Want to commend your associate named Casey Brown. Casey is outstanding with his work in lumber and building supplies. He is very helpful whenever I have a question. He also knows his job extremely well and will make sure my concerns are met without taking up too much of his busy day. My trips are much more pleasant when he assists me. I also commend all other associates at Home Depot as they too are always helpful and with a smile, but Casey’s knowledge of his job is outstanding.

I have walking issues. I have stopped asking employees where things are because they always send me on a wild goose chase. That store is way too big and spread out. All unnecessarily. The store should not be that big. Maybe next time Ill just drive into the store!As far as technical advice, Ive only asked for help in lighting and the person didnt know anything about light bulbs, ballasts, or home exterior wiring. Another time I asked somebody for help in tools and that person didnt know anything, either.I think that there should be a change in the motto of the store.HOME DEPOT MOTTO:Its ok that we dont know where anything is because even if we could find it we wouldnt know what to do with it!

I put an online order in on Saturday at 8 pm I Called the next day ( Sunday) at 2 pm to ask WHEN my order would be ready because it was still not ready. I was told by a female associate it would be ready asap. 4 hours later when I arrived at the store my order was STILL not ready and I had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be pulled and loaded by the store associate. When in got my order the associates that pulled my order played the blame game and say oh I asked so and so and they said they pulled the order this is the second time Ive made an online order and been given the run around. Home depot has lost my business, from now on Ill drive to Lowes in Ft Payne. Bottom line if you have the option for in store pick up dont waste your customers time, please have the order ready when you say its going to be ready and do what you say your going to do. Oh, and to top it off I had to call the store and tell them a WEEK after I picked up my merchandise to close out the order because I picked it up and I was still getting reminders to pick up my stuff I already had.

They seemed to have a full staff with plenty of employees standing around. However, I couldnt get anyone to help me make a key. I figured it out.Store was clean and seemed to be pretty well stocked.

Walked around for 20 minutes looking for am associate to help me. Ended up finding a nice blonde girl in paint to help me. For some reason there is no one in lumber at 530 at night and no one to run the cutter so now Im loading the wood I just purchased, alone and in the rain, only to hope its usable when I get home since it was too big to fit in the cab of my truck.

Very helpful folks up there went up there to get a Anniversary gift for my Husband. Found just what I needed. My husband loved it.... thanks so much for all your help!!!

Caleb in lawn and garden was EXCEPTIONAL with customer service, helping me decide on mulch, plastic and garden fencing.... loaded all 30 bags of mulch on the trailer and helped me tie it down!!! He deserves a raise FOR REAL!!! Thanks again Caleb!!

The Scottsboro Store is well managed, never have to search for a buggy of any kind. The employees are always willing to help in terms of basic information, helping load both in the store and at your vehicle.I drive an extra 15 miles to shop there as their competitor is much closer but being older, I need help with some of my purchases.

Home Depot is using RAS Logistics to deliver appliances. Until they change delivery companies, I would suggest not purchasing items that need to be delivered.This delivery company is not reliable.No supervisors available when you have a problem. Delivery men put fridge in and left a part off. Then would not answer phone ..Basically it’s just too bad, call the manufacturer if there is a problem.

My favorite home improvement store. Less expensive than lowes.

Never have what you need even though they said they do. Stuff not label correctly and not in place on shelfs. They do try and help but need to spend more time fixing there inventory.

Building a new house so I shop here often. Most of the employees are rude, have no clue what theyre doing, and shouldnt be working with the public with such bad additudes. That being said very few employees have been just the opposite and very kind and helpful. VERY FEW!

The staff is great and very helpful. But the online inventory count is not up to date. Made plans to get a pressure washer and checked the website. It shows 7 in stock at my local store. Get to the store and cant find one anywhere. A nice lady helped me by making calls and going in the back to check. She comes back out and said they have 4 that just came in but they are burried it would be about an hour and a half to dig them out. I told her Id just order it online and pick it up later. If it shows in stock there should be some on the floor in my opinion. I dont blame the staff or store in this case but the online information needs to be better.

Well, I like home depot, the choice, quality of items etc....but some home depot employees are turning into what I am gonna phrase as a walmart employee ( dont get me started 😂), ya no how ya look for help,see walmart employee walking your way ( looks totally UNBUSY, ALMOST LOST 😂🤣 then they see you see them and NOW they try to look busy)thats how home depot seems to be at times...Ill give them a few more chances 😊 I am going to add to my previous review....wow, they mustve hired walmarts people....there were all kinds of home depot employees standing around talking, and its PATHETIC attempting to get some help....WOW.....WOW.....whats wrong with people, cant work anymore...lazy people, no drive at all....hey home depot managers,supervisors, ya should take a REAL GOOD LOOK at ur people....cuz ya paying them for doing nothing.....js

This place is a great place to shop....We went to 2 local businesses who carry a specific item we were needing, the employees were extremely rude. Working in a large essential store, I understand the stress @ this moment of time but am never rude to shoppers, we were shocked how rude they were, so we went to Home Depot, not a normal place for this item but went just to see if they may have what we needed. We were a little frazzled because of the previous stores but soon were smiling and enjoying our shopping experience. Bruce was wonderful, he assisted us above and beyond normal service. He was busy helping others also and never was RUDE once. We have always had a great experience @ this Home Depot store and I want to thank the employees for all they are doing. Keep up the good work and stay safe fellow essential workers.

I always order online and then pick it up curbside. They have always been extremely nice and fast. They are very helpful. I have ordered online from them about 20 times and every time they have gone above and beyond to help me. They have stuffed really big boards into my tiny convertible, they have loaded extremely heavy boxes of tile into my truck. Bags of thin-set mortar and grout. They have come out in the blistering heat, in the pouring rain and lighting storms. They have always been very friendly no matter the condition. Highly recommend.

Never use Home Depot curbside service. We have tried twice and they will not bring your order out. The first time we called in to ask about our order they said nothing so we went in and got it. They didn’t even apologize. The second time we waited at least 15 minutes. No order. Never again

LOVE THIS STORE!! ALWAYS very friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Employees are AWESOME ... Particularly at the returns counter... Never have any problems returning for refund or exchange and they do it quickly and with a kind friendly professional manner. They ALWAYS have everything I need in stock and the employees in the paint department and garden center are always very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and personal . I really hope that this location has an excellent Black Friday because that is all they’re concerned about. It was amazing that they actually had so many employees in the store today, yet no one to help Today’s paying customers. They supposedly had two flooring associates on the clock, but we were told, “sorry, guys, we’re just so unbelievably busy today getting ready for the sale.” So no one would actually come to the flooring department to take our flooring order. I didn’t realize flooring was a self-help department.

Guess veterans parking is gone. Lowes is out of my way but the have my business now!

Went into our Scottsboro store on 9/5/2020 for some plumbing supplies. Couldnt find what I needed, so I went up to 2 employees and asked if they could help me find what I needed. Both employees said they didnt know anything about it and continued to giggle and cut up with each other. I went home without the needed plumbing items. If they dont know anything about plumbing items or home improvement, they need to be working in fast food!

This is a great store! If they dont have what you are looking for, they will order it for you. The workers also know if they carry a certain item. If they dont carry it, they will recommend other stores in the area that might have the item.

Today we visited the Scottsboro store, without asking an associate, Eddie Doc, approached us and walked us thru the facts on each item on our list that we needed for our kitchen remodel. He never rushed us and walked to 3 different aisles with us. His patience made astressful visit enjoyable.
