To start, I called six other tire shops looking for some all terrain tires. When I called Ethan he was incredibly helpful and honest. Definitely did not have the car salesman personality that you often experience at other auto shops. He ended up saving me over $400 dollars and was able to work with my schedule and get them mounted less than a few hours after I spoke with him. Top knotch people and great pricing!

Just called to ask about getting one sensor changed...the guy who answered the phone tried to get me to buy all 4 sensors.which is a lie...i just dont have the tools to do it myself.anyone can google this fact and see that its a lie.he turned a $70ish job max into well over 200...sobeware and know your facts before you call this place.Response-That choice should be mine to make. You made it sound like you dont just do one. This may of all been more of a misunderstanding. But its not uncommon for a professional to try to take advantage of someone lacking information.

Brought the truck at 10 o’clock was first in line and I just needed a tire balanced I went and ate lunch and come back And they didn’t even touch it

I had them do my brakes late 2019, there was some kind of glue on them. Braking down a mountain the car shook. I have had my brakes re-done since then by another shop, which is who told me about the glue.

Ordered my tires over the phone and they were there at 7:30 the next morning. In and out in about an hour. Great prices, $60 less than Walmart. My new tire store in my new home town.

I have purchased tires from Scottsboro Tire on 3 different occasions and have been pleased with the service received each time. I called them yesterday concerning replacing one of my tires that had gotten in bad shape. They did not have a replacement in stock but told me they could order one and it would be there by 7:30 this morning. I agreed for them to order one. When I arrived at 7:35, there were a few people ahead of me, so I knew I would be there for a bit. Surprisingly, I was in and out within about an hour. Their prices are slightly higher than some of the local competitors, but I would rather pay a little more to ensure I get the correct product/service and an outstanding staff to deal with. Thank you Scottsboro Tire for taking care of your customers in the manner you do. I would definitely recommend these fine folks for all of your tire needs.

They put tires on my truck about a year and a half ago. Hercules brand I hadnt heard of before. They have been the best and longest lasting tires Ive had on that truck. Im glad I took thier advice on these tires. When I bring it in for rotations they have me in and out as fast as possible. Highly recommended.

Purchased an overpriced set of tires at another tire store in Scottsboro and they gave me trouble from the beginning. The vibration was so bad that driving or riding in the car made my wife sick. After multiple attempts of balancing the tires and the owner of the other store being rude to my wife and refusing to replace them or warranty them I was referred to Scottsboro Tire by a friend. Chuck, Ethan, and their guys finally fixed the problem for me. They trued & balanced the tires and the car has never rode better. Ive never had a set of tires trued before but I am a believer now. They assured me they could fix the problem and they delivered. These guys will go above and beyond to help and I am always glad to see a family business thrive.
