Very nice facility staff is very nice and professional.

Scottsbluff Vision Clinic has been a consistently wonderful eye care center for me and my family throughout the past 10 years. Each year, we look forward to seeing our favorite doctor, Dr. Natasha Jenkins, and all her super nice staff members who help us find great frames and perform professional testing procedures.

It was comfortable

Waited over 2 months for an appointment, called day of to confirm appointment and was told my appointment was cancelled because I did not respond to their voice message the day prior. The number they called was the wrong number (not provided by me) and they even got my boys names wrong. How can you get something so simple so wrong?

The doctors, the rest of the staff in back, and the staff that helps with eye glassed are all so very nice. Most of your front desk staff is very rude. I couldnt even get her to run my pre-authorization for my insurance. She spoke to me like I didnt know anything about my insurance. This has happened 4 or 5 years in a row! Until they get front staff that arent so rude I will not be going back.

Great docs! Awesome selection of lenses and sunglasses! Professional staff! All in all a top-notch clinic I will be returning to year after year for all my familys eye care needs.

They provide excellent care toward their patients and provide excellent help with every vision need you have. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a excellent eye doctor.

The staff at Scottsbluff Vision are very friendly. Dr. Natasha Jenkins-Long is very thorough and wants to make sure to find the perfect correction. My husband, children and grandchildren all see.

Excellent service! All of the Drs are very knowledgeable. Also a very organized contact department.

I called them last year and asked if they accepted Tricare (military insurance) I was told that they do, then I receive Bills today, a year later that got sent to collections because they do not take Tricare! One lady Darlene hung up on me and then laughed about it calling back later! THEY ARE NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!! THEY LIE!!

It was an all round good experience! The Doctors seem to really care about my vision and eye health. I cant wait to go again.
