Ive seen better locations and 10x better service, I was a little disappointed with how the store was trashed and shelves were bare. One woman employee was standing at the door looking out the window complaining about being at work. Ive worked retail before and there always seems to be one person that has to be coaxed to work or participate making sure the company standards are followed through.That type of employee got on my nerves daily. The quality of service and appearance of a store can crash and burn with toxic employees. Im sure this woman could be retrained, she seemed kind and had a good sense of humor but the last thing I want to hear is how much you hate being there when Im shopping at a store.

Pretty well stocked and organized. Employees aren’t the most pleasant, but I get it. Lol

I realized at the last minute I was missing shower curtain rings for my shower so I thought I’d run up to the dollar tree real quick. I knew I’d make it with only about 10 minutes to spare but I knew exactly what I needed. When I got there the lights were on, the hours in the window posted said 9 o’clock and it was 8:50. The parking list was empty. I looked for a sign stating that they would close early today but there wasn’t one. Very frustrating. I should’ve gone to the Cibolo location,

Its a dollar store. If youve been in one youve been in them all. Cheap junk from China all for a dollar a piece. I will say these are excellent places for party supplies and cards, glow necklaces etc and glass front 8x10 frames. (I have a ton of the frames, no ones the wiser and Im always happy with them.)

This store is always fully stocked. Clean and friendly staff. This is one of my favorite stores in the world where everything is $1.00 literally. You can find awesome buys for a buck.

*****SHARING ON BEHALF OF A FRIEND*****Her son has a ball to go to tomorrow, so why not go to a store that holds cheap toys for one time occasions.While she was getting checked out, she was more consumed in how she was going to get through preparing for tomorrow. When she was told how much 3 items came out to, she didnt think much of it until she walked out. She walked right back in to address there was an item in her bag that she didnt pick off of the shelf. After confronting the cashier(black lady w short hair), the cashier claimed it was with her stuff. My friend then said, i didnt pick this item. i guess it was around your area so you scanned it. Can i please get my dollar back? Cashier responds with, cant you pick something else? My friend says, i dont want anything else. (Her intentions were to just get a sword for her sons occasion) Cashier, We dont give cash back.after going back and forth for a good minute, the cashier then said, WHY DONT I JUST GIVE YOU A DOLLAR FROM MY OWN MONEY SO YOU CAN DISAPPEAR. Wow. Just wow. How rude and disrespectful. The situation could have been handled A LOT differently. Mind you, this is happening IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. I HOPE Dollar Tree values their customers with more respect. Granite, yes the items are $1, but either way. The level of respect shouldnt be gauged off of how much the item is or how much you spend.Im sure if roles were reversed, the cashier would have been just as irritated. This happened on 04.25.18 during lunch.

I went to this Dollar Tree last Sunday 07/31/16 and by far the best Dollar Tree Ive been to. Very clean, organized, and good customer service. Too bad I live in Dallas TX if not this would be the store I would go to.

Was a in and out visit. Store was short on stock... But was able to get most of what I needed

No parking, ever. Did have some good Halloween decor tho. Maybe i beat the rush cause it looked like it was just put out.

My goto Dollar Tree. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. However, they need more staff. Often the store is in disarray with merchandise on the floor and empty shelves.This has no barring on the staff there. For the most part they all seem to work very hard with the staff they have.

I was looking for easter garland, i went to the dollar tree on walnut, in new Braunfels last night and thry only had one strand of regular garland, the dollar tree in Schertz off 3009 didnt have any regular garland and i ended up having to purchase garland that is basically just 6 ft. Of ribbon with an egg every foot or so. Disappointed with my purchase and keeping the receipt to possibly return it tomorrow. Cashier was friendly

At the store on IH35 & FM3009, the staff (especially the cashiers) were wonderful. Gave needed help to a handicapped person.
