Not as much selection as before covid. An associate stated that they might be enlarging the health and beauty section; Because of customers inquiries. One of the items I wanted to purchase went up in price by $60.00. Yes, I stated a $60.00 increase. Really...what are they thinking?

Been shopping at the one In Merrillville but since they closed down I come to this location and still love there selection

I really like shopping here however I just noticed that they do not carry a lot of complete scents that are within the limits of carry on luggage. Specifically shower gel, lotion and a spray that are less than 3.4oz.

Find all my products that I need for men love to pick up my room for myself in the whole family great bargains.

Stopped in Bed, Bath & Beyond today... The store is well organized and clean... I was pleased to see that the staff and customers were social distancing and wearing masks...I actually found a few bargains. All of the comforters and blankets I saw were beautiful and most were pricey, but the store has so much more to offer... Baby clothes and strollers, curtains, slippers, BBQ utensils and more!Great shopping experience...🤗🤗🤗🤗

BAD BAD BAD!!!! It was a Very disappointing visit today. I went Online before I went to your store!! It said you had a curtain rod for my window. I had to drive 25 miles and when I got to your store the clerk went on your website and said it was out of stock. Then we left and drove another 25 miles home without a curtain rod!! Get more stock in your store!!!

Went here to buy my sister a Christmas present. The staff were super friendly & professional AND they helped me choose a gift that my sister loves. On top of all that, there are some awesome scented candles here. I ended up treating myself to the eucalyptus rain & cant wait to buy more.

Decided to go to bed, bath, and beyond to look at items instead of online pick up. Once inside the store the employee told me we no longer carry that item as of last year…even though it said it was available for online pick up. Employee did not help and I found the item in stock on the shelves myself.

Very helpful staff but it didnt have actual silk or satin pillowcases just 100% polyester and thats what I ended buying in my short time frame, I was certainly bummed out about a franchise that specializes in linen not have every fabric.

I had pre-ordered for pick up but also wanted to check the baking sheets. They are just about our of baking sheets. Everyone was friendly and my pick up check out was easy.

Crowded aisles, eclectic collections of stuff.. basically anything you might need and then some. Short staffed, and not the most organized, also overpriced compared to online retailers. Still, the coupons are good and its nice to touch and feel before you buy.

I bought online and picked up in the store. The lady who helped me was excellent and made my pickup a great experience!

Ordered online, store informed me when my order was ready for pick-up. In the email it gives the option if notifying the store that you have arrived. You can park in their designated pick-up spots, describe your vehicle and they will bring it out, verify you are the person picking up, they will put it in the trunk or backseat.All smiles!!

Ill be honest, I only come during the holiday season. Based on that, the new store is much better at handling the rush though, I would encourage them to figure out a bank line at check out. I watched a couple of people get skipped using the method yall have now of multiple lines.

Went in to browse. Found Okeefes working hands cream. This cream works wonders on dry and cracked hands. My skin becomes very dry, crack and bleed. First time I used it, my hands didnt hurt. When I saw the product, I bought a couple of jars. Price was good. You always find something there, even when youre not looking.

Great store. As soon as I walked in, there was a table with different checklists for students going off to certain colleges (which was why I was there anyway), so that was really helpful.I found everything I need, except for a bathrobe. They had some there, but only 2 styles and not in my size. Minor nit-pick, but I just wish they had a few more options.

One of my favorite stores in the world. Great selection at great prices. Lines are fairly short in this location. Ive never had to wait long and I definitely enjoyed my shopping experience here. Parking is pretty plentiful. Theres really nothing negative I can say. I would give you 6 stars if could.

My favorite store. I enjoy going through the whole store wanting to throw everything in my cart. Prices are reasonable, selection is big. All employees are courteous and helpful. I especially like using my store coupons at checkout for additional savings.

I went to this place has a huge selection of houshold items. I went there to buy a couple humidifiers at 20% off that was a very great sale. I saved almost 30 bucks so it kida feels like i got the small one for 10 bucks.. I approve this place and i recommend everbody to go there.. its awesome!
