Rude customer service. Asked for a quote and the lady informed me they sell to contractors only and to call a contractor for help. When I informed her I was indeed calling on behalf on a contracting company, she asked, have we sold to you before? When I said no she said we cant help you and hung up on me

This company is great! I had a few custom things I wanted to do and Steven had the solution for me. There were a few issues that came up and Mark and Steven were quick to react and resolve the issues. Price for a pool fence was the best around and so is the customer service. Class act all the way! Guys I appreciate all of your help and professionalism! I look forward to working with you again on my next fence project!

Excellent customer service. From getting your quote to loading your order, Ive always had a good experience with B&H. Top of the line materials, custom cuts and welds finish off every aspect of your fence. I am usually getting vinyl fence there,the quality is far superior to the chain stores,and priced better than the chain stores. Just picked up a custom order,and they had built it in 5 days!!!
