I can’t even begin to explain how awful this pharmacy is. If I could give any lower than one star I would. If people aren’t already going through enough and then to be treated like they are by these employees is uncalled for. I’ve been laughed at and hung up on before in addition to many other instances of rude “customer service”. Surprised this pharmacy is still open and that these people that treat people so low still have jobs here. I haven’t used this pharmacy in over a year (and will never use it again) and still makes me mad to hear others that have such horrible experiences. Something needs to change

Seriously the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at a pharmacy. It’s been this way for years (hence their horrible Google rating). I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I’m hoping corporate sees this and provides them with some much needed customer service training. Anastasia should NOT have a job there. I own several large corporations, and I would be totally embarrassed to have her as an employee serving my customers. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!

They provide excellent customer service and are always ready to help you. I would recommend this place to everyone. They also have a great pharmacy that provides excellent customer service as well. I absolutely love Walgreens!!!

I have shop often in this Walgreens and I have never have any issues until tonight. The lady who was out cashier was completely rude to not just me but to my son and his friends. I have never been so upset with costumer service there, it was uncalled for and the manager I spoke to honestly didn’t seem to care at all.

Their probably the worst pharmacy. Their pharmacy techs are the most rudest people ever if I could give them half a star I probably would or no star at all they say that they barely got her prescription when you know that its been in there for over an hour because the doctor tells you they sent it and then you tell them the patients name and they give you a completely different name which is not even a name that you told them and youre literally standing right in front of them it seems like the pharmacist and the tech seem to hate their job so if they hated so much they probably should get a different one. How is it when you call and ask them if they received your prescription and they say yeah it should be 20 and 25 minutes but then when you go to the window they tell you all we just received its going to be 25 to 25 minutes when you ask them over an hour ago

I called down to check on the status of a prescription for my son. I was informed that I would need to pay for the prescription before they would mix the compound, and I had to pay in person. I immediately came down, and was informed that I couldnt pay for the prescription until it was ready which would be a minimum of 30 minutes. The lady at the counter was extremely short. Overall very disorganized and poor customer service.

Rude pharmacy techs. Take too long to get a new RX filled. Have waited an hour in the store or on my car for a new RX. Waited because I dont live in Scottsbluff. When you are Ill the last thing you want to do is wait for an hour. Phone message does not work. I was told that RX was not ready two different times and was told to call back. RX was called in the am. Message was in the PM.

They improperly mixed a medication for my 13 month old child, and shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Then thought it was funny that I called poison control to make sure my infant was ok after taking the improperly mixed medication. Medication mishaps shouldnt happen if a pharmacist is checking medication before it goes out. Being apologetic in situation where they messed up would be more appropriate than acting like its not big deal. Big thumbs down for Walgreens pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars... I would. Horrible customer service! Horrible inter-personal skills. There are two nice employees in the entire store and the rest go out of their way to be nasty. Make sure you watch your receipt, especially if something is on sale 99% of the time the price hasnt been put in the computer and it will ring up for more than youre expecting. Changed to Safeway pharmacy and am much happier with turn around time and the pharmacy employees service skills and disposition.

I WILL NEVER COME TO the Scottsbluff WALGREENS pharmacy again! Kelly was rude and inpatient! My son needed a medicine that is crucial to his health and quality of life. He has been on this medication for 5 years and we have never had a problem with our insurance paying for it. All of a sudden our pharmacy closed down and our scripts got sent to Walgreens and now we have problems. This is ridiculous and how they run their business is a joke!

I LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO WALGREENS AND THEY DECIDE TO DEEP CLEAN THERE PARKING LOT LATE AT NIGHT. CANT GET ANY SLEEP. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Obviously has been a problem that they have ignored. Literally had to yell at the people cleaning the parking lot and still nothing changed. No respect at all. About to call corporate.

