I had HEARD good things about Doss Audiology from a friend who got a hearing aid with them, so I decided to check them out for my hyperacusis... I must say, if you have any hearing needs you should definitely go to Doss Audiology. Their front desk staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, and the audiologist was very well versed in their field. The wait time to be pulled back for an appointment is extremely short, and their COVID procedures ensure that all entering are safe and well taken care of. They thoroughly explained how the test would be performed each step of the way, and my results once the test was completed.  They see all ages so make sure to check them out! I will definitely be goinga back to them if I need any other hearing services.

Dr. Doss and Dr. Zamarripa are both very knowledgeable and professional and are great with kids. Both have worked with my young son and are very patient and explain things in easy terms for him to understand (and me too 😉) the Floresville location is very convenient for us.

Dr. Neve is amazing. She is super sweet and knowledgeable. She explains things to where me and my 5 yo can understand. She is super patient and follows up with care. Farelle, the receptionist is so kind, helpful and attentive. These ladies help to ease my worries as a mother for a child with hearing loss bc they are so great at their jobs. I chose Doss Audiology after viewing several audiology sites. Their location is close to my home which makes it convenient for my visits and they also accept my insurance. Also, Ive found Dr Doss and staff to be very proficient in every way. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I couldnt be happier with the way I have been treated and my hearing aids are fantastic. Dr. Doss very patiently explained what was wrong with my hearing and helped me understand and know what to expect as I adjusted to them. I cant believe what I wasnt hearing!! I highly recommend Doss Audiology.

Very impressed with Dr Doss and her office staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and polite and knowledge. Appointment time was kept as promised and was in and out in an amazing timely manner. Dr. Diss was well prepared and organized and great with my 5 year old daughter. Truly thankful for the rainbow of this office after horrible experiences I had with another Doctor in the area.

Dr. Doss and her staff have been a consistent in the world of teaching me how to care for my daughters hearing impairment. They showed me from the beginning what to do, how to take care if her hearing aids. Now that our daughter is getting older she has the patience to continue teaching my daughter. It is always a pleasure to have the yearly evaluation and my daughter loves seeing Dr. Doss and the rest of her staff.

I had a great experience at Doss Audiology Hearing Center. I was able to get an appointment for two days later. The receptionist answered my questions about pricing very well, they answered all my phone calls. Virtually no waiting time in the waiting room. When I was seen by the audiologist she was extremely kind, friendly and courteous. During the process of her giving me silicone impressions, she explained every step along the way. She kept me informed of what she was doing and gave me clear instructions during the process.Quick checkout experience. Very clean, pleasant and and brand new office. I called many audioligists in the schertz area and all of them had to redirect my calls. It was very difficult to get a hold of the audiologists and get proper pricing for silicone impressions. I left many messages but Doss Hearing Center was the first and only office that gave me availability and direct pricing from the receptionist herself. Not to mention they were 4 minutes away from my house. An absolute great experience and I highly recommend!!

My son was referred by his pediatrician for a hearing test at Doss Audiology. We had a great experience. From the moment you walk in they are very friendly with you and patient even with your very rambunctious toddler. Dr. Neve worked with my son and she is awesome! Thank you.

Dr. Doss is fabulous! Working with my 4 yr old son, I wasnt sure how a detail hearing test would go... but she was so compassionate, patient, and kind spoken! We were able to complete the testing to find his ears are working fine! Thanks for reassuring us!

Does amazing with children who have special needs, wait time was not long at all. Dr was super friendly, very understanding, office is very clean. They even have a small play area for kiddos and a small coffee station for parents nice!!

I have worn hearing aids for 26 years and have had several different Audiologist in different parts of the country. Doss Audiology is by far and away the best in my experience. Dr. Doss and the office staff are the Gold Standard by which all other offices should be measured.

Very detail oriented hearing examination for my father. Calibration, adjustments, and supplies are included with the purchase of the hearing aids. Dr Doss and her staff are very good and thorough at what they do.

Great experience...

I went to Dr Doss today for hearing aids because she is in network with my insurance. Only after the test was done was I told she did not like to take my insurance and would require full payment for the hearing aids and then would refund whatever my insurance paid, even though she is an in network provider.I found it an unfair business practice. I believe transparency is the utmost importance with a doctor patient relationship.Had I been told this before the appointment I would have chosen another provider. I mentioned this to the Dr. Doss as well as my frustration.
