We bought a pre-owned car from Ekonkar Motors. The whole transaction was very smooth. They walked us through a number of options and helped us choose a very nice Lexus RX. There was one hiccup, the battery needed replacement. However Karan was very professional and not only did he replace the battery with a brand new one, he also did a thorough check to ensure there were no other problems. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience, not anything like what people describe buying a used car should be. I would certainly go back if I had to buy another pre-owned car and would highly recommend Ekonkar to anyone looking to do the same.

I’m so happy I found Ekonkar Motors! I recently purchased a pre-owned Porsche at a nearby dealership, and I needed a trusted mechanic with European car experience for an issue that arose around my brake lights. I asked for Karan, and he treated me with the utmost respect. For the work I requested, I was able to drop my car off in the afternoon, and I was able to pick it up before close of business day. Karan was honest and his team knew exactly what I was coming in for upon my arrival, and what to fix. His shop was immaculately clean, and the car bays were spotless. As we know time is money, so the fact he was able to see me same-day and resolve my issue same-day is a huge value-add, versus other nearby mechanics and dealerships that couldn’t schedule me until a week later. Not as impressed as everyone else did. They were accomodating but also expensive, my car has needed more work since (and its only been 6 weeks) and they lost a personal item in MY car that is (was) very important to me.
