Wanted to give a shout out to Jarrod and the team here who went above and beyond to make sure the colors I requested matched the previous paint I’m touching up. Jarrod took special care to not just double check but triple check the color before I walked out, and sure enough it’s a perfect match. Saves me a ton of work and money to not buy extra gallons to repaint several rooms. That’s the kind of service that I wish everyone had. Thanks again guys!

Very helpful staff! Due to the winter storms, there is a shortage of supplies to make paint, but the staff went above and beyond so I can paint on time! I called wanting to order 5 gallons of paint which this locations did not have, but they contacted neighboring stores and found a nearby location that had what we needed. I really appreciate them doing the problem solving for us during a time that is probably stressful for them.

Will and Jarrod were awesome. I got the abbreviation on my color selection mixed up. Pat Booker store was NOT helpful in the least. Took it here and Will & Jarrod hooked me up in no time. Will definitely be back!

Called and asked for the paint by name. They don’t carry it. Verify they do carry it and call back..... and next employee orders it for me.Store bathroom is NASTY!!!! Hazmat area for sure. Hasn’t been cleaned forever!Covid won’t kill you, that bathroom would.

As always, this is the best Sherwin Williams store in town. I needed paint for my kitchen cabinets and brought in a sample to see if they could match the color. Stephen looked at the color that I had and mixed the paint and matched my sample perfectly. He is always so friendly and courteous. I love coming here even though it is a little out of my way. This is by far the best customer oriented store in the San Antonio, Universal City, and Schertz areas.

Went there to get a color match for my paint contractor. Piss boy at the counter wouldnt give me a match. Said he could only give it to the contractor. Is it a secret? I left unsatisfied. There is more than one paint company in town.

Everyone is so well informed, and also helpful. I am very happy to see a location so much closer to me. Great place!
