Got there right when they opened to upgrade phones. There were several people waiting outside, however, they had enough staff to handle the opening rush.To have our 2 phones upgraded took about an hour. Not a big deal. Our tech was super friendly and she helped us along the way. Dominique I believe was her name.Couldn’t be happier with our phones and experience.Thanks!
I recently purchased a new phone through the Scottsbluff Nebraska Verizon store. I told the salesman what I was looking for and he assured me the phone I purchased would do what I wanted. Once I was home I found out the phone did not function the way he said it would, so I returned to the store the following day to return it. The lady helping (Andrea) me was great, but a young man in the store as well as the salesman who sold me the phone were anything but helpful and were very rude to me. During the return of the phone he tried to prove me wrong about a specific feature the phone did not have. The only response I received was simply that I would have to pay their restocking fee or find a different phone. The two young men in the store (Jeremy and Jacob) did not not care at all about making the situation right. Buying in store is a waste of time. They proved they are not in the business of customer service and are not about to work with a customer to address an error on their part.
I have been met with poor customer service and a lack of help at this location. I asked if it was possible to purchase the iPhone12 Pro Max they had in stock at the store and was told I must order it for curbside pickup. After trying to order it for curbside pick-up I ended up having to order it to ship to me instead and now have to wait for it to come in the mail because I was informed by a Verizon corporate rep that their inventory wasnt up to date at this location to do a curbside order. I figured it would be great to make a sale with in-store inventory, but I guess I will just wait for the same exact phone to be shipped to me.

Well first of all no help as in phone activation, which I know due to covid but lets be realistic Healthcare puts themselves basically in front lines. Sanitation should be a priority. There was still too many people in the building anyway. Just clean and sanitize as need use UDS guidelines. Its ridiculous
Kid that waited on me seemed like he had more important things to do. I just wanted to get out of there...was going to purchase 2 more line but decided to do online less of a headache 😅

Auto pay discount is a scam. I was offered a discount for auto pay and upgraded to unlimited. My bill including taxes was estimated to drop by roughly $15. On Sept 21st the changes were made an the first auto draft was scheduled for Oct 5th for the payment due Oct 12th and the new bill going forward was approx $215. On Oct 12th a text message generated that payment was due for $231. I used the link and allowed the payment to process assuming the draft couldn’t be set up in time. It charged the payment on file which was a credit card. The next day I found where I was drafted from the bank account yet no credit was shown on Verizon for the double payment. I notified Verizon it had in fact already billed me with auto pay on Oct 5th. They agreed to refund the double payment. I ask about the future billing amount and theyconfirmed it would be $215. On Oct 26th I received a bill with a $40 auto pay non-compliance penalty. I used Verizon’s chat feature as they make it impossible to talk to a live person. I spent 2 hours before the representative finally understood what I was talking about. Just to tell me that since I allowed the double charge, the $40 penalty stays. They said management would say the same regardless of the request for secondary payment sent out. Their system is flawed. It should not request a double payment.
We have been Verizon customers for more than 20 years. The Scottsbluff store originally had great customer service but it has declined terribly over the last few years. Theyre only focused on helping you buy new items and have no interest in helping with customer service or existing products
Needed quick info and they couldnt get me it in 20 min. Need more employees or better training from management. Or at least give me an estimated wait time
I have been in this store several times over the years, and it continues to go down in the quality of service. Ive just experienced over the last 2 days one of most frustrating times in buying a new phone that Ive ever had. The young salesman was every misleading and did not make himself clear on his intent. I continue to be disappointed!

