I must say that this company has the best customer service I have ever encountered from the owner to the delivery men. They are so helpful, polite and patient. If you want the best rugs for your home, there is no reason to go anywhere other than Alyshaan Fine Rugs. My wife and I just bought 3 lovely rugs for our PV house, and boy are we happy customers. Alyshaan has the best selection in the valley. Their store has a very comfortable feel to it, and the people they have on staff are top notch. We worked with Josh, who is the store manager. A true gentleman, Josh and his crew came out to our house, so that we could see our selections inside of the rooms where they would be laying. This made all of the difference in the world, because things can tend to look different once they are in your own surroundings with your own lighting. When the first visit did not yield exactly what we were looking for, Josh promptly arranged for a second visit...with all new merchandise. He and his crew of guys moved rugs in and out, all while keeping our furniture and other possessions safe and protected. I cannot say enough about this truly excellent process and the terrific people who make it happen. I highly recommend this exceptional independent retail establishment if you are looking for rugs to beautify your home.

Several years ago I purchased a rug that I absolutely love. I live in Nebraska and we experienced heavy flooding last year and I received a letter along with a certificate for the rug I purchased just in case I had flood damage and needed it for insurance (thankfully I didn’t). That was so thoughtful and said a lot about Alyshaan and how they take care of their customers! I needed another rug and knew the only place I would get one was Alyshaan. It was my first stop when I got here this week. Sam was so helpful. Can’t say enough about the great service and assistance when looking for that perfect quality rug. Highly recommend!

There are not enough stars for Alyshaan Fine Rugs! They deserve to be your one and only rug place, for so many reasons. Inventory and offerings, prices and above all, service. I have had an interest in rugs since my teens, have picked up some Persian rugs through travels and throughout my life and had great experiences with Rug experts on the East Coast and in the Midwest. I have usually already had my rugs and decided where they go, in a home, each move. But here I ended up in the Valley and wanted to buy a few rugs specifically for rooms in my home and also had numerous rugs that needed varying degrees of cleaning and repair. And high quality repair. Ive accomplished all of it with joy and superior knowledge and service with Sam and the whole team at Alyshaan. I knew of them from working with other showrooms/stores at the design center. My initial contact was calling and speaking with Sam about cutting down, repairing and cleaning an antique runner. Since then and in short order, I have had 7 rugs worked on or cleaned (with 2 left to do when my home doesnt seem so naked). I have also purchased two of the most stunning rugs I have ever seen. I went with two Heriz rugs. But whether you want, Heriz, Serapi, Oushak, Herati, Saruk... I could go on. Their inventory is so impressive. In a well lit, clean, bright and lovely showroom. And offered at wonderful pricing, with courtesy to designers or the trade (of which I am not- just a home owning customer). Sam and the team are incredibly knowledgeable, you can learn as much as your interest level desires and all the extensive service and in home trials are done with such grace, manners, care and patience. After trying to go out of my usual comfort zone, with numerous stunning, neutral and pale but intricate Oushak rugs, we ended up back in my treasured comfort zone of stunning Heriz rugs that anchor a room by bringing it full of dazzling color and pattern that still go with any decor style and last a lifetime. I was shopping during the odd semi re-opening of the Covid 19 pandemic period. And the safety and respect they show their own team, let alone your home, health and well being was second to none. I am beyond proud to be their customer, a referral and to now know them personally. They do it exceptionally well from start to finish. And I started with high expectations due to my love of and light knowledge of Persian rugs. They exceeded every expectation! I had researched the options in the Valley and Alyshaan earned being my first and only stop. Im thrilled to look forward to my next rug and the proper care of the rugs I own that they have yet to tend to. You dont need to go anywhere else, if you need anything to do with fine rugs- repair or purchase. They guarantee their sales and understand this is an ongoing/forever relationship. They are wonderful, in every way.

We live in Flagstaff. After looking for a day and a half in Phoenix for furniture and a carpet to remodel our townhouse, my wife and I visited Alyshaan. They showed perhaps a hundred rugs, from which we chose 10 we thought would go well in our living room. Then, a few months later, when we were ready, they brought the rugs to our home and displayed them at no cost and with no obligation or pressure to buy. We were surprised that the one of the 10 we doubted would look good was the clear winner. After over a year, the carpet we selected looks like new. My wife has spilled coffee on it twice and it wipes right up. Alyshaans service is superb. We are both so gratified to know there are still companies in the US with service like theirs.
