They were more than happy to replace a cat starter I had. At least they answer the phone and are prompt in service. I gave a 4 rating because I got no paperwork about the starter or if there’s a warranty only the paid receipt

Needed my remote start removed from vehicle quickly as I was picking up new vehicle next day. They were able to squeeze me in the day I called. Saved me $200 able to transfer starter to new vehicle. Made apooappoint for installation in new vehicle next week. Took vehicle right in a was done quickly. Installer accidentally forgot to program remote for cars alarm so triggered when I used starter. Went back and told them problem. They went right out and figured out problem. %100 satisfied would suggest

Had a remote starter installed in my car. Quick, friendly, easy to deal with, knowledgable. Price was comparable to other places.

I have dealt the Boomer Mc Loud a few times in different locations over the past 20 years. I personally will not be going there again. True, they have high tech equipment for your vehicle (stereos, car starters, alarms etc.) but I find them extremely high priced & the sales people rude.

Had these guys work on my car twice. Both times the job was incomplete and amateurish. A friend of mine concurred.This might sound crazy, but I have never received a bad job from Best Buy.

Not 15 minutes after i got here to have a car starter put in my car the employee behind the counter was yelling at another customer. You really should go to another location.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!