Fast friendly service. Occasionally there is a terribly long wait. If all your doing is making a payment skip the line and use 1 of their 2 payment machines. Super fast and easy to use!
Will not go to this store again. I stopped by yesterday an hour before they closed. As I was walking to the door one of the employees walked up locked the door, and then both employees walked into the back of the store like I wasnt even there. Thoroughly not impressed with Verizon at this point!
I’m not sure where the customer service is, but Luis wasn’t able to help me because he only knows Android. So after 40 minutes in the store, most of it waiting in line, I was told to contact the 1 800 customer service number. If you aren’t buying something doesn’t sound like they are able to help.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I waited a bit for a technician as I had an odd problem. He helped me for about two minutes and then disappeared. I asked for someone to go find him, and he finally showed up from somewhere in the back. I asked for more help as I did not understand how to correct the problem. He was quite flippant and uninterested in helping to fix the problem. After a couple of attempts to fix the problem I was told you will have to call Apple, I have other customers to see and he walked off. I then went to my car to get something to write on, went back into the store and asked to speak with the young man who was “helping” me. I was met by another associate who told me “I overheard part of the conversation, here is who you need to call”. What a bunch of crud. I have been a Verizon customer for years, whether through a corporate account or personal and this is how they treat a customer. NOT HAPPY

The associate that was attempting to help me was completely clueless as far as product knowledge is concerned. I can understand not knowing every little bit of spec knowledge, but this guy didnt know the difference the 2 different Galaxy watches currently available now the colors. Its fairly simple too. Theres 2 sizes and 3 colors. A 46mm in silver and a 42mm in rose gold and black.While speaking with him another associate decided to turn the volume up on a BT speaker to a very annoying level. There were also 2 other associates at the counter having a rather loud conversation that bordered a heated argument.Honestly the worse experience Ive had in a Verizon store and this isnt even a contract store. You guys need to do better.

Very poor customer service. Little more than call tech support. They want to make sales and showed no interest in assistance outside of that.I came to Verizon to switch cell service providers. During my visit to the Scottsbluff store I started a new plan and bought a new phone. As soon as the transaction was complete the salesman handed me a bag and said have a nice day. He never opened the box to show me the phone, or even prove it worked before attempting to usher me out the door.I had to go through the set up and start up process by myself in the store. When I encountered issues transferring all of my contact, pictures, apps, etc. to the new phone I was told I would need to leave the store (because they have no wifi for customers, only for their computers, yes, you read that correctly) and call tech support. Never again will I waste my time, which might be exactly what they want. Go elsewhere if you want to be more than just a sale.

Customer service was terrible.. went in to get my watch activated and they didnt activate it just charged me.. also didnt tell us about promotional deals.
They can work to resolve you issues but the wait its generally quite long. Compared to every other Verizon store, this seems to always have the most people waiting of all the stores Ive ever seen. It seems to be a Verizon issue, not the store. There are probably too many customers for one store and since they dont open early everyone piles in on top of each other. There are occations where there are 4 employees and nobody in the store.
The best cell service I’ve ever had! They are amazing helpers and they work with you so much it’s unbelievable!!! Will never change to another phone company!!

Still getting used to the changes with what Verizon stores can and cannot do anymore. But the reps here always try their best to help get everything sorted out and explained when you have any questions.

Anyone who goes into this place needs to pay close attention to what you are signing and what they are doing with your account. These guys laugh, giggle make jokes and suger coat stuff. I went in here and added a line. They changed my plan like I wanted but back dated the plan change a whole month. They did not tell me this. I left started updating the new phone and then my data went over. Went back in the next day to give then the phone back and go back to my old plan. Got screwed for $35 restocking fee and they could not back date it my plan again so I still got stuck with data overages. SMFH. So after all was said and done I literally ended up paying close to $400 for one month of 6 gb service on one phone line. Thanks alot Verizon !!!!

Horrible I went there Sunday to buy a prepaid phone and the guy started activating it then I notice that the phone was different I wanted to see the phone and yes it was the wrong cellphone so he couldnt make the exchange he asked the 2 other guys with him but they just made weird faces so he made the return and charged me 35dlls for restock fee and said that he was gonna talk to his manager to put 35 dlls back in my account its been 2 days and I dont see my money yet I hate to do this we all make mistakes but I should not pay for that mistake cause it was not my fault.
