Worst customer service, I was told I’ll be called everyday for the last week and no one calls back and then when I get ahold of someone they tell me they can’t help me and to go to Home Depot and then hung up on me he’s name is Mitch, don’t waste your time these people don’t know respect or professionalism,

One star because zero is not possible. This is the worst customer service, ever. I have worked with a variety of sales, counter and warehouse folks at BFS and every last one is incompetent and grumpy. As a contractor, I have ordered items, promised deadlines to customers only to learn - after literally 30 emails, texts and phone calls - that oops, the items were not ordered. Run, do not walk, away from this place.

The worst most irresponsible company ever .installed two bad doors. Now they dont answer The leaks are continuous and now the door doesnt close and it is an outdoor door If their prices are good, beware, you get what you pay for. More reviews to follow on other web sites.

INCOMPETENT!!!2 of the 8 windows they installed DO NOT WORK. They wont stay open - presumably because the counterweight strings are broken. We have been trying for SIX MONTHS to get them out here to fix them, and they have failed to show up three times. This is a vacation home and we are almost never there on weekdays, so if they miss an appointment it can be two months before we are again there on a weekday to meet them. The first time they just didnt show. The second time we had told them we left the gate and barn open for them and to come whenever it was convenient for them. For two solid weeks it was that way and they never showed. This time they were specifically told to come to the property NO MATTER WHAT because we would be there for four solid days during spring break and not leave the house. They chose Friday 1-4 pm. We were here (in fact, its STILL not 4 even as I write this). They wanted cel numbers and we told them our cels are not reliable at all this far out in the country, but that they needed to show whether we answered the phone or not. At 2:30 I called to ask where they were. They said they had called the cel numbers, not gotten an answer, and gone on to the next appointment. We said we told you the cel numbers werent reliable and you were supposed to come anyway because we said wed be waiting for you!They called the technician and said sorry its not convenient for him to return. This is complete bull. And all this incompetent customer service on top of POOR INSTALLATION QUALITY!!! The windows did not stay open from when they first installed them.So F for work quality, and F for customer service. NEVER, NEVER, use this company!!!!

Called twice was on hold for 10 mins first time, 5 mins the second time waiting for a price. Just gave up poor service!!!
