I dealt with Gabe the finance manager and the GM Nick. ----- Shady lease deals from Luxury Lease Partners with $20,000 in hidden costs and fees and interest in the deal... Things change without you knowing it here and/or they just change when they choose to change their minds..... A Red Lamborghini I was going to buy has an odometer issues they dont speak of or show... Price was 220,000 they told me 215,000 and then they tried to sneak a 228,000 priced deal in front of me...... They even stated they dont honor Arizona state law which REQUIRES 500 mile 30 day warranty. 9-10 month old pics used when advertising and the miles arent accurate on the advertisement... Just ALL bad.

Was very excited to be buying a new car after owning a Mercedes previously. Came across this 2018 AMG GTR that I now own from LAC. In the description of the vehicle it had 4900 miles and was in perfect condition. Could not pass up this deal. It was my first out of state purchase. I went through with the deal and first things first the communication was pretty terrible. I gave them the money and didnt hear from them for days on end. They didnt give me any information about when the car was being picked up to be delivered to me. The hood of the car they said was going in for paint because they didnt like the finish. Everything else in the photos and from people telling me, visually it looks great. Some time goes on, about a week and a half and I receive the car. When it is rolled off of the trailer the first thing I notice is that it says the parking sensors are not working and active brake assist is not working. Few days later I take it to my local Mercedes Benz dealership to have them take a look at it because it is a brand new car and these issues should not be happening. LAC had no knowledge, or so they say, that the car has been modified. The Vehicle had aftermarket downpipes (decatted) and and aftermarket tune to bypass it not passing admissions. The downpipes connecting to the turbos did not even have V clamps, meaning that there was a massive exhaust leak with dark residue on the heat shield, I could move the pipes with a finger off of the turbos, thats how loose it was. They even admitted to me that they did not inspect this particular car upon purchasing it to sell and even said they dont inspect all of their vehicles either. Was starting to get very concerned at this moment. With these modifications the car was technically not under warranty anymore. More investigation of this car went under way and they found out that both motor mounts have been smashed and cracked as well as 1 bolt missing on each motor mount, parking sensors were smashed in and the active assist wasnt even plugged in. The car also had an aftermarket battery and seemed like it was jump started backwards and caught fire due to the fire extinguisher residue and bad wiring job in the battery outlet. Dealership also told me that all fenders had been previously removed, front fender was cracked on the other side where you can not see and repainted, side fenders were removed and repainted as well, due to the poor prep work from this second hand shop that did the work, the clear coat is peeling. I am currently wrapping the vehicle and I have had a certified shop prep them correctly with sanding and priming for repainting the fenders and front bumper repair. The hood also needs about $4000 in repairs to be fully fixed and functional .The car on paper has a clean title but that is clearly not the case. The low temp radiator on the front looks like there was an impact due to them being dented in. All photos below are from my local dealership. They clearly dont inspect the cars they buy and dont know anything about them and false advertise. Perfect condition was very far off. This is not a good business practice. I really do suggest you guys learn more about your cars. get someone to throughly check each and every car and be honest with your customers. Yes LAC did give me a $12,000 check for the repairs but the more I look into this car I have put about $7,000 of my own money getting more things fixed. It is illegal to sell a car that was this unsafe to drive. I did my research and so did my local dealership they were appalled that you sold me a car in this condition. Under federal law even if you are a used car dealership it is illegal to sell a car without catalytic converters and you did. You didnt disclose to me on the purchase agreement that it didnt have them or any of the other issues. I am not happy at all with my purchase from the constant times the car is in the shop and all the extra repairs after you claimed it was in perfect condition PICTURES ARE BELOW.

Was there a couple of days ago, and was planning on purchasing a beautiful Lamborghini huracan they had in stock. When I arrived a gentleman in the back of the office immediately looked up and asked are you here to buy something. I replied I would like to look at one of your cars. He looked annoyed and said go ahead in the most annoyed voice imaginable. I understand they’re there to work and not waste time but if that’s the customer service they give out then I don’t know what to say.

I asked travis if he could take some video of the car, so i could see more...He went way behind and gave me 4 different videos, including one with a test drive and then inside and outside video details....I decided to purchase, this was extremely easy, he got me a good deal and then he set me up with transporting. 2012 Mercedes SLS purchased first part of 2020 site unseen as the salesman answered all my question as great, excellent, etc. When the car arrived it was covered with dirt,dust and sand. The interior was as bad as the outside. It was a disaster and I am still replacing broken parts on the car. I will never buy from these crooks again and never buy site unseen.

Their cars are overpriced by 5-10% across the board, no finance options beyond shady high fee, early payoff penalty lease companies, and the custom service is slightly arrogant and dismissive in nature. You can easily find the same cars they sell cheaper with basic web searches and they have no justification for their overpriced sticker prices.

