I notified Reganis about a car I was interested in around 05-25-20. Court Cook contacted me within minutes. We agreed on a scheduled time to talk and worked out a deal within an hour of communication. He was friendly, to the point, and was willing to consider any accommodations. The car itself was an excellent value, and I was willing to make an 8 hour trip one way to take a look at it. Negotiations went very smoothly, and the vehicle was in great condition. An issue arose that would have put me out of the car for a couple days because of a loan application deadline, but management at Reganis found a way to make it work that same day with their own financial partners. This is my new 2005 Toyota Tundra that I bought from Reganis Auto Center in Scottsbluff, NE. I had been looking for a really clean, low miles Tundra like this for a while and when I saw this truck on Carfax, it looked perfect for me. I normally wouldn’t purchase a truck out of state like this without actually seeing and driving it in person, but it looked so nice that I decided to submit an email inquiry to get more information. This was like 7pm Nevada time so I was shocked when I got a call from Court responding to my inquiry. Court was very pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions and sent me lots of photos, even the undercarriage. He assured me that it was a beautiful truck and was able to get me a very fair deal on it. It took a little while for my transport company to finally pick the truck up and Court made sure that it was safe and secure inside their facility the whole time we were waiting. We had to communicate back and forth many many times and Court was always very prompt and courteous in communicating with me. When the truck finally showed up, it was everything I hoped for. Everywhere I go people compliment me on how nice of a truck it is and how they wish they could find one as clean and nice. If i could i would give them no stars. Took my 2008 town & county van in to have them look at it because was running rough. They called my husband saud they couldnt find anything wrong with it. Got there ti pick it up & it wouldnt start. I have no clue what they did to it but they sure wanted us to sell it to them but couldnt tell us what was wrong with. Great service department. Theyre reasonably priced and competitive with service in the Scottsbluff area. They have an oil change punch card that I highly recommend. Theyve cut at least 4 of my keys that I order online with no issues. Theyve transferred over my extended warranties I purchased on my cars with no issue. Overall great service.

I had to take a van here for some recall work. The service was good the the wait time wasnt bad. They even called a few days later to ask how my experience went and how the work was. My only complaint is they drug a bunch of trash from behind the interior molding out into the cab and didnt vacuum it up or anything they just left it.

We decided to buy a new car-and called around to all of the dealerships within driving range of our home that carried the car we wanted. Reganis came back to us with a great deal. We actually had a better offer in hand closer to home (Reganis was at the edge of our wed drive here for a great deal range). But the local dealer, when asked to put things in writing, suddenly found a clerical error and expected us to continue to negotiate with them. That wasnt going to happen-honest error or bait and switch, either way dealing with them again was a no-go on our side. We went back to Reganis instead as their deal was our next best (albeit with some driving involved). Fonz and the Reganis team put our deal together in two days, including getting some specific accessories in and installed in time for pickup. As of today (2 days later) we drove home a great new car. We really appreciated how up-front Reganis was with their prices. They never played games-just gave us what we needed to make the right decision for us. Despite the hassle of driving from Denver to Scottsbluff, I would not hesitate to do so again if the deal was right.

I own a business that makes deliveries using a mini van; have had two Dodge Caravans that worked well. Latest one had high mileage and I was thinking it might be time to consider replacing it, but finding a used van in good condition is not always easy. Then I saw a post on Facebook garage sale for a Dodge Caravan and sent a message to Reganis Auto. Within minutes Court Cook answered me. After weather and other delays, I made the trip to Scottsbluff to look and consider buying a replacement van. Reganis had several from which to choose but Court Cook had picked out one he thought would be just right based on what I had told him and he got it dead on. While at the dealership, I was treated respectfully and the sale was handled efficiently. Court was extremely attentive and helpful; he answered all questions without making me feel pressured. I loved the fact that for the first time ever for me after having bought multiple vehicles over the years, the financial person was a woman who also was very helpful and pleasant. Salesman was great, but when I did the paperwork for my truck the guy I worked with called me the wrong name the whole time and kept referring to my mother as my wife. They forgot to have me sign a form and I had to go back on my own time to do it. Wasnt very professional and seemed like some people there dont know what they are doing.

Just bought a 1 year old car from them. Salesperson was good. Finance lady was very good. My complaint was that after we made the deal and I asked for a second key they said it only had one and I would need to buy another for over $100. Didnt notice in the test drive, but when got the car home realized the front floor mats were missing. Called and same deal.... I can buy the floor mats from them. Seems to me if you are going to sell a nearly new car that you would want the person to have all the parts that should come with a new car. I suppose Im partly to blame for not getting these things done before the deal was done but seriously.... A little customer service here would have gone a long way.

Advise to find another dealership to get your vehicle repaired or serviced instead of here. It took them over 3 weeks just to look at my vehicle. (To be fair I was told that to begin with). However after waiting almost month for them to finally look at it, I call the dealership and the person in the service department assures me that the vehicle would be done the next morning. So I drive up the next day only to find out the required parts had not arrived (I live an hour away). I call various times, several days apart only to get a different response each time. I finally get told my vehicle will be done by Monday morning the following week, so I call to confirm the status of repairs and was again assured my vehicle would be ready. Only to find out when I arrive it is again not ready. (A two hour wasted round trip, not to mention the gas I spent driving). After waiting a week, I finally drive up there again to find out the part may be here this Friday. Different answers each time you call, no one has a clue what is going on. Everytime I go to this place everyone seems to be joking, laughing, being unprofessional and could care less that there are customers waiting. I will be buying a new vehicle soon and will make sure it is not from this unorganized place. It will also be the last time I take my vehicle to get repaired or any of the other vehicles in my fleet.

