Really nice staff at this location! Donuts were yummy

This location has to be the best Shipleys location in the San Antonio area. Great staff, they are always friendly and happy to help. I can always count on them to have fresh hot glazed donuts as well as hot and fresh Kolaches. Thank you for the customer service. My dog loved the doggy treat the drive through gave her.

Oily taste. Ordered custard. There was a small dollop of custard at one end

Someone made a review about people not wearing masks. Who cares, it was great service and friendly place for doughnuts. If your worried about masks stay home!

So sad, I truly like this donuts but all the personal without a mask 😷 that doesn’t make me feel so safe, I know that every body has their own opinions about masks, but when you are literally breathing in front of the donuts is just NOT safe at all.

It just too bad they close so early. Lovw me some warm donuts!!

The donuts here are great. Unfortunately, their covid-19 precautions are lacking. I went through the drive thru today and the employee taking our order had no mask on. Personally, I do not want unmasked people making my food. I will not being going back.

Simply the best donuts I have ever eaten. We also got some of their specialty items that were equally tasty.

Always so friendly, everyone makes you feel so welcomed, and I always leave with a huge smile on my face. We off handed mentioned that it was my daughters first birthday, and they brought out the bells and whistles! ❤️ Tons beautiful, delicious donuts too 😜

Right across the street from Starbucks but way better. The have coffee, iced coffee and frapes. The season pumpkin spice cream cheese donuts are to die for.

I asked for no chesse on my stuff and still got Cheese. She even read it back to me and said no chesse.

Love this Shipleys because my daughter likes the variety of donut holes given, chocolate and light.The shipleys by my home wont do this.

All of the food choices are very good. The staff is always friendly. The prices are a little high, though.

Filled sonuts had no filing.Regulars were good.Inexpensive.

The customer service here is beyond stellar! I come to this location several times a week and service is super fast. As for the doughnuts they are sweet and fresh. Coffee is hot and fresh and they make it the way you want it. (Cream, sugar). All at a reasonable price. This place opens early too 530 am to be exact, and when theres a line not to worry you will be out of there in no time, super fast.

Best Donuts in town. They are always hot and fresh! The staff are also very friendly and very quick!

We like this location. The old fashioned cinnamon rolls are usually really good, and much better than other locations. Once in a while, not as good, like its from a different Baker. But all in all good food and friendly service.

I literally just pulled over to write this review because the people there were so awaesome. So it’s the morning time and I’m still trying to wake up and I pull up at the window and the lady at the window was so friendly and energetic and I could hear the whole team in the background and everyone just has this positive, energetic, friendly vibe and it was a super awesome experience. I usually go somewhere and the person is just so dull like when you can tell they really don’t want to be there/don’t care, but not here. I’m actually really glad y’all have people like that working because it makes all the difference !!!! This is my new morning spot :)

Sweetest people ever!

I called Shipley’s near 3009 and asked if they could make special birthday donuts for my sons birthday in the shape of the letters spelling out ‘happy birthday’ and his name. This not something they typically do, but they were so nice to accommodate my request. The donuts turned out so cute! A lot of places might have just told me no, but they really went above and beyond to help make my boy’s day special!

Clean, professional, respectful to each other and clients. they greet you and serve you so well that when I leave I feel as if they all gave me a hug and wished me a great day. A great way to start your day. needless to say donuts are so gooood especially from the hot rack to your mouth.

Im pretty sure Shipleys handpicked the nicest people in the world to work here. Either that or the work environment is just that great that the employees are always happy. Even if I developed an allergy to every food and drink at this shop, I would probably still go, just because the employees make me happy. Their friendly and upbeat attitude really is contagious. Oh and their doughnuts and coffee are pretty awesome too.

Went here to buy do nuts already had my coffee,grabbed some creamer and they wanted to charge me 10 cents per. not very good customer service asked for my money back and left.there entitled to be greedy and I can go some place else I could understand if I was just going there for the creamer but I was spending money there

We stop in about once a month and the staff has always been friendly, the dining room has always been clean and the prices reasonable. The smiling faces keep us coming back just as much as the donuts.

The staff were clearly happy in their work -- That made it really pleasant to be there. Maybe thats what made the twists extra delicious, too.

This is my favorite Shipley’s and my favorite donut place period. They have iced mochas that are out of this world and the donuts are just the best. The one thing I wish Shipley’s would do are specialty donuts based on the season or holiday. :)

Employees are very friendly they even asked how my morning was going. Not to mention the donuts were full of cream and jelly not like most places where you only get a dab. 😀
