Emmie helped me yesterday. She was so sweet and as informative as possible. She juggled several customers while still being calm, polite and patient. I went to jaedas down the road to compare prices right before (because they refused to give prices over the phone 🙄) and was so uncomfortable there. The prices were nearly double as what they were at beauty discount, and they weren’t welcoming at all!! I Just want to leave a comment that Emmie’s customer service was amazing. I felt very comfortable. She was super helpful. I will return & I recommend them, they are far superior, in price and experience, to the nearby competitor.

The wigs are great quality for price. Felicia is amazing! Went out of her way to help me. I will never buy another Amazon wig as long as this place is in buissness.

If the owner was I believe my shopping experience would have been great. But, unfortunately its the family member that has a nasty attitude and act like he didnt want to work. I ask for certain products and the price for the stuff I purchased- he was getting agitated getting up from his stool to work. Other than than that the store is stack with everything but the Alter Ego products.

This place is the best! Only place I know that has all ethnicities hair products in one place and extremely reasonable. Very knowledgeable staff and well organized.