Bought a 2016 CLS 550 though the auction was told that the car impeccable, only to find the whole front end needs replacement and that’s only me driving it, afraid of taking it to the shop, it feels like that the transmission is going as well . Purchased a 2014 Jaguar F type off eBay from LAC wire transfer cash When car showed up I noticed the entire car had been repainted, bald real tires and the check engine light on which ended up being a vacuum hose to the supercharger that had been taped I never even contacted the dealership to complain until I received title in the mail six weeks later branded as SALVAGE TOTAL LOSS title car this information was never ever disclosed to me I have filed a grievance with dealer services for non disclosure and contacted the attorney generals office. Nick the general manager never even bothered to return my phone calls BUYER BEWARE never ever would I have purchased a rebuilt title car

This is one of those car buying experiences that you actually enjoy. You can spend months going over their website with their constantly changing inventory and you will always find some of the most unique exotics sold in the US. At the time of this writing, they currently have a La Ferrari for sale in about 12 Gulfstream jets. If you cant find what youre looking for at this dealership they dont make it. I can only speak regarding the person that I dealt with, I have no firsthand knowledge of the rest of the staff behaves but if its any indication, it was exceptional. I bought a lot of cars in my life sight unseen and this was as smooth as it gets. No cheesy markups on shipping, they suggest a PPI and a place to get it done, a very ethical dealership which is hard to find these days. I will of course by my next car from them. One final point, I dont know how they do it, but these guys are not a new-car franchise but they get new cars. And I dont mean new hunters, I mean these guys may have a 2020 Bentley GT with 4 miles on it. Like I said these are some really well-connected people that get some incredible deals. Youll save money and youll be happy that you worked with them.

I have purchased many cars over the years and LAC and there team did everything they promised while being away during Covid - 19 we did a face time review of my trade and my purchase and as a car guru- nut I was so impressed on the entire process down to them delivering my purchase to Dana Point house and picking up my trade that they gave me a strong market price for as well as a great price on my new ride then delivered it to me in CA. and picked up my trade. Cannot believe that I did not write a review after I received my car. So spent months looking for a well optioned blue R8 spyder with the facelift and LAC had just what I wanted in stock. Deal was done over the phone and car shipped to me without even an inspection. They have that sort of reputation from friends of mine who have bought there before.Very easy to come to a proper and acceptable price. Even helped me get the shipping finished basically on Christmas and got me extra docs when California was being weird about the registration. I can not say enough good things about them. I dealt with slim and the finance department mostly and seriously compared to buying other exotics this was painless. Will be coming back for another car from them as soon as they have what I want in stock.Going to take a trip out to see them when the auctions come back just to thank them in person.

I reached out to Luxury Auto Collection as I was interested in purchasing a Range Rover, it took a couple days for anyone to get back to me, once he did I had a few questions and he got back to me with an estimated quote. I asked him to run a few scenarios and I never ever heard back from the guy again. I reached out to him and nothing. I went elsewhere and purchased my Range Rover from a different dealership who was happy to have my business.

I drove 40 minutes to LAC to check out the Lotus Elise since Im looking to buy one. As soon as I get there I get a dirty stare from one of the employees and he tells me only serious buyers without letting me explain to him that I wanted to see the Elise. Needless to say Im never buying from this dealer or ever going back. Doesnt feel good to be racially profiled from a known dealer but hey it is Scottsdale.

Although I did not buy one of the higher-end cars there, I was treated like I was buying a Bugatti Veyron. I had been looking all over the valley for a certain Corvette Z-06 and I found it there for a very fair price. I had a small problem with the car a few weeks after I bought it and they totally took care of it, no questions asked. I was an out of state client. I bought a car sight unseen.. I trusted this dealership and their appraiser they recommended. When the vehicle was shipped to me The car had no power, none of the gauges worked and it ran hot. These are all obvious issues and I was told the car ran great with great power and was recently completely restored. I decided to buy a set of heads and a cam for the motor. When the mechanic pulled the heads off there were multiple engine cylinders that were scored and rusted.. this motor was junk and NOT recently rebuilt as I was told. I questioned them about all the receipts that they claimed they had from the restorer of the car and it was a pile of printouts from a parts distributor.. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

I recently purchased a 2017 Lexus ES 350 from LAC. They were fantastic! Nick was so polite and welcoming. When they handed my husband and I the keys to go out by ourselves to test drive the vehicle, my response was, really? The sales rep, Mo, responded, sure I think you are responsible enough to go out by yourselves. We chuckled. When we arrived back to the dealership, we purchased it on the spot. Easy Breezy. Later Nick said what are you going to do with your other car. I told him we were going to ship it to our daughter and her husband in Georgia. Nick then offered to help us schedule the shipping. We were just floored by their customer service. I will recommend them to everyone!

Great car at a fair price. A lot less fuss and bother than buying through most of the brand-specific dealers. We really appreciate that they corrected the minor issues with the car to make it perfect for us. We would certainly buy here again.

I just purchased a Porsche 911 from LAC. This was a very different experience compared to purchasing a car from the conventional dealership. My sales rep was Moe and he was great to work with. Financing was the fastest Ive ever experienced. But the reason i gave them 5 stars is their integrity and willingness to make their customers happy. After purchasing the vehicle I found that the front tires needed to be replaced due to a defect in the tires and LAC worked with me to get this resolved and ensured my satisfaction...Best car buying experience.

Yes, they have a great selection or cars. However, of all the car buying experiences I have ever had, working with Luxury Auto Group was the worst. It took them two months to get a proper license for my car. And that was only after repeated phone calls and trips to the dealership. If you value your time, shop elsewhere.

They honestly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This started from them picking me up at the airport... There were several issues with the auto that I purchased and they were not aware they existed. However they really stepped up to the plate and made sure it was exactly what they had promised. They are a great dealership and I highly recommend them.
