I frequent here as I use a shell card for fuel for business and 6/10 times there some sort of issue with the pumps. With 6 gas stations at this intersection I wish I didn’t use the shell credit card for fuel purchases, because this is the closest station to my house. Ironically the shell stations across the state of Texas always seem to have issues also. Very disappointing.

Was not impressed today when I went into the store to buy a pepsi. The three workers behind the counter were talking and only two had masks and close together. The cashier with the pink hair was more interested in talking to the others about his hair and his nails and not me as a customer. Not even counting back my change, or say thank you or giivng me a receipt. I suspect the manager was one of the three talking about this kids hair and nail situation.This lack of customer service just lost any future patronizing from me.

What can I say? Its a gas station. Its convenient for me.kn my way to work and Im usually able to get in and out pretty quickly.I dont go in the store too often when I fill up, but when I do, Im usually able to find what I need and get going. The place definitely looks better after the remodel they did a year or two ago.

When i stopped here, none of the pumps were operational. I dont have much knowledge at running a business, but having a gas station that doesnt have gas doesnt seem like a good business model.

Decent prices. Staff are ok. However, to save the money on gas when you get a carwash you have to buy it inside, and this is only written in small print on the side of the pump. Very irritating, as I would not have got a car wash otherwise.

Dont Ever go around 5am.. Very Rude will not say one word to you like she hates her Job. I only stop here due to the fact its on the way to work.

Nice clean store, probably more so than others. The only complaint I have is that price of gas is typically advertised as 10 cents cheaper than Valero, but when you get there, you have to buy a car wash to get that. The biggest kicker is that it never offers a car wash at the pump like most places do, so you dont get the discount unless you go inside.

We filled up our car with regular gas at Shell, 174997 I-35 North, Schertz, Tx. They advertised $2.00 a gallon without a car wash and $2.25 a gallon with a car wash. We did not want our car washed, but When we check out the receipt, it showed we had paid $2.25 a gallon. We ask to have our car washed, but they said you have to be a member. A member of what? Nowhere on the signs does it say you have to be a member. I am wondering if that is false advertising. I want to warn everybody to beware of this gas station.

Im disappointed Id washed my car multiple times in the past year prior to May 8-9 2018. And then it happened the Top brush didnt stop coming towards my Windshield and wWipers until it had cracked both side of the Windshield, broke off the Wipers ame Ripped my Visor from the brackets!!! eveything sounded promising as ì reported it to the young man Soru the blue hair who was attending the gas station... He was very nice and concerning with the issue. stating that they have an insurance company to handle such damage.. well ì got one phone call from their Insurance AIG rep. Sherry 21 May 2018, saying she was going to look at the video showing that my car was in the wash rack and get back too me;( right she hasnt responded to any of the many phone messages??? the signs posted which wasnt visible do saying no visors. But because the signage is so high up on the wall and my cars visor so low ì never knew there was signs posted... any way its a shame to have a big name gas station like SHELL have an insurance company ignore a CLAIM or incident relevant to CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

At the time of change of shift they close everything and do not allow you to add gasoline. It takes 30 minutes to change shifts. Gasoline is cheap but they have that defect. In 30 minutes they lose profits. Today I had to go because I was canceled the transaction at the gas pump and my car marking the light. And always made Shell gasoline because it is of very good quality.
