Wife had to get new manual wheelchair made for her and Brandy was very helpful, and Matt was great to when he came out to make adjustments on it were both very professional and pleasent no complaints this time around know they had issues before but they got worked out

My PCP sent a prescription for a new walker. Once I finally received it, it was garbage. To small. After fighting with them for a new on for tall people, they let me know that I did not weigh enough to be eligible for a tall walker. After 10 months with this trash, my mom decided to just but me the one I need. Long story, all they had was one for a child. Special ordered it in, weeks later it was delivered. I had to be home so I could get trained and measured. Neither was done. It was pretty, but still too small. Again, after fighting with them about it I was informed Id had it to long, I couldnt return it. Do not go there. Amazon had better prices, customer service and quicker shipping w/returns .

I called 12/26/19 to see if they had a roll about knee scooter and was told they had a couple. I went in today 12/27/2019 and when I walked in I seen 2 ladies at both sides of the business and they both looked at me like they didn’t want to help. One of them finally asked what she could do to help so I handed her the script and again didn’t seem excited to help and didn’t read the script right and said oh you need an ankle brace! I said NO if you read what I handed you it states roll about knee scooter. She then said oh we don’t have any! I told her that I called yesterday and was told they had a couple. Will never go there for anything! I’m so glad Lincare staff were polite and not only did they say they were out they offered to get us one ordered before school break was over knowing that would be when we absolutely needed it.

We came from out of town, my husbands cannula broke on our way here. The gal that helped us was so wonderful! Took care of our needs. Was very greatful they were open on Saturday. Truly saved my husbands life. Thank you so much!

Took a prescription for a knee brace in on a Wednesday, was told that it had to be special ordered. A staff member took all of the measurements that another staff member specifically told her to take. The measurements were written on my prescription and given to the staff member at the counter. I was told that my brace would be in in 3 days, hopefully sooner. I called the following Monday. They act like they do not know who I am. They’ve lost my measurements, lost my prescription. No brace has been ordered. I don’t recommend doing business here!

They seem to be in the habit of losing prescriptions! I got a bill last month when I shouldnt have and called them and it was verified I had a prescription on file and it would be taken care. Got another bill this month and I was told they dont have a prescription on file for me. They never bothered billing my insurance at all! Horrible service!

The staff at Peterson Drug are friendly and they make getting prescriptions easy and convenient. They will go above and beyond to help with any prescription needs.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEMD. The lady working was completely unprofessional and rude. Also kept telling me insurance did not cover something I had got there multiple times with no problem from the insurance company. VERY disappointed!!

So my mother has had nothing but issues with this company. She is on medicaid and keeps being told stuff isnt covered. Well she got told of medicaid and found out nothing was submitted. This is insane !!!! I do not recommend going here at all.

They quote you one price on the phone and when you get there it is 5.00 dollars more. Will never go there again

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I was double charged and now they wont reimburse me for what insurance covered.

Theyre staff at this place have no idea what theyre doing when installing a wheelchair lift or even try to fix it they dont know how to fix a wheelchair lift or do anything right ever since theyve been in scottsbluff i wish we had another place in town to go to but there isnt any place in this town.
