I was in a very serious car accident and I have been going through a lot. So I want a fruit basket to cheer me up, all my families is Florida and it’s just something I knew would make me happy! I ordered it on line at 4pm an I was afraid it would not be delivered same day or that the fruit would be soggy!!!! It arrived at 7:30 pm an it’s the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever had! I had one back in Florida in 2013 but this one Superseded it All! Thanks for making my day😭 and my recovery sooo much happier even if it is for the moment!!!! I had to call the office and tell the manager/ supervisor just How Much I Enjoyed my Gift to myself!!! Thanks

They were very accommodating with my walk-in order. The wait was not long at all however I ordered a large arrangement and the amount of fruit place on their looked as if it were for a small arrangement. Fruit was good and sweet. For the money I spent over $60 for an arrangement I would expect for it to look full. Not sure if its a Edible Arrangement policy to be so cheap with the fruits. Ive ordered from other stores and didnt have this issue.

I placed an order for Mother’s Day, paid extra for the Sunday delivery and the arrangement never came. I reached out today because it still didn’t arrive and was told they attempted yesterday at a time I was at the home. The response was they had over 500 deliveries yesterday and they didn’t use their normal drivers. The customer service was terrible. The person on the phone just kept repeating the same line about the amount of deliveries and different drivers. Overpriced and still didn’t provide the service

Would never order from here again. The order came with the fruits sweating and with overripe fruit. One balloon was not even fully blown up from the bunch. And the delivery kids came to the house like they were drag racing down the street and revving the engine in front of the house during the whole delivery. Very unprofessional and poor quality. 👎

Ordered an arrangement on Thursday for delivery on mothers day (Sunday). Only to have them call me Sunday at 6:00pm to tell me that they ran out of flowers as part of the arrangement earlier in the MORNING then offer me a 12 ct chocolate covered strawberry as replacement but it wouldnt be delivered until some undefined time after 7pm.

First and last time I use this location They deliver a get well soon arrangement instead of a happy birthday Arrangement Secondly the birthday arrangement was very poorly and cheaply made Definitely not worth the money I was charged and definitely doesn’t look like the selection I selected on the website looks like it was made by someone on their first day ... very disappointed Will never use the Scotch Plains New Jersey location again and will never recommend them to anyone .....

Is there a was to leave no stars? Where can I start? I wanted a simple delivery made with a note to a colleague who just had a baby. They misspelled his name, wrote down an incorrect contact number, & completely botched the note! The note was supposed to read: Dear Tyreik, Congratulations on the birth of your baby. Love JP & your CubeSmart family. Pretty simple right? What gets delivered is: Dear tyleik and family congratulation of the born of your baby Love, JP and your cute smart family. Unbelievable! This will be the last time I will send arrangements from this company.

I had a terrible experience with this store. I order a mothers day arrangement and had problems with the delivery. I have noted special instructions on when the order was to be delivered. I contacted the store and spoke with the owner/manager. He was very rude and not concern about the resolving problem. I also mention to him that the fruit was not sweet. Instead of trying to make good with the situation, He told me that he had so much business, that he didnt need mine. I want this to be a special occasion on mother’s day, turned out to be awful….. I will never order anything from this store again.......

I worked for this company for about two weeks and it was the most horrible experience ever. The manager is the rudest lady Ive ever met all she cared about was taking the customers money and not caring about the customer at all. You think the fruit is fresh fruit but in reality they take the rotten fruits and just cover it with chocolate. They often drop fruit on the ground and reuse it in the arrangements. Just overall a really bad business.

I just received a reminder from this store that I supposedly requested, but I had such a terrible experience with this store last year that I wont order from them again! They were 2 days late with the delivery and when I called them they were very rude and offered no compensation at all. Poor business practices if you ask me...
