Just came here for the first time. Met the owners and staff. I cannot tell you how helpful, professional, and courteous everyone is. Best selection of good quality premium cigars I’ve seen yet, the place is absolutely beautiful. If you’re in the area and have an hour or so to kill I highly recommend you make a stop. You will not be disappointed.

One of the best cigar lounge experiences in all of New Jersey! The lounge itself has a grown, relaxing, and elegant feel. They have a wonderful selection of cigars to choose from. The owners and staff are very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable of cigars.I went on a weekday during an NBA playoff game. There were about 10 people in which was good and everyone was friendly or chill. It was definitely a great way to end a long day of work and enjoy my evening.It was great to see and be in a black owned cigar lounge. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who enjoys cigars and appreciates a grown man or grown woman feel within a reasonable price.

Heard about High End Cigars from done Facebook friends, and decided to take the drive to check them out. Nice selection of cigars, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxed, byob, very spacious so you arent stepping on and over anyone. If you are in the North Jersey area, and are looking for a great cigar lounge I recommend High End.

I came in today to buy an Oliva V Series Cigar and absolutely adored the place. Very nice room temperature with amazing and comfortable furniture. Prices vary. Also very good black coffee.

Ive only stopped by this shop twice to grab some cigars and I can already tell this is an fantastic tobacconist. The staff were friendly and welcoming, their selection was well curated and there location was superb. Ive yet to sit for a smoke but plan to in the future (assuming I get a chance with so many customers enjoying a smoke).I consider myself a cigar enthusiast and have done quite a bit of traveling and this shop has one of, if not the best, atmosphere Ive come across. When you walk in to a new place to be greeted like an old friend by strangers is heartening, most especially in our current social climate.Keep up the good work and Ill be stopping by whenever Im in the neighborhood!

Nice place to smoke a cigar but at least for me not great customer service. I used to go there pre pendemic often but now most likely will not be returning there anytime soon. Walked into the door a guy with a beard sees me with my own cigar so he tells me that I must buy a cigar from them so I do. Than I order 30 dollars plus worth of espresso and sodas plus a cigar. When I was paying for an order the waitress tells me I have to buy another cigar because I smoked one of my own. I understand this is a membership based business. But I dropped 30 plus a cigar only to be told I have to buy another one nah. The thing is I used to go there pre pendmenic maybe start going their again. Not again the part is I can spend more money there in 4 months than a membership will get them ask J.R. cigars how much money I drop there a year a lot more than most members at this cigar joint do twice over. Oh well I guess that doesnt matter it will be a very long time if ever I will return there. This place has potential but poor custmer service.

I absolutely fell in love with this place. Not only is it close to home, but its cozy, the ambiance is wonderful, everyone is happy, and the owners took the time to introduce themselves since they saw new faces. Needless to say, I will be back.. it is one of those places you can bring your friends and catch up, play cards, or if youre in school like me - bring your laptop to do some homework at this place while sipping some wine and smoking a cigar by yourself.

Customer service lacking called 3 hours in advance to check capacity and COVID restrictions. Was told I could come and wait drove all the way from another state. And every time tried to be seated was told I would have to wait as I sat in car waiting for availability watched multiple people enter an not rejected. Disappointed and upset with management an how they handled situation. Felt a lot of discrimination smh

Most memorable cigar bar Ive been to and Ive been to a few. From the moment I walked in with my party, we were welcomed by the lovely proprietors, and attended to by the amazing staff. Even on one of their busiest nights, we still got attentive service which is a rarity these days. Ambiance was great, patrons were fantastic, this place is oozing with nothing but positive vibes. I have already marked my calendar, and i cant wait to go back. Keep Up the Great Work High End Cigars.

A delightful, upscale cigar lounge. Ive met the owner, Karen High, twice, and she is very helpful and welcoming. They have a good selection of premium cigars at reasonable prices. They also serve coffee; Ive tried their espresso and it was quite good. Theyre BYOB if you prefer something stronger (I usually do). Good ventilation, comfortable chairs, friendly patrons, and relaxing jazz add to the cigar smoking experience. Highly recommended!
