Dont waste your time going they are 80% sold out

I went in to return a dress and it was no hassle to return it. Also the clerk was very informative about the great sale that was going on. Really great buys. I had a good shopping experience.

My Experience was A PROFILING Experience. My Sister went with me to Shop on her off Day. When we Got to the Counter the Manger made her way to front to watch the cashier ring my items up. She let it be known that my Sister associate discount couldnt be used on my purchase. I got a better deal with the Sweet Treat Deals.

The two ladies up front were very nice and helpful.

Sorry to see another JC Penny closing their doors but got a great deal on mens winter work socks for my son. 60%-80% off storewide. 9/22/20

The 5 stars is for Christy (not sure if allowed to state her last name) that was doing customer service. There was a couple very rude customers in line and not one time did she say one negative thing against them. She kept the same friendly attitude with everyone that day and next time I shopped I had a problem and she helped me out without even hesitating. Nice having friendly service

I needed a dressy dress in a specific color and didnt have much time. Found the perfect size, fit and color in minutes. Maybe that was just God taking care of me, but it earns 5 stars for this.

I love this place. JCPENNEYS always has great sales! The employees are always nice and the online service is fast and efficient.

Its looked like a closeout store that has been going out of business for almost a decade. Never find what I need. Minimal inventory. Sparsely staffed. Great jewelery counter.

Neat store. Has a little of everything that the big JCPenney would but at fantastic prices. Bought 2 beautiful $300 floor lamps for $99 each. And they have a return policy.

I love Penneys stores. This newFinal Take will take some getting use to. However the same people are still here. In the old store you could use the percent off coupons more than once as long as its not expired and use the $10.00 off $25.00 only once. Here, the boy kept it and said you could only use it once. I knew where everything was so I could go straight to it. Most of the isles are still too close together to get through them in a wheelchair. I have to do a lot of backing out especially where the small appliances and comforter sets.

Even with the bankruptcy and going out of business sales, the prices are higher tgan some competitor everyday sales, even with 30-50% off sales.

Im rather ambivalent about JC Penny in the first place. My wife and I went in to get her some clothing. Apparently, if you intend to shop here you either need to be short and skinny or tall and skinny. Seems plus-sized people just simply arent supposed to be able to go into a shop to find clothing anymore.

Im so happy this turned to clearance store. Selection is growing but there are great deals to be found here.

Im a big fan of JCPenney but this location is small and tends to lack variety in their style and size range selections. Its great to have this location for catalog order pick up or returns.

Ready to go back and shop here with the family, I was so excited to see we still had a JCpenny around here even though it took about a 40min drive, because we just lost ours at the mall, not sure why they left this one open all the way out there but I will do it again soon to get some great savings for the family and some me shopping, if you like finding great deals on clothes you and your family needs to go check this out.

This place is a joke. The prices are still just as high as they are in the store unless they are on clearance there and then you get a good deal. They never have enough stuff for big and tall men. Plus did I say anything about the prices. They are still high. Marking the original price 5 times more than what the real price should be . Then they say its 70%off. Then your actually paying the real retail price for it. Nearly a waste of time for men.

This is a smaller JCPenney store. Good luck actually finding any deals. No scanner in the store so you have to ask. I was very disappointed.

Today Thanksgiving Day 2018. I went to JC Penny in Scottsboro Al. And won the $500. Coupon. $500 off $$500. I spent $516. And paid $16. Im so blessed and thankful. To JC PENNY AND GOD. I WAS ABLE TO BUY CHRISTMAS FOR MY FAMILY. THANK AGAIN..

I used to really like JCP, until now, most of the clothes are odds and ends and the dress clothes are just tacky looking, I ask about it and they said now the are more of an outlet for JCP, they get sent the stuff that dont sell, the prices are cheaper if you do find something
