They did a great job. But mostly I’m leaving my 5 star review because of their outstanding customer service, especially Linda. She always sent me updates and was very responsive and helpful. I suppose you can find good collision shops but if how they treat the customers stinks it doesn’t matter. I’ll definitely recommend them!

I received an estimate from my BMW dealership for $2200 to fix a sensor issue. I would have had to leave my car for 2 days and get a rental car. I stopped by Airpark Collision on my way home and they took my car in immediately, made the repair in 10 minutes and charged me nothing. I cannot say enough amazing things about them and how much I appreciate their honesty and willingness to help a customer out.I have used them in the past for an auto wreck repair and out of the four estimates I received they were hands down the fairest of them all. One job was small, less than $300 and one was more extensive, but both were treated with the same professionalism. If you have ever had to use the services of a body shop, you will be very familiar with the exorbitant prices and the extremely long wait (often months) to have your car repaired.Both times i have used ACC services my vehicle was repaired faster than i imagined was possible. The quality of the work is also as new. The staff is friendly and they will write your quote while you wait. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Im a car guy and have had all types of body work done on my cars for over 30 years and I highly recommend this shop.

The people at Airpark Collision are great. I took my car in to have them take a look at the hood which had been vibrating excessively. They actually fixed the issue right there and then without any significant loss of time or expense. The dealer would have charged me hundreds.

AirPark Collision worked on my GMC Denali after I got rear ended. I live about an hour away from where their shop is located but I did my research and they were a preferred shop with my insurance and they work a lot on high end vehicles. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. They always contacted me every week to let me know what stages of the process my vehicle was at. The only thing that I would recommend that they do is maybe send a picture of your car. I had Kevin who was my main point of contact through the whole process and he was very personable and you can tell just by talking with him that he truly cares about your car and it getting back to 100%. I’m not lying when I say I think the fenders and bumpers fit better and line up better after they were done than when I first bought the car. Thanks guys!!

Ok cost of repairs are lees than car value but they didnt accept to start work before I pay 10k.Repair took so long.The are not gonna accept to change to aftermarket or other oem part.Asked them since changing front emblem I prefer they change it to black version they approve it but they didnt.In checkout process noticed the didnt touch my rear wheel and tire. Jeff told me insurance didnt cover it. I know insurance pay my car repair but it is body shop responsibility to contact me and update me. Because seriously I was ok to pay out of my pocket to get back my car in perfect condition not drivable.Update: based on ACC, I called my gieco inspector since ACC response was different in checkout compared to responses to this review and my inspector told my they will cover my rear rim and tire repair cost. Im sooooooooo 😡😡😡

I chose this place because of all the great reviews. I was having a lot of trouble figuring out who would be good enough since my family used to own an auto body shop that they sold six years ago. So having worked there and almost lived at the business, I worried that I wouldnt be able to trust whomever did the work on my car this time. I decided on this one, and Kevin was easy going and seemed trustworthy, so I gave ACC a shot.When you bring in your vehicle to a good shop, they do their own estimate, see where the discrepancies are between their estimate and the insurance companys estimate, and then they do the initial supplement and order parts.I gave ACC a week to do the supplements and parts ordering process since thats all they said they needed. When I brought my vehicle in to be repaired, they had apparently not done the initial supplements and did not get half of the parts ordered they would need. Furthermore, my vehicle sat around being unworked on while they waited for these parts instead of doing the work they could do. They had my vehicle for two weeks while I was having to pay for a ride to work. I apparently rushed them so much that they forgot to do the alignment on my vehicle, and they only haphazardly put the vehicle back together. In fact, the paint was so new that it scuffed a little. When I rubbed the scuff - it was grey - the paint came off in that spot. This means it didnt go through the proper bake time/temperature and is as bad as a maaco paint job. I will not be using them in the future.Another funny story is that they ran my vehicle so out of gas that I didnt even make it to the first gas station.

Everyone hear was a pleasure to work with! Very courteous and polite. Jeff explained exactly what would be done, the quote was presented right away. The repairs were completed by the next day! My car looked good as new! Jeff even had a technician do some paint touch ups with no charge! I highly recommend Airpark Collision Center!

Overall ACC provides excellent service, marked by high quality workmanship and attention to fit and finish details. The company has highly professional and courteous staff. And they manage projects to budget and promised timetables (including, in our case, completing the work ahead of the promised schedule).

