dr. Deitch’s bedside manner. I have never met a doctor who has such amazing bedside manner. He took time to answer all my questions and speak honestly to me about what to expect from this surgery. I never felt rushed and I felt like I was the most important patient to him because of how he was making sure I got all my questions answered and even walked through the surgery with me. Even a staff member there chirped in and told me about her experience as she had also recently gotten the same surgery and she helped to set realistic expectations. After surgery, Deitch even gave me his cell phone number so I could call with any questions or concerns. The day of my surgery, he personally called to follow up and make sure I was doing okay. He also called at least one other time a few days later to check in again and it meant a lot that he personally was calling to follow up. It so happened that I had a question on a Sunday afternoon and he picked up on the first couple rings and took time to answer my question and reexplain some information. I can not recommend this office enough. I am even a student who lives out of state but I commute multiple hours to go see this office and have never been more grateful for a doctors appointment.

For two years, I struggled with breathing, tasting and smelling. I was not able to have a restful sleep. I experienced constant fatigue and lightheadedness to the point where I was afraid to drive and it eventually affected my way of life. I saw my primary physician in July 17 who referred me to an ENT in October 17. That ENT immediately went to surgery without finding a cause or a reason behind my symptoms. Hesitant, I held off because I didnt understand why a physician would immediately jump to a treatment so drastic. So I just dealt with the discomfort. After a year of research, I fell upon Dr. Musgraves video for balloonplasty on Facebook and decided that I wanted to make an appointment. I am so grateful that I did! My first visit with Dr Musgrave, he listened to my symptoms, questions and concerns and performed in office testing that I didnt receive elsewhere. Within an hour, I found out that all of my sinus cavities were chronically infected and inflammed which was the reason for my symptoms. Dr Musgrave explained to me that our sinus cavities are like honeycombs and that mine were packed solid. He was very upfront with what would and would not work regarding treatments for my case. He gave me a choice! I decided to go forward with 2 rounds of antibiotics and steriods. It was temporary relief but like Dr Musgrave said, the possibility of it coming back was high - and it came back. At that point, Dr Musgrave and I decided as a team that surgery would be the best option. I am currently 3 weeks post op and my vitality of life has drastically improved! I was able to smell and taste hours after my surgery! Everyone that I talk to can tell a difference in my voice - I dont sound so congested! The dizziness, fatigue and sleep have also improved. Thank you to Dr Musgrave and his team for the compassion and professionalism that I received!! I am forever grateful and will be telling everyone about them!

I used to be a patient of Dr Grossman for years. Had no problems. Have never seen Dr Deitch but I can tell you to not see Dr Musgrave. He is not only rude but it is his way or the highway.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Musgrave and his staff. I have been battling chronic sinus infections/headaches for several years. I made an appt with Dr Musgrave and I am very grateful that I did. Dr Musgrave was very thorough. I did not feel rushed and he answered all of my questions. He was able to diagnose my sinus issues, complete the full evaluation and CT scan in the same appt,and still found time to sit down with me to explain my CT results and all of my treatment options in detail.I ultimately decided on a Balloon sinus dilation. Dr Musgrave performed the in-office procedure on 3/24/19. I am able to breathe again and my headaches are gone! I jokingly told him at my follow up appt that he is a miracle worker. I would recommend this office and Dr Musgrave to anyone. It was a fantastic experience (and who says that about physician appts these days!). Thank you Dr Musgrave and team!

My son almost died waiting for his answering service to locate him!!! A much more qualified surgeon stepped in to save his life! He needed a blood a transfusion and now also needs a hearing aid!

Loveee the Illinois sinus center! Dr. Musgrave took out my tonsils and I had the balloon sinus dilation procedure done and I feel incredible since!

Their office staff do not understand the concept of paying out of pocket. They charge $550 for a CT that i can get it done for $200. Over billing the insurance in my opinion. I would not recommend anyone paying out of pocket or anyone with christian care or medi-share.
