Emailed a helpful employee named Suzann with a concern about ordering the wrong color stones that didn’t match my existing stones. Emailed me back right away and called with a follow up. The company owner called the next day and within an hour we had 3 more tons of the right color in my driveway. After speaking with a lovely woman on the phone about pricing, I decided to order 8 tons of mason sand for a home project. They were able to deliver to the house on the day that we needed it, and they called to confirm before arriving. The driver, Todd, was so nice and dropped the sand in the exact spot we wanted it. Ordered 20 yards of brown clay for rc track, what they brought was 20 yards of blue clay which you cant work with. Right now it is hard as cement. Trying to break it up and move it off my lawn. Emailed them and they responded and said they would investigate it and get back to me. Never did, will never use them again and no body in my family will call them again.

Never having stone delivered, I requested being present while the delivery was being made. The young man made the delivery in a different spot from what was requested and damaged my driveway. Although I have reached out to them multiple times via email and phone calls, I have been unable to get anywhere with Gretchen. She has never responded to me, and has only argued with me on the single occasion I have gotten through to her via my multiple phone calls. Beware, they will not stand by their mistakes, and now I am paying for it.

They are rude and charged us undisclosed fees for additional services they suggested. They did a lousy job overall.
