In the market for a new bed. Settled on a bed and base after speaking with Kevin for a couple hours. Price was more than we felt comfortable with. But made an offer and was turned down. Contacted Tempurpedic directly and priced out the same setup. Sent the quote to Waterbed Showcase and asked if theyd match the price quoted by Tempurpedic. They declined to price match. So we ordered directly and saved a ton of money. Salesman was phenomenal. No pressure and he is very knowledgeable. Tried to shop local but local doesnt want the business.UPDATE: Alan contacted us today and wanted to make things right. We are now in to our new bed. Took care of paperwork this evening and they even delivered and set it up yet tonight.

I went to look at a new mattress today, but I would never spend money with Allan at this store. He was brash, pushy, and disrespectful. I see other reviews that there is great customer service with this store and maybe we caught him on a bad day?

Overall a great personalized experience. The salesman is very good and knowledgeable at what he does. I really liked Zach I think because he didnt pitch us into something we didnt need. He showed us really good beds and was also able to make a deal. A true slaesman and a nice one on one experience. Thanks!Jeff