I brought my car in after someone hit me in a parking lot. My vehicle had very minor front end damage, yet it took them 3 months to finish my car. Every time I would call to check in on the car, they would tell me it would be finished in the next couple days, and that went on for weeks. Finally, after 3 months, the car was done and still had damage. They clearly did not test drive the car, because as I was driving it home, my steering wheel would lock up when I would turn the wheel, which is super safe when you’re driving on the freeway! The front bumper fitment is terrible and the fender liner doesn’t line up with my fender.So, I took it back to the shop, they told me they would pay for a rental car while they fixed the steering and the other small issues. Another 3 weeks goes by until I pick up the car again, they had to take my car to the dealership because they didn’t know how to fix the steering and they completely ignored the other issues like the bumper fitment and fender liner. My service manager Jim told me to bring it back again so they can fix it, but I was sick of not having my car at that point, so I didn’t take it back.Finally, I received a bill from enterprise for over $500 for the rental they told me they would pay for, for giving me my vehicle back damaged and unsafe. I had to call 4 times before the GM actually had time to talk to me, and basically told me I was a liar and that Jim would never tell me that they would pay for a rental. So now the rental charge is on me. This body shop was amazingly disappointing and I hope you do not waste your time and money coming here. All the employees except one of the shop guys were very dishonest. I was even told by one of the shop guys that my car was done, yet when I called, they lied to me and said they needed it for a few more days. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this shop.

I have been taking my cars here for years. Great body work and customer service. My estimates are always much less than the dealerships.The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star was this time I was charged more than my original estimate. I would have preferred to have been notified prior to picking up my car. I was explained the reason however I had to ask. I do understood the extra charge however a phone call would’ve just felt more appropriate.I will return.

I just moved into a new condo and backed into a huge concrete planter while moving, resulting in a pretty large and unsightly dent and paint damage. I was already under financial and general stress from moving, and the first shop I took it to quoted me $3,000 for the job, deemed a replacement bumper necessary, and said it would take over a week for the repair. When I took my Audi Q5 to Airpark for an estimate I was told “This isn’t so bad, if you have it to us by 8 AM we should have it back to you by 5 PM the next day” with a repair rather than a replacement. Airpark’s quote was less than 1/3 of the original price. I went by another Scottsdale shop for a quote right afterward and was told “Ouch this is awful” and was again told I would need a bumper replacement and quoted double Airpark’s estimate. I just picked up my vehicle from Airpark this afternoon and it looks good as new, no replacement bumper needed! I am so glad I looked up the reviews and called them-it saved me $1,000+! They also get bonus points from me for having the car ready by 5 PM the next day as promised. I hope I won’t need to use them again, but if I do they will be the first shop I visit and I will recommend them to my friends.

Airpark Collision is such a great company to work with! My neighbor accidentally hit my mini cooper with her truck one night and I went to three different auto body shops to get a quote. Airpark was the cheapest of them all but the quality of service was excellent. I came in and they were able to give me a quote very fast and they were able to get me in to their schedule pretty quick. The damage was minor but they were able to get it done in about 3 days! Linda kept me updated on the process the whole time my car was there. When I got my car back it looked great! Right before I took my car in to the shop my hood scoop had fallen off during a car wash and I didnt have a chance to order the parts to put it back on so I had left it in my trunk. When I got the car back the hood scoop was installed and I didnt even ask for them to do it! Thank you so much for your attention to detail! If I ever need work done to my car again I will definitely be coming back!

From the initial estimate of the repair to the day I received my vehicle, I can say my experience with Airpark Collision was outstanding with excellent customer service. The facility is very clean and modern. All the personnel are friendly and professional. I received three quotes including one from the dealership. Their quote was less than half the cost from the dealership. They are very helpful in rental car arrangements and actually transported me to the rental car agency. The car was ready when it was promised and I could not even notice where the damage was located. Another surprise was that the actual charge was less than the estimate as they did not have to replace a part originally quoted. I will definitely use them for all future damages and will recommend Airpark Collision to anyone else I know needing collision repair.

When I picked up my car, I had to be reminded that there was work done it. Absolutely perfect, factory job. In addition to wonderful craftsmanship EVERYONE was great to communicate with.I happened to visit the shop to see the progress on my car. I joked and told the technician that I didnt;t want any spare parts left over.. Kenny, the technician on my job took great pride in showing me a drawer filled with little baggies. In each baggie was a screw or clamp, or little part that he had removed from my car.The repair job was great. People were great. I recently got into my first auto accident, and was unsure of the process of getting my vehicle fixed. I found Airpark Collision Center through Google. There was multiple choices in the area, however I liked the idea of the business being family owned and operated. After making that choice, I drove my vehicle down to the shop to get an estimate and was overly satisfied with the customer service of the office. The managers were extremely friendly and detailed every process the shop would perform to ensure my vehicle was repaired properly. They handled all the communication with the insurance company and rental car company. They took all the worry of the accident off my shoulders. It was such a relief!!! They continued to impress, by calling me everyday, or close to it to let me know the status of repairs on my vehicle. My vehicle was done on time, like promised, and was cleaner and better looking then when it was dropped off!! The new paint matched the original color and i couldnt find any remnants of damage from the accident. I couldnt have been happier with the overall service and HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who has been in an accident or simply needs work done on a vehicle.

