Tom was very helpful repairing a couch that was damaged during a move. He was one of maybe 10 companies that I call who actually answered the phone. Very fair pricing and a pleasure to do business with. Would recommend to anyone needing upholstery service.

I have a 1967 Mustang and the owner, Holmes, did a great job on the upholstery of my front bucket seats and rear bench seat. He was a very good communicator and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this shop for your auto or household upholstery needs.

Because my Mom is considering having the cushions re-covered on a Rattan Sofa, Loveseat, Chair and Ottoman / Hassock shes had long enough to be weary of the pattern on.- When it comes to finding Any kind of Service Provider for my Mother, of course, I am Very Particular about Whom I choose to do business with.- I found Tom and his son, Holmes to be very personable and accommodating even though I caught them in the middle of projects.- Tom was working on stripping and re-webbing seat cushions for a set of Dining Room Chairs and Holmes was Strengthening a Sagging Seat on an Upholstered Leather Sofa, giving it a Renewed and Longer Life. I can tell a Lot about someone by watching them work and I can confidently tell you, Tom and Holmes Do Quality Work.- We talked about Many Things, like how theyve been In business at the Same Location for over 37 yrs and how they have a passion for their Hobby of Restoring Classic Muscle Cars and that they even used to Race them at Dragstrips back in the Midwest before they moved from Wisconsin to Scottsdale Arizona so Tom could go to school at ASU.- What I saw was a small, Clean 2-man Shop, Run efficiently by the Owners to Assure Only The Highest in Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction.- After leaving their shop, I spoke with other long-time Scottsdalians who would only bring their work to DuMez.- Whenever Mom makes up her mind, Be Assured I will be having the work on her Living Room Furniture done at DuMez Upholstery because I found Tom & Holmes to be Quality Conscious and to have a High Level of Integrity. AND they have the Nicest Shop Dog and Parrot for company.- I recommend YOU Have Them Satisfy Your Upholstery needs too.
