I havent even picked a dress yet, but i have to say that most places require an appointment. To my knowledge, i thought we could just pop in and try on dresses in most places. Even though the manager was super busy, she was one of the few who let me try on dresses with no appointment. She was super friendly, NOT pushy, and gave us a list of bridal deals to cut the costs of expenses for a full bridal party. I got the vibe that she took her work seriously, and i have to say just because of this, i hope to find a dress with her. She was kind, uplifting, and generous in her time. She deserves all the credit!

I love this girl so much! Shes so nice and really knows what shes doing. I always feel heard about what I want or like.

Honestly super disappointed in the service they gave. We scheduled a time to try on wedding dresses and the person in front of us was two hours over their scheduled time and they offered us to go in the same time as them but we would be sitting in the backroom and wouldnt have use to the stage. The manager was rude and actually told us to go have lunch and then they would try to squeeze us in afterward-we literally drove from very far away places to try on dresses and they didnt accommodate us or apologize for the inconsiderate delay

I got yelled at on the phone by the owner and one of the employees because I called and asked for measurements. They refuse to cancel my order even though it hasn’t been processed yet. I was called names by the employee over the phone as well. Not sure what kind of business runs like this but it’s terrible. Absolutely disgusting.

My wedding dress shopping experience was wonderful thanks to the patience and hard work of the staff at A Bridal Affair. Choosing the perfect dress was much easier than I had ever imagined it would be. I felt beautiful on my wedding day and received so many compliments on my dress. A tremendous thank you for everything they did for me!!!

If youre planning a wedding, this is the only place in Scottsbluff to go for your bridal needs. Friendly, respectful, dont have to make an appointment to ask a question, and they will assist you with your needs by providing excellent customer service.

I stopped into A Bridal Affair on a whim on a holiday and they were awesome! Both employees were very nice, helpful, and genuine. Unfortunately I dont remember their names. They had a large selection of plus size dresses (Size 16 to 28 I believe) to try on. They had no issue with me trying on multiple dresses even though I didnt have an appointment. There was a question on pricing for one of the dresses I was interested in and they said they would call the designer and get back to me. I had a message on my voicemail within 10 minutes of leaving the shop with the information I had requested and then some! Their prices were comparable to other shops I have visited.

Stopped in on a Wednesday at 10 am to get measured for a tux and waited for 30 minutes store didnt open and there wasnt any note on the door saying that they were going to be closed for the day. Drove for an hour and took the morning off work to do this. Really aggravating.

I found the perfect dress at A Bridal Affair! They ordered it, and it was just the right size when it came in...My bridesmaid dresses were a nightmare, but not because of this store. I was pleased for the most part. One thing that sort of irritated me, was that I was told that my grooms tux would be free, if I had 5 tuxes rented, and 5 dresses purchased there. The story changed once I had all tuxes and dresses paid for. Not only was my dress purchased there, all of my bridesmaids, and the flowergirl dress came from there. Thats 6 dresses. With the groom, 4 groomsmen, and my fathers tux, thats 6 tuxes rented. :(Also, my MOH and I showed up, and had to sit in our dresses for at least an hour and fifteen minutes before anyone even noticed we were sitting there waiting. I just think sometimes they need more help.I dont appreciate the tux ordeal, but my wedding is in 13 days, so I guess its water under the bridge now...

I had called hoping for some help and to purchase shoes, undergarments, bridesmaids dresses, and accessories. They were so rude on the phone. I was informed that due to prom they had no time for me. Kim, the one they called their boss, got on and was quite possibly the most obnoxious person I have ever spoken to. She shouted about how busy they were and how she was working so many hours that they could not be bothered. I will never purchase anything there and I hope that no one else does. Apparently, their business is to busy for new customers anyway.

I am a budget minded Bride and I walked in and was not given any service. I was told they had no dresses in my range or in my size. Unless you are a size 12 they cannot help you get a dress. The woman was very rude and gave me the attitude of get your cheap plus sized body out of the store. She wouldnt even allow me to look around and was very cold. This cost them a sale and any future sales from me as well as others. But the new bridal shop across the street was awesome. I wouldnt use or recommend bridal affair if you are a budget minded bride.
