I was at their nissan service yesterday. Avoid this place people. Disrespectful, sarcastic bunch of ignorants. My car has differential problem. They wanted to charge me for an hour of labor because they checked my ac system anyways. That is what I was told picking my car.
Our salesperson, Kristen was very friendly, never pushed us into buying a car. Listed to our needs and got us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. There was a problem that arose after we bought the car and they stepped up and took care of it...no questions asked. We look forward to doing business with them again in the future

Do not take to service shop here! They dont care about their customers! Went in for a simple service and came out with a bigger problem. Service advisor would not help out with issue caused by them. I have been to the dealership multiple times and the staff is simply amazing, especially Micah. I have been there to browse the cars and also to have service completed on my traverse. The staff is amazing and very respectful. From the time you walk in, you are greeted kindly and not “pounced” on like can sometimes happen in a sales facility. The facility is very clean and they treat everyone like they are mvp’s; from offering multiple snacks and drinks to keeping you aware of what’s going on. I would highly recommend this facility to get your next car; i know i will be when the time is right.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I live in Illinois and couldn’t get anyone to sell me a car . I decided to contact a Nissan dealership right over the Indiana border and am so glad I did. Salesmen were assertive but not aggressive. While the mechanics are excellent, I would highly recommend NOT sitting in the lobby area. The dealers and staff do NOT wear masks, even though there is a sign clearly posted before you get in the lobby that masks are mandatory. I was told by a staff member that they dont have to unless they are close to you. (I was sitting just a few feet away, and I presume that was far enough for that staff member to keep her mask off). That staff member also said that she will not wear a mask all day, however, the mechanics will put one on when talking to you, which I appreciate. To put that in perspective, from Dec 5 to the 19th 2020, there have been 5,064 new cases of Covid in Northwest Indiana, why would anyone add to that number?

I walked in and looked at some used cars for my girlfriends daughter and I ran into Micah Pruett who is a sales rep at the location. I was very impressed by his professionalism and courtesy by taking the time to show me around the lot when I was currently just looking which he respected! The sales staff is mostly rude and condescending. Dont expect any after service care or follow up! This place has way too many sales guys in ratio to the number of support staff. The title for the company was initially delayed because they sold the car to me before it was fully released from the previous owners (thankfully I only got pulled over twice and the officers were nice)I got talked into an extended warranty by Kenny, Credit Manager, and then when I had trouble with my newly purchased car from Micah (which turned out to pretty much be a lemon) the onsite mechanic/repair site was a revolving door of new employees and they were never able to fit me in despite me dropping off my car multiple times.Kenny was never available when I tried to cancel my extended warranty after realizing its uselessness and would not return my calls. I quite literally had to drop by on multiple days at different times of day to catch him since he is constantly in and out of the office. Even when I was able to track him down he somehow managed to seemingly sneak out the front or back door thus causing me to have to drive back again on another day to try to cancel my extended warranty.I will never buy a car (and DEFINITELY not an extended warranty) from this place again and advise others in the area to proceed with caution before doing so.
I called to see in I could make appointment to bring my Nissan murano in and they write a way said bring it in today and my brother and I drove the 2 cars to Nissan very polite and very noligable. In my padt life we have purchased nothing but Nissan they are a long lasting car. Thank you 😊! Nissan

Our sales person was Micah and he did a nice job! We traded in a Hyundai but there was an issue with our new car. Micah provided us with a free rental for a few days until our new Kicks was ready.Our new Kicks stalled in traffic on 80/94 but restarted immediately. The service department ran a diagnostic that showed on faults. WE were asked to leave our vehicle for in-depth analysis but no loaner was available. The service manager said they didnt provide loaners. We contacted the salesman who talked with the service manager.The sales manager said they would provide a loaner when one became available and they would look at our car. Went we bought the Kicks we specifically asked the salesman about the availability of loaners in case of service issues. He said loaners were provided, of course.Three weeks later and no loaner. Funny how a loaner was available when making a sale but not available once the sale has been made.Wayne Hays

I came in with my own financing from my credit union, and they beat it for me after running my credit check with their banks - that rarely happens!Brian Tom did a great job helping me. And more importantly, when I said I have to think about this and sleep on it, he pretty much let me leave Friday after spending 2 hours with me, and he respectfully followed up with me today.After talking more with my husband, we made an offer, and they accepted it, so we let him know we were coming back at 3, and my ‘new to me’ Rogue waiting for me.Thanks!

After a few weeks of texts asking me to come and look at a car I inquired about, I made the 45 min. drive to Schererville on Saturday, Aug. 8th 2020 along with my son.I test drove the car for about an hour....found the brakes to be bad on it. Upon our return, I told the salesman that the brakes were bad. As I looked over the car a few minutes, I told him I wanted to take the car to my mechanic ( I work for a towing company and mechanic) and have him put it up on the rack since I was aware it had some minor damage according to the Carfax report. He immediately said Oh, the car has been sold at another of our dealerships What????? They couldnt have told me right away when I pulled in from the test drive? He told me he didnt know it has been sold!! Yeah, right!! ....what a load of BS!!! Dont waste your time at this place!! If I could give 0 or negative stars I would have!!!!
Last weekend I bought a 2019 Nissan Altima Platinum here and had a great experience. I knew which vehicle I wanted to see and Brian Tom greeted me at the door and quickly was able to get vehicle pulled up. He was not typical aggressive sales person which was key for me. He was very informative and was able to make a solid deal for me with my trade-in. The best part of all was he moved things along as fast as he could so i wasnt there all day. Thanks again!
The maintenance department was amazing. I went in there for possible transmission issue and while there discovered it was a loose heat shield. Blanco helped me by having someone tighten the bracket down down me. He was very helpful.

I purchased my used car from this dealership on May 23rd, as a Wisconsin resident. The sale of the vehicle included tax and title, On June 19th, considerably longer than the 21 days the law allows them to provide the vehicle title, I received the Indiana title, a check for $30, and instructions to title the vehicle on my own; this cost me an additional $134.50. I initially spoke to two of the sales managers about this and got nowhere with them, and was treated poorly by one of them, who told me I was uneducated for telling him I felt like they had ripped me off. However, after leaving a negative review I ended up being contacted by the dealership and them spoke to the general manager, after which they took care of this and covered my additional cost. They did, however, illegally run my credit report and lied about it, and then refused to take responsibility. I dont think Napleton Nissan has much integrity, as a company since they really only did the right thing to influence my review.

Hard core pressure. Kept telling me vehicle would not last long and it would be gone quickly . Unfortunately their website tells you how long it has been in stock and that has been almost 50 days now. There were several nicks in the paint and a huge scratch across the back. Not willing to repair or discount the over priced car. Not only did the salesman call me but also two other salesman and 2 managers. I wont be back..

Terrible.....I took my pathfinder for regular oil change and then I thought to get it appraised as well so that I can trade it for another pathfinder...but they played tricks....now my car has starting trouble, it is making weird noise while driving....and upon calling them they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hang up...terrible experience