Just bought a car there a week ago was told the o2 sensor was the only thing wrong and that they would replace it. It’s been a week and I’ve had to take it back to them three times.Turns out there was a lot more wrong with it then they said. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get fixed because they said there was nothing they could do. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

My Jeep was brought here to have a key cut and programmed. The technician damaged the key during cutting and they were not able to program it. After taking the morning off and going 30 minutes out of my way, I agreed to do it again the next day; and I informed them it had to be this week because I was leaving for several months on orders. However, due to the blizzard the key wasnt going to arrive until 2 days later. On that day, I contacted Reganis and they informed me the key didnt arrive nor did it ever exist as it was a ghost order. The key was on back order from Chrysler and they didnt know when theyd be able to get it. I spoke to the parts department manager Richard (think he prefers Dick, but Richard is more formal) and he was not helpful or friendly. I offered a way to get a key from another dealership if Reganis was willing to help witth cost difference (something that would show excellent customer service since the error was on their part) but Richard exclaimed that it wasnt their fault or their problem, and If I want a key I can go elsewhere to have it done. Richard refused to help any further and wanted me to do all of the leg work to correct their mistake; this is the 2nd time I have brought my vehicle to Reganis to receive bad customer service and shady techs/mechanics. Reganis feels they are limited in competition in this area so they can get away with this stuff. To readers, I advise you can find a better and more kind car dealership around here to do the work. Lastly, as I ended my conversation with Richard he decided to mock my military service with words I wont burden you with.

I brought my jeep into Reganis. At first i was pleased by the speed and what i thought was honesty. Then it ends up needing a new engine. At first the guy at the counter told me that the warranty had a good chance of accepting the claim but i had to have them break the engine down. Needless to say the warranty declined the claim and then guy at counter says oh well i did not think they were going to accept the claim from the getgo. So basically he created work for them. I wish he would have just been honest with me and not tried to create more work for themselves. If i can avoid it i will never take a vehicle back to this shop. Nor will i buy a vehicle from these guys. I am sure they are good people but when you are known for being dishonest that is bad ethics.

After finding a truck on AutoTrader, I drove from Colorado to Reganis Auto Center in Scottsbluff NE to work a deal on a nice GMC truck they had for sale. I had contacted Reganis, and Court Cook called me back several times and was able to answer all my questions. Court had the GMC truck pulled into a nice clean heated shop ready for my inspection when I arrived. Thankfully he did that, because it was raining and around 38 degrees. It was nice not to be pressured and I was given lots of time to inspect and drive the truck. They gave me a fair deal on my trade and they were a fair price on their truck. Court was very helpful and easy-going. I would suggest if you are looking to upgrade or buy a new vehicle, to contact Court Cook at Reganis Honda. I took my car to be rekeyed payed about 100 dollars and my key wasnt working so I took it back and they didnt offer me a refund the offered me a blank key with the codes to take it to someone else to rekey but after a few weeks I was contacted by the managment and they finally did resolve the issue and offered a refund for the labor which is all I wanted Im very satisfied that the fixed that issue.

Great sales experience, horrible service department. My 2018 Ram with only 3,700 miles on it has been sitting where the towtruck dropped it off for almost two weeks now. They replaced a fuse within that time thinking it fixed it.A fuse......Thats 12 days of work. A fuse....

I had a great experience with buying my Toyota Camry at Reganis Auto Center. I bought it from Amanda Furrer who gave great customer service. She asked me what I was looking for and also my financial situation so she knew where to start looking for me. She let me keep the car overnight and answered all questions that I had. After having the car for 6 months a problem occured and she was there with me making sure things were handled and that I was pleased with the out come. I recommend going to her when purchasing a vehicle :)

They suck overpriced parts and poor service. Installed parts without my permission. Charged for diagnostic even though they didnt do it. Go find a good independent mechanic and you will save at least 50%.

Nasty people with no conscience. From Pennsylvania and was stranded out on the interstate and towed in from 150 miles away. Was treated very rudely. Said they wouldnt even look at my car for several days, was charged a 30 fee, and was sent off the lot with a hot and dangerous vehicle that could have killed someone. An office worker lady came out and was making jokes about my smoking vehicle. I felt very humilated. I know these people are the exception and they dont represent the good nature of the people of Nebraska. How can you trust purchasing such a major investment as a vehicle to people who treat other human beings in such a way. Good luck if something goes wrong with your purchase the minute you walk off the lot. These people will demean and make fun of you.

Recently had warrantee work done by Reganis Mazda. Since I have to drive 175 miles, asked Miranda Nightengale to see what she could do about getting me in and out as quick as possible. Done in less than 1 hour. She and Jerry are awsome.

If I could give lower than a one star, I would. Terrible experience with this dealership. Deceitful dealership that sold us a brand new car with hail damage that had been previously fixed and continued to deny it. Cashed our down payment check after we told them to put a hold on everything. Sales Manager did not have the guts to even face us after he told us it was IMPOSSIBLE the car had hail damage. Very upsetting when you’re buying a brand new Cadillac.