I had my suburban repaired, minor fender damage. They did an excellent job. Paint had some minor swirl marks. I brought it back and they took care off it no problem. When I was leaving Paul noticed something I didnt and asked if I could wait a little longer to address. Thanks for the extra effort and time you spent repairing car.The whole staff at ACC is great. Linda who works upfront is very helpful. They always keep you updated on the status. I would feel safe making a referral to ACC, knowing that they care about the work being done.

However, if it ever shows up again I will know immediately to take my car to Airpark Collision Center.From the moment I walked into their office to get an estimate on my wifes car, it was obvious we were dealing with true professionals. While we had to wait a few weeks for an opening, it ended up being well worth it.The communication from Linda at ACC regarding the progress of our repair was amazing, far superior to any other body shop we have been to in the past. ACC fought State Farm to use a replacement quarter panel rather than a used one. Linda kept us fully informed.The quality of work was exceptional including repainting half of our car. All of our questions were answered politely and completely. This is a well-run business.

This place had unethical practices. Picked up my car the paint had bubbles and when you touched them wet paint came out. My drivers side mirror wasnt fixed correctly and the whole inside came out. When these issues amongst others was brought to their attention they agreed to pick up the car fix it and give me a rental. When I went to pick up this rental Airpark was trying to put in another claim into my insurance for their faulty work and for the insurance to pay the rental. Total scam artists. DONT GO HERE

This shop does quality work. Someone dented my genesis in a parking lot, needed a bumper and fender replaced, they made it look perfect! My dad has been a Ford mechanic for 25 years, he was impressed by the panel alignment and paint work, and said I picked a good shop! And the icing on the cake was that when my friend came to drop me off they quickly buffed out a scrape he had for free! Very kind of them to do that!My only negative thing to say is that their follow up with the insurance company is lacking. Upon dropping it off and giving them the claim number I was told they would call State Farm for me, however after 5 days of hearing nothing from either Airpark or State Farm, I called Airpark for an update and was told they were waiting for State Farm to send an adjuster. I then called State Farm and they were still waiting for the body shop to call them and they weren’t even aware which shop it was at yet. I also had a similar situation with the payment, I called Airpark and they said State Farm will mail me a check for reimbursement, but when I called to confirm before picking the car up and paying out of pocket, State Farm said they already sent the payment to Airpark. After another call to Airpark they then called State Farm and verified that payment was sent.While that aspect of the experience wasn’t pleasant, and it pushed what would’ve been a week long repair to over two weeks due to everyone just waiting around, I still give them 5 stars because I think it’s far more important that in the end it’s the workmanship that is most important. Hopefully Airpark takes note and learns from this in the future! And my advice for anyone who takes their car here, call both your insurance company and Airpark at least every other day to keep things moving quickly!!UPDATE 2/5/19; Sadly my beautiful genesis was in a crash and has been totaled. Had it towed to Airpark and after keeping on top of calling insurance and Airpark daily, it was deemed a total loss in a few days. I’ve heard of body shops lowballing estimates on cars that should to be totaled so they get the business, but I’m pleased to report this didn’t happen at Airpark! They’re an honest business and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car here, although I hope I don’t need to anytime soon!!

So far so good, will update when car is done.

These guys are great. From the original estimate provided by Kevin to the day my vehicle was ready to be picked up my interactions with them were professional, friendly and responsive. And they did outstanding work repairing the scratches on the door of our Range Rover Sport. Their bid was also extremely competitive and reasonable (I received others in the area). I absolutely recommend this place!

Near the end of our winter/spring stay in Scottsdale we had an unfortunate collision that I expected to cost $10,000 or more to repair and was afraid it would take several weeks to repair. Jeff was quick to assure me they could make repairs in time for us to travel back to our California summer/fall home. All new parts were installed and paint was perfectly matched. I restore collector cars and was amazed at the quality of workmanship and the repair costs were well below my expectations. Great work guys and excellent customer service!

Wonderful auto repair shop. The estimate was reasonable and the car was ready as stated on the estimate. Their follow-up is exceptional. I highly recommend this shop.

I came in with what looked like a simple bumper repair after receiving 2 quotes elsewhere for over $200 and was helped by Gerald (great guy). He wasn’t sure whether a bracket needed to be replaced and said he needed to ask his tech. 5 minutes later he came back with a quote of $75 including realigning the separation of bumper and quarter panel and buffing out the scratches. An hour later I paid $75 out the door. With the previous quotes I suspected I was being taken advantage of. I felt these guys were honest and fair and would certainly come back if I needed repairs again.
