Pretty normal sized Sallys. The customer service wasnt bad but we werent asked if we needed any help which is typical at most of these places. I was really disappointed just how sparse everything was. Every aisle had big sections that were out of stock

Noelle and Lauren were so amazingly kind and helpful. They’re both very knowledgeable about all the products offered in the store which was an immense help to me plus my daughter loved them so much she wanted to buy them lunch!

This location, at the Forum is supposed to be open until 6pm for curbside pickup. Ive been calling the store since 5pm. Decided to drive to the store, to see whats going on since no one answered. I arrive at 5:23, the lights are on, I can clearly see through the glass two employees in an isle talking. One of them looks at me and another patron. I call the number again, they walk to the back room and turn off the lights and dont come back out. Within that few minutes I was there, a total of 7 customers, including me turn and leave because of their apparent refusal to assist us.

I have to say this is the best Sallys ever! They have such amazing customer service! Autumn from 3009 store was such a great help! She really did go above and beyond for both me and my mother! Thank you so much!

I walked in the store (door unlocked) not knowing they opened at a later time. The cashier (orange hair) who was on the phone, rudely stated they didnt open until 1:00pm. She couldve been friendlier when telling me this or better yet, lock the door. Never returning to this location!

Great lady who is the manager, she makes you feel welcomed and assistance is always available without pressure. I bought 5 items for the hair. So very clean and organized.

I went in this the schertz location yesterday looking for something specific. There were two girls working, both behind the counter playing with their phones and talking. One girl looked up and the only reason she greeted me was be cause I locked eyes with her. The other didnt even acknowledge me. There was another lady shopping in there as well. No one asked if we needed help. They just laughed and giggled instead of paying attention to the store and their customers. The store was somewhat put together but could use a good dusting on the shelves and the products. The people who use to work there were so nice, now its like they just dont care. When we both checked out, the girl who helped me just kind of mumbled, didnt offer me a club card and seemed annoyed that I was there. The girl who helped td he other lady at least smiled at her and offered her the card. This location, in my opinion has really gone down hill

Nice beauty/hair store, had everything I needed! No complaints

The store only had one worker there and when I entered the store she was no where to be found. A couple of other customers had knocked on the door where the storage was and there was still no response. Once she came out of the room she was no help. I know I had to ask her the same question 2 or 3 times before she gave an answer. The store is always hot inside.

Went there today (5/18/12); girl was really nice and helpful while I was looking. Picked some haircare products then got to front and noticed clip on hair extensions. Read a lot about them but was skeptical and expressed this skepticism with clerk. Picked out some extensions with the understanding that if they were not up to par (as in they didnt look like a full head of hair once taken out of the packet), then I would return. I imagine one might say I shouldve looked at the receipt (which states hair cannot be returned), but would that matter? Cant get the receipt until AFTER purchase. Seems integrity would insist that little fact be pointed out by the clerk. Anyway, the hair was thin and flimsy (8 very short pieces for $130). Found the same hair online for $52.00. Bought two packs to ensure full head. Anyway, I guess do a better job of asking the right questions or youre out of $130 bucks for a pack of strands.