Third time here today for two prescriptions. First time they said my DOB didnt match my insurance. Ok...insurance said its there typing skills.Second time, tells me the wrong amount I was charged, and then only gives me on script.Turn around third time, the dont have the 2nd script.How is that when they came over on the same file?Still havent been home, poor kid still miserable while Im dealing with incompetent people.

Conveniently located uve got options outside the business for movie rentals free parking pharnacy s out back a lil of everything not too cheap but ul get a rewards card that lowers ur prices by quite bit!! Nice n quiet soft music in background nice experience shopping small town variety of options n products to choose from pleasant quite real nice 👍

Every time I go to pick up my prescriptions that I have previously called in, they are NEVER ready when they are supposed to be! The wait in the drive through is absolutely ridiculous! I have an issue every single time I go to pick up a prescription. They have even given my prescription to the wrong person and told me I already picked it up! I am switching pharmacys.

I would rate zero stars if it would let me, Ill never step foot in this store again. My doctor sent the prescriptions over, and I headed that way at 11 AM. I got to the store and decided Id call and see how long it would be, so I didnt have to wait a long time in the store, as I was very sick. The gal that answered the phone told me that they did not have the prescription yet and that it usually takes about 30 minutes to get it. I told her the two drugs being filled and asked her for a rough estimate on time and she said try back in about an hour. No problem. While waiting, I downloaded the Walgreens app on my phone, because their phone message told me I could check the status of my prescriptions.I ran some errands and checked the app and it said my medicines were ready to be picked up, perfect! It was about 12:30 when I got to the store and hit the drive thru. I was told by a different person they had not received my prescriptions and had nothing in my name in their system. I advised them I had found it just fine on the app, and it was now saying both were ready to pick up. I was told to hang on, so I sat in the drive-thru for about 15 or 20 minutes. Finally they came back and told me that the prescription was sent to a different Walgreens, that it was not ready, and that I should come back in another hour. I was frustrated, but ok fine, I left and came back in another hour and a half, for those keeping score it is now past 2:30 PM. For the record, one of the prescriptions was just an inhaler...you know, to help me breathe, because I was struggling...fun time. When I get to the store this time, another gal tells me We dont have anything for you in our system. I let her know this is the third time Ive been there and all three times they cant find me, but then they look again and find me. She looks again, and shocking, she finds me. Oh. She says Your insurance card is the old one, they sent you a new one in September. This is the second time theyve told me this, which is weird because other pharmacies, Quick Care, physicians clinic, chiropractor, and others have run it just fine. She tells me shell have to call my insurance company and to come back in another hour. I tell her that Ive given them MY phone number several times today, and when they tried to get it ready an hour ago, why the couldnt have called me and asked about the insurance then, and wasnt given an answer. I advised her how Id been trying to get these filled since 11 in the morning, and how Id now been there three times and spent several hours trying to get medicine. She says basically there is nothing she can do about it, come back in an hour. So my wife and I go get some food and go back, its now past 4pm...Yes, Ive spent five hours trying to get a simple inhaler and some antibiotics. 5 hours of wasting time running around town sick with a terrible cough, not being able to breathe very well, and feeling over all terrible to make 4 attempts to get two prescriptions, one prepackaged and one thats only 10 pills...I pull up to the drive thru after telling my wife that if they cant get them to me this time, Im telling them to place the prescriptions where the sun doesnt shine and getting them changed to Wal-Mart. I pull up and am told that they could not get ahold of my insurance company because they all left for the day. I ask her how much they are without the insurance, and she tells me, great, Ill pay that. It still takes 15 or 20 minutes for them to get them to me and run my debit card. She then says something about how theyll still submit them to my insurance to see if theyll pay me the difference in a refund.This was overall the worst experience Ive EVER had in any store, not just a pharmacy. The worst customer service, absolute worst organization skills and apparently communication skills Ive ever ran into at a business. I used to go there quite a bit for shaving items, deodorant, candy around the holidays, etc, and I will not spend another dime in this Walgreens or probably others.
