Larry and I had a great experience at Mattress Firm Clearance Center last night (04 November 2021). Kelvin was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and sales. He gave us the information we requested, answered our questions and also gave us the freedom to explore without being a pushy salesman. A perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness! We ended up buying a great mattress and left with smiles on our faces.

This was a great buying experience. Heather Springs took my initial phone call and answered all of my questions regarding this mattress purchase. The item we wanted was in stock!! That was the first check in the box. After going over pricing and wait times for other items, I decided to wait and check another store. The young man asked is there anything we can do to earn your business right now and save you the trip ? Well that was very professional and not alot of places or people do that !! As he was ringing us up, he asked if we had been to any other store so that the fist person who helped us would get credit...this also showed great character and made us feel like we were in good hands !

Awesome customer service! My mattress is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, but my experience in the store was great. I imagine the delivery service will be equally as positive. No one was pushy, they helped me stay under budget, and were overall very patient and friendly while I made a decision. If I ever need to purchase a mattress in the future, I plan on returning to this store.

Bill helped me and made all necessary arrangements.When I asked him about headboards he said they didn’t carry them because they were considered furniture.Very strange that on Mattress Firms website they show that they do sell headboards.

He walked us through the process of understanding how the kind of mattresses we might consider would reduce pressure points on our backs, shoulders, head and hips. I had been putting off buying a new mattress with an adjustable base for years. My experience with mattress firm was wonderful! From walking in the door to having the mattress delivered. We worked with the team at the Forum here in Texas and they were amazing to work with, they definitely knew how to connect with their customer. Was in the matter for a new mattress and was told to go by Mattress Firm for a good deal. Went tin tire recommended store and tested a few and found a memory foam that I fell in love with. It was within my budget so I made the purchase. The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful. Had a pretty good experience! Our salesman Keith listened to what we were looking for and showed us options. The mattress we chose was in stock at another location so we were going to pick it up. Turns out they didn’t actually have our mattress. To keep us happy, he gave us a higher quality mattress at the same price as the out of stock mattress. We left happy. :)

Bought a king size mattress and an adjustable bed frame from this location. Tony walked us through all the options since we really didn’t know what we were looking for since it was our first time mattress shopping. Tony was very informative and answered all of our questions quickly and it was apparent that he knew his product. He explained all the available sales and how much we would save by partaking in them. My wife and I genuinely weren’t going to buy a mattress yet, we wanted to shop around but since Tony did such a great job and was so friendly and polite I was more than happy to drop $3200 on a new bed. Would recommend!

We came in looking at some great deals from online and wanted to try them out in person. As we wandered around we found a couple we liked. Go and visit with Kelvin. He took his time with us and was very knowledgeable about what mattress would fit our needs. With a very pregnant wife he was showing us what we asked for our price range and did not push us to spend more money. When my wife said she would settle, he ASKED politely if there was any possible way to move a bit more up in price range so she would be comfortable and not just settle. We agreed and ended up walking out with 2 mattresses and adjustable frames because my wife was satisfied and not just settled. Definitely sticking with Mattress Firm and Kelvin.
