Great rolled ice cream, amazing smoothies and exceptional customer service. We enjoy some ice cream from Aha on the weekends and never had anything better in or outside the Mall. The new place in Fox Valley Mall out of Aurora on Rt 59 is very good as well, delicious flavors and friendly staff. It gets busy on the weekends and finding a place to sit could take a couple of minutes, also be patient if there is a line and you will not regret the wait!

Its a neat novelty. Good ice cream flavors and it looks nice and they dress it up. In the end its just ice cream. You are paying for the novelty of the cream spread out over a chilled metal top (I think its like at -19 degrees) then scraped into several rolls and put in a cup with dressing. Its good but not great.

New place to get rolled ice cream!!! At Fox Valley Malls Food Court. They have 12 options for you to choose from for the ice cream base and then you get to choose one of their many fruit toppings. They also put other toppings on top but you can ask for just the fruit on top if youd like.We got the (1) Oreo Nutella ice cream and banana topping (an Oreo cookie, a Pocky stick with a marshmallow and Fruit loops) and (2) strawberry ice cream and banana topping (also comes with whipped cream, sprinkles, and chocolate straw cookies).Pretty good. Would get again.

Very good just right quantity rolled icecream made fresh in front of you. Not too sweet. Interesting way of making rolls.

One star because i drove this place around 7pm and its closed. Plz update timing on google, second time i went around aftrnoon and it was open. I like the icecream

The hours are vastly different. I went at 6:30 and it was closed even though the close time in the site says 9. They should probably update that.

Lost my business, walked up and the guy was on the phone said Im on the phone 10 minutes my family and I wanted for 15 minutes still didnt come back, so we left for the future they will no longer get my business.

Great place! Never had rolled ice cream until I went here. The ice cream was very good and there were plenty of options. There is one size but it’s plenty. I liked that they also had buns, smoothies, and potstickers.

I love the rolled ice cream and they give tons of free toppings. I totally recommend for a hot summer day

Should be Meh Rolled Ice Cream. I expected price gouging as it is in the woodfield but also expected a certain level of quality product and service to go with the exorbitant prices. Unfortunately they were found lacking in both. But yes, go ahead and try it once so you can appreciate an actually good rolled ice cream some place else.

Fun to watch them make it. Creative. But ultimately a let down after we ate it. Regular scoop of ice cream is better and a lot cheaper.

I actually ate here twice. The first time I got the oreo ice cream and it was good. The second time I came here I ordered a Pina Colada ice cream bowl but the ice cream literally had no flavor and to compensate for the taste there was pineapple and coconut shavings which taste well together but should have the taste incorporated into the ACTUAL ice cream. I also did not care for all the toppings that were placed on my second bowl. It was excessive and the price was just not worth it. I threw it out right after buying it and went to get bubble tea instead. Not coming here again.

Came to the mall just for ice cream. At 540pm on a Sunday. The employees told us they were closed and couldnt serve us. I didnt bother to ask why. There were others waiting to be served however the Toole maps time close lists 930pm. Please fix listed times as I do realize employees want to get off on time. I drove 30min to get here.

Green tea rolled icecream was amazing. Outside my comfort zone but amazing.

Mango was light and refreshing. They should allow sample taste beforehand for the price.

The ice cream is good, but do expect at least 30+ minutes for them to give you your ice cream. So I noticed that they take long because what they do is make the ice cream, put it in the cooler then make more ice cream for the other customers that may have come after you. once they pilled about 5-7+ ice creams, they then top all of them with the toppings and hand them out at once. LIKE REALLLLY!!!!!! no wonder people complain about having to wait for a long time.

The icecream is good although the boba drink didn’t taste great.

My experince when tasting the coffee rolled icecream wasnt as satisfying nor delightful to my taste. The display of the rolled icecream may have seemed tempting to buy one and take a taste, but it was very unpleasant in reality. The problem that affected the whole icecream was how burnt my marshmallows were, they were placed on the the top of the coffee rolled ice cream. I would recommend to their business that if they would like a better rating and more customers, then make sure to have all the flavors tested and dont overdo it. Thanks.

It was 8:40 when he close and i Asked him a lot to make one more but he didn’t wanted... why you say that you work until 9 if you guys lied

First and last time at this place, there were 4 employees, we were the only customers and it took them forever to make the ice cream. They were just talking laughing on their phone while making the ice cream, touching their phone with the gloves and going back with same cloves to finish the ice cream.

Great place to fill in your sweet tooth. Expect long lines during busy times.

Never eaten there, but while I was at the mall they were using a bug zapper. In plain sight of anyone who walks past the store. They also were killing flies and fruit flies over the food prep area. Just a very disgusting and unappealing way to get rid of a nuisance.

The place was closed at 9pm even though it states that it closes at 9:30pm.

Ordered at 8:40 and waited til 9:13 to get my ice cream.
